good morning ladies and gentlmen,it is my great pleasure to stand here topresent my speech—— as you slowly open your eyes, look around, notice where thelight comes into your room;
listen carefully, see if there are new sounds you can recognize;
feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sense the freshness inthe air. yes, yes, yes, it’s a new day, it’s a different day, and it’s a brightday! and most importantly, it’s a new beginning for your life, a beginning whereyou are going to make new decisions, take new actions, make new friends, andtake your life to a totally unprecedented(空前的) level. in your mind’s eye, youcan see clearly the things you want to have, the paces you intend to go, therelationships you desire to develop, and the positions you aspire(勵(lì)志) to reach.you can hear your laughters of joy and happiness on the day when everythinghappens as you dream. you can see the smiles on the people around you when themagic moment strikes. you can feel your face is getting red, your heart isbeating fast, and your blood is rushing all over your body, to every singlecorner of your being! you know all this is real as long as you are confident,passionate and committed!(效忠的) and you are confident, you are passionate, youare committed! you will no longer fear making new sounds, showing new facialexpressions, using your body in new ways, approaching new people, and asking newquestions. you will live every single day of your life with absolute passion,and you will show your passion through the words you speak and the actions youtake. you will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals ofyour life. you will never succumb(屈服,屈從) to challenges of hardships. you willnever waver(動(dòng)搖) in your pursuit of excellence. after all, you are the best, andyou deserve the best! as your coach and friend, i can assure you the door to allthe best things in the world will open to you, but the key to that door is inyour hand. you must do your part. you must faithfully follow the plans you makeand take the actions you plan;

大家下午好！
我最喜歡的花，不是像牡丹一樣的傾國傾城，不是像芍藥一樣鮮艷美麗，不是像水仙一樣婀娜多姿，也不是玫瑰受人寵愛。我喜歡的是陽光向上充滿活力的向日葵。也許這不是最美的，最艷麗的，也不是姿態(tài)最美的，受大多數(shù)人歡迎喜愛，可是我喜歡向日葵的真實(shí)努力和向上的精神。
我喜歡一個(gè)人站在向日葵田里，一個(gè)個(gè)向日葵的花盤都比我的臉大，他們都向著東方，向著太陽的方向，向著進(jìn)取樂觀的方向。我喜歡他們代表的精神態(tài)度。
在金黃色的一片向日葵田里，就像陽光集中在一個(gè)地方，溫暖舒適。我覺得在這樣一個(gè)地方，我好像也，能夠成為像向日葵一樣的人。勇敢追求我想要的進(jìn)取樂觀的生活。
向日葵養(yǎng)活了這一帶的農(nóng)民，他們因?yàn)橄蛉湛恳惶煳⑿Γ恳惶煨χ鴦趧?dòng)著，就像向日葵一樣。來到這片向日葵田我真的感觸很多。幫著農(nóng)民伯伯們做了一些事，伯伯們?cè)谙蛉湛厣贤诹艘粔K土放在一個(gè)花盆里送給我，他們說，向日葵會(huì)選擇適合的人給他們鼓勵(lì)。我點(diǎn)點(diǎn)頭。那段日子，我一向細(xì)心照顧著，我期望，或者渴望，那塊土真的有一棵向日葵。

各位老師，各位同學(xué)：
大家好!我演講的題目是《勵(lì)志成功，始于信念》。我先給大家講個(gè)故事。
在非洲的一片茂密叢林中，走著四個(gè)皮包骨頭的男子，他們扛著一只沉重的箱子，在密林里踉踉蹌蹌地向前走。他們跟隨隊(duì)長進(jìn)入?yún)擦痔诫U(xiǎn)，課時(shí)，隊(duì)長卻在任務(wù)即將完成時(shí)患疾病不幸長眠于叢林中了。
臨終前隊(duì)長把親手制作的箱子托付給他們，并十分誠懇地說：“如果你們能把這個(gè)箱子送到我的朋友手里，你們將得到比金子還寶貴的東西。”
埋葬了隊(duì)長之后，他們便扛著箱子上路了，道路越來越難走，他們的力氣也越來越小了，但他們?nèi)匀还钠饎磐白咧�。最后有一天，綠色的屏障突然拉開了，他們歷經(jīng)千辛萬苦之后最后走出了叢林，找到了隊(duì)長的朋友，但是那個(gè)朋友卻說：“我一無所有啊!”
于是，打開箱子一看，竟是一堆無用的木頭!就這么個(gè)故事，看起來隊(duì)長給了他們一箱無用的木頭，其實(shí)，他卻給了他們行動(dòng)的目的，使他們獲得了比金子還貴重的東西——生命。這個(gè)故事啟示著我們學(xué)習(xí)、做任何事情務(wù)必要有明確的目的和奮斗目標(biāo)。
聾啞人跳起了美麗的千手觀音，盲人登上了珠穆朗瑪峰，雙腿下肢被截去而重新駕駛飛機(jī)回到藍(lán)天……許多正常人都難以做到的事情，這些殘疾人卻把它們變成了現(xiàn)實(shí)，這不能不讓人感到驚訝，也更被它們堅(jiān)韌的毅力、永不放下的精神所感動(dòng)，他們成功的主要原因就是有著必勝的信念，朝著目標(biāo)，永不放下。
凡事預(yù)則立，不預(yù)則廢，確定了奮斗目標(biāo)，如何才能堅(jiān)持不懈，如何才能永不放下，那就務(wù)必要有行動(dòng)的計(jì)劃、成功的信念，這是你行動(dòng)的向?qū)В悄阃诰蚝瓦\(yùn)用體內(nèi)潛能的催化劑。
如果你認(rèn)為自己十分突出，你就真的會(huì)很優(yōu)秀；如果你想象渺小，你就會(huì)落后于人；如果你想象勇敢，你就會(huì)真的無所懼怕；如果你想象輝煌，你就會(huì)變得很偉大。
因?yàn)楫?dāng)你行動(dòng)之前進(jìn)行頭腦熱身，構(gòu)想要做之事的每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)，梳理心路，然后把他們深深銘記在腦海中，當(dāng)你行動(dòng)的時(shí)候，你就會(huì)得心應(yīng)手，應(yīng)付自如。
同學(xué)們，勵(lì)志要有明確的目標(biāo)，目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)要有成功的信念，從此刻開始，讓他們?cè)谀愕南胂笾谐蔀楝F(xiàn)實(shí)——去感受它們、經(jīng)歷它們、相信它們。相信，不久的將來你就會(huì)看到它們最終變成現(xiàn)實(shí)。
