運用簡筆畫教學(xué)，提高英語課堂效益研討會發(fā)言稿

　　經(jīng)過教學(xué)實踐，我校教師深深體會到簡筆畫教學(xué)使英語課堂富有直觀性、趣味性、審美性、藝術(shù)性、時效性和實際性，大大提高了課堂教學(xué)效益。

　　最后，借鑒一幅漫畫（英語教師的秘訣—能引起學(xué)生的注意，并保持這種注意）來體現(xiàn)我的教學(xué)風(fēng)格：興趣是集中意識的前提，是克服困難的動力，方法總比困難多，運用靈活多變的教學(xué)方法，激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣，就可以使學(xué)習(xí)有效，高效和長效。

　　另外，在構(gòu)建高效課堂的教學(xué)實踐中，我校英語教師在集體備課、小組合作、情感教育、多媒體輔助語音實驗室聽說訓(xùn)練、英語學(xué)科特色實踐活動（汶上教育網(wǎng)）方面小有收獲，因時間關(guān)系，不再一一交流，我將把相關(guān)材料發(fā)到尊敬的張莉老師為我們建立的共享博客上，因水平有限，如有粗言泛談、言差語錯、詞不達(dá)意之處，懇請領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同仁多多指教和批評，我將不勝感激！謝謝大家！
