　　很感謝大家能夠積極參加這次家長會(huì)!首先，我就孩子們的共性問題談一下自己的想法。

　　在英語課堂上，大部分學(xué)生都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問題，積極跟著老師讀單詞，讀課文。其實(shí)這也制造了一種假象，學(xué)生認(rèn)為自己常常被老師提問，認(rèn)為自己能夠回答老師的問題，于是認(rèn)為自己的英語學(xué)得很不錯(cuò)，自我感覺特別好。于是下課后在英語上花的時(shí)間就少了。其實(shí)要學(xué)好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學(xué)生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識(shí)，當(dāng)然課上也會(huì)有少量的時(shí)間鞏固新學(xué)的知識(shí)。但是這些時(shí)間是公共的時(shí)間，而不是每個(gè)學(xué)生私有的時(shí)間，所以不可能照顧到每個(gè)學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。況且每個(gè)學(xué)生對(duì)新知識(shí)得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當(dāng)堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學(xué)生都只能是初步接觸了新知識(shí)，要真正接受新知識(shí)還要學(xué)生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會(huì)和別的同學(xué)拉下差距。

　　如今的小學(xué)英語對(duì)學(xué)生的要求比較高，到了高年級(jí)教材的格局、題形的練習(xí) 等幾乎都等同于我們以前的初中水平，如果在平時(shí)能注意翻閱一下我們英語書的家長就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)，書本上很多的單詞以前都沒有見過。單詞如此，句型、語法等知識(shí)也是如此，所以，到了高年級(jí)光要求學(xué)生能夠朗讀、默寫等已不符合高年級(jí)英語學(xué)習(xí)的需要了。對(duì)陌生短文的理解閱讀、對(duì)句型之間的相互轉(zhuǎn)化、對(duì)各類時(shí)態(tài)的正確辯識(shí)，對(duì)語法點(diǎn)的理解運(yùn)用等等，都是學(xué)生所必須掌握的，也是學(xué)生最薄弱的環(huán)節(jié)。所以，學(xué)生的理解能力、運(yùn)用能力顯得尤為重要。有的家長也認(rèn)為，孩子能夠讀出課文并默寫出單詞句型，怎考試還不見效果?這完全是正常的現(xiàn)象。高年級(jí)的英語學(xué)習(xí)，以理解、運(yùn)用為重，書本只是媒介，是知識(shí)的載體，學(xué)生的英語思維也是從這階段開始處于萌芽狀態(tài)，所以，這階段的學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)將有可能關(guān)系到他將來的學(xué)習(xí)，沒有好的基礎(chǔ)，英語學(xué)習(xí)前景確實(shí)不容樂觀。

　　那作為家長，應(yīng)該如何正視自己孩子的英語學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)呢?該如何幫助孩子養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣呢?該如何提高孩子的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)呢?在英語學(xué)科方面，我提以下幾點(diǎn)建議： 1、給孩子學(xué)習(xí)的信心。不管孩子接受其他知識(shí)的能力如何，在英語學(xué)科方面，千萬不能隨意的打擊。語言沒有誰天生對(duì)之反感，也沒有誰天生就是天才，都是在實(shí)踐中逐漸積累，乃至熟能生巧。家長要有一顆平常心，不要對(duì)孩子說一些“你是家中希望，一定要考上重點(diǎn)”或“考砸了，爸媽臉往哪兒擱”之類的話，或者動(dòng)不動(dòng)就一頓打，家長需要耐心與冷靜，這是幫助孩子坦然面對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)鍵�？吹胶⒆拥膬�(yōu)勢(shì)，適當(dāng)鼓勵(lì)和引導(dǎo)，讓孩子對(duì)英語的學(xué)習(xí)充滿著自信，這一點(diǎn)相當(dāng)重要。 2、培養(yǎng)孩子良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。聯(lián)合國教科文組織在“學(xué)會(huì)生存”一書中指出：在未來社會(huì)里，文盲將不是不識(shí)字的人，而是那些不懂得學(xué)習(xí)方法、不會(huì)自行更新知識(shí)的人，家長希望自己的子女在未來的社會(huì)中長大成才，不可不注意對(duì)他們進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)方法的指導(dǎo)，和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成。一般來說，孩子的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣決定著其學(xué)習(xí)的效果。所以，除了在課堂中，我很注意這方面的引導(dǎo)和指點(diǎn)，家長同樣要對(duì)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣給于正確的培養(yǎng)。每天督促他聽聽英語、讀讀英語，這一點(diǎn)很重要。還有，孩子作業(yè)的字跡，對(duì)待作業(yè)的態(tài)度，聽課的效率，對(duì)英語學(xué)科的興趣等等，家長的重視和督促同樣是不可忽略。 3、配合孩子學(xué)習(xí)的方法輕松愉快的學(xué)習(xí)，能充分調(diào)動(dòng)和發(fā)揮學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、積極性和潛能，從而能增強(qiáng)記憶效果，掌握運(yùn)用外語的能力;反之，呆板、枯燥、緊張的學(xué)習(xí)，只能抑制思維活動(dòng)，降低學(xué)習(xí)效果。我們提出上述的一些方法，都是為了幫助家長在課外為孩子創(chuàng)造輕松愉快的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境和氛圍，使孩子喜歡學(xué)英語。可以說要想讓孩子學(xué)得好，首要是讓孩子能“愛學(xué)”、“樂學(xué)”，這是現(xiàn)代教育所一再強(qiáng)調(diào)的。鼓勵(lì)孩子聯(lián)系生活實(shí)際進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)。如在家居物品貼上英文標(biāo)簽，全家人一道學(xué);去公園、商店時(shí)，復(fù)習(xí)有關(guān)詞、句;主動(dòng)同外賓交談等。 4、適當(dāng)給孩子一些壓力。家長可適當(dāng)給孩子布置一點(diǎn)口頭或筆頭的作業(yè)，給孩子一些適當(dāng)?shù)呢?fù)擔(dān)，幫助學(xué)生練習(xí) 所學(xué)知識(shí)，這樣的堅(jiān)持同樣也能取得一定的效果。畢竟是熟能生巧，尤其對(duì)小學(xué)生來說。

　　On the weekend, I often go to the English corner. By talking with different people there, I have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral English.

　　I hope I can travel around the world someday. I want to go to America to visit Washington Monument, because the president Washington is my idol.
