很榮幸今天我能參加這個創(chuàng)業(yè)演講。大家好，我是，來自09級中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)與管理班。
今天我不像是來演講的，我貌似來作思想?yún)R報的。因為我在任何一個方面并不比在座各位強(qiáng)！
首先跟大家分享一個成功的例子吧。一個關(guān)于中國阿里巴巴集團(tuán)董事局主席兼雅虎中國董事長，中國IT界教父級人物馬云先生的事跡。在95年偶然的一次機(jī)會馬云去到了美國，然后發(fā)現(xiàn)了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。所以回來以后叫了24個他的朋友到家里，大家坐在一起，說他準(zhǔn)備從大學(xué)里辭職，要做一個互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。兩個小時以后大家投票表決，二十三個人反對，一個人支持，因為大家覺得這個東西肯定不靠譜。別去做那個，說他電腦也不懂，而且根本不存在這么個網(wǎng)絡(luò)。但是經(jīng)過一個晚上的思考，第二天早上他決定，還是辭職，去實現(xiàn)我自己的夢想。在創(chuàng)業(yè)之初，大都不相信馬云，甚至說他是個騙子。當(dāng)時不太有人相信互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，也不覺得有這么個互聯(lián)網(wǎng)會對人類有這么大的貢獻(xiàn)。但是馬云堅信互聯(lián)網(wǎng)將改變?nèi)祟惿畹姆椒矫婷�。因為�?dāng)時根本沒人會相信馬云說的話。于是，他就說，比爾蓋茲說互聯(lián)網(wǎng)將改變?nèi)祟惿畹姆椒矫婷�。�?jīng)過五六年的打拼，馬云終于締造出了龐大的阿里帝國并成為了無數(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)者的偶像和模范。
聽過這個故事以后我認(rèn)為作為一名創(chuàng)業(yè)者，首先要給自己一個夢想。很多的年輕人是晚上想想走這路，早上起來走原路，晚上睡覺之前說明天我將干這個事，第二天早上仍舊走自己原來的路線。如果你不去采取行動，不給夢想一個實踐的機(jī)會，那么，我確定你連機(jī)會都沒有，成功就別提了。有了一個理想之后，最重要是給自己一個承諾，承諾要把這件事做好。
很多創(chuàng)業(yè)者都害怕這個條件不夠，那個條件也沒有，該怎么辦。依我說創(chuàng)業(yè)者最重要的是創(chuàng)造條件。只有自己創(chuàng)造出來的條件才是屬于你的。如果是機(jī)會都成熟的話，一定輪不到我們。所以呢，一般大家都覺得這是個好機(jī)會，大家覺得機(jī)會成熟的時候，我認(rèn)為往往不是我們的機(jī)會。
你要堅信這事情能夠做起來的時候，給自己一個承諾說，我準(zhǔn)備干5年，干，20年把它干出來。我相信你這條路會走得很久。
另外，創(chuàng)業(yè)者的激情很重要，但是短暫的激情是沒有用的，長久的激情才是有用的。在創(chuàng)業(yè)幾年后你要問自己，你的創(chuàng)業(yè)激情是不是還是跟第一天一樣，跟跟初戀一樣富有激情。一個人的激情也沒有用，很多人的激情非常有用。如果你自己很激情，但是你的團(tuán)隊沒有激情，那一點(diǎn)用都沒有，怎么讓你的團(tuán)隊跟你一樣充滿激情面對未來面對挑戰(zhàn)，是極其關(guān)鍵的事情。
最后，當(dāng)沒有條件的時候創(chuàng)造條件，只要你有夢想，有良好的團(tuán)隊，堅定的執(zhí)行，你是能夠走到成功的彼岸。
馬云先生說過這么一句話，今天很殘酷，明天更殘酷，后天很美好，但大多數(shù)人死在明天晚上，看不到后天的太陽。
所以呢，我們必須要努力去面對，去經(jīng)營好我們的今天。

Should graduate students start their own business or look for jobs? In my opinion, becoming a member of the workforce is far less desirable than owning a business. Undeniably, enterpreneurship involves risks and entails hard work and determination. However, it generates greater satisfaction and a sense of acheivement. No glory without risk-taking is conceivable. Only when one is willing to take risks can one accomplish great things. Even if the business does not work out at the end, one can learn a great lesson from their mistakes. As such, the experience of setting up an enterprise is far superior to the secured but insipid life of a white collar employee.

They may start take up anything they are interested in, make decision on their own, and obtain the fruit of their own labor. In this way, graduates will become more independent, imaginative and creative.
Yet this process should be supported by our government. The government should provide special policies for these students, and when necessary, guide them onto a correct road.

在初賽的時候我說過我們創(chuàng)業(yè)需要勇往直前與堅持不懈，所以我勇敢的來參加這次演講比賽，這個我之前從未涉足過的領(lǐng)域，也因此我能有幸獲得機(jī)會繼續(xù)參加復(fù)賽，即使現(xiàn)在正是我們學(xué)院的期中數(shù)學(xué)考試，我依然堅持不懈得決定走完這條路。
也正是因為如此，當(dāng)我的同學(xué)現(xiàn)在正在因為復(fù)習(xí)的不到位而心中暗罵這出題的人他媽的還想不想讓人活的時候，我卻能夠站在這個臺上盡情的展示我的風(fēng)采；當(dāng)我的同學(xué)現(xiàn)在正在重復(fù)的在題海中快溺水而亡的時候，我卻能夠在這演講的海洋里冒著我幸福的小泡泡。當(dāng)然這是我苦苦哀求我仁慈的輔導(dǎo)員老師，爭得他同意的前提下，畢竟我們不能違規(guī)，更不能違法。
所以我們可以看出，在不違規(guī)違法的前提下，我們只有勇敢得向成功邁出第一步，才能獲得進(jìn)一步的機(jī)會，我們只有執(zhí)著于去追求，我們才能無怨無悔。
然而我們今天需要再進(jìn)一步去思考，是不是只要有了勇敢，有了執(zhí)著，就一定能走向成功呢。如果是這樣，那么我今天勇敢的開起飛機(jī)飛向美國，執(zhí)著的向自由女神撞去，那么明天全世界各大媒體頭條就是“12·4”特大恐怖事件，并且旁邊還會附上一張我的一寸放大免冠黑白照。這樣不僅犧牲了自己的生命，還很有可能挑起第三，造成生靈涂炭。所以，勇敢去走，執(zhí)著去做，需要有一顆理智清醒的頭腦去判斷自己的方向是否正確。
我們常說從頭做起，創(chuàng)業(yè)也是。但我們還得明白從頭做起的另外一層含義，那就是從我們的頭腦里就得開始明確自己該去做什么，該走哪條路。就好像我今天，之所以毅然選擇來這里演講，不僅是因為我發(fā)現(xiàn)我漸漸愛上了演講，更多的是想突破演講這個點(diǎn)，至少我能在許多年后，對我的孩子說，你老爸曾經(jīng)在那美麗的大學(xué)里演講過。如果我今天不來，而是選擇去在題海中溺水而亡，那么我對演講的愛最終只能成為單相思。
隨著年齡的增長，我們的生命的過程中也漸漸出現(xiàn)了一道道多項選擇題，在我們面臨分岔路口的時候是向左還是向右，往往決定了我們一生所追逐的方向。這也正是為什么有的人一生庸碌，有的人一生輝煌，有的人一生走得膽戰(zhàn)心驚，有的人一生走得無怨無悔！
這就好比我們男生追求女孩子，當(dāng)我們向朝思暮想，連說夢話都會念道的那個姑娘表白時我們獲得了勇敢，當(dāng)我們被瀟灑的拒絕之后仍然厚顏無恥的一次次追求時我們獲得了執(zhí)著，然而不幸在在此發(fā)生，我們常說戀愛中的男生智商只有5歲，那么我們有理由相信單相思的男生智商絕對不超過3歲。這時候我們需要理智的問問自己，我們到底是真正的愛上了這位女孩，還是單純的好色。
創(chuàng)業(yè)也是如此，就好比我正在打造我們班級的品牌“愛心行動”，其目的就是想以我們微薄的力量來喚起更多人內(nèi)心沉睡的感動，去關(guān)注那些敬老院里寂寞的老人，去關(guān)注那些孤兒院里孤獨(dú)的孩子，去關(guān)注那些處于社會底層撐起我們經(jīng)濟(jì)寶塔卻被忽視的人們，我們只是一顆不起眼的小煤炭，帶給他們的只是暫時的溫暖，但我們希望能夠有更多的小煤炭，共同燃燒，帶給他們溫暖，陪他們度過心靈的寒冬。之所以選擇走這條路，是因為我們的理智告訴我們它不僅能夠凈化我們的心靈，也能溫暖整個社會。
所以，我們除了需要擁有勇敢，執(zhí)著，激情，等等，我們還需要理智，選擇一條真正值得走的路，真正該走的路。那么縱使我們的人生從高峰走到谷底我們也能繼續(xù)往前，繼續(xù)攀登，攀登上更高的山峰，看到更遠(yuǎn)的風(fēng)景。縱使我們前路一片黑暗，我們也堅信，我們必將成為別人的光明！
