Life is a struggle. I shall never forget the most striking part of HenryWadsworth Longfellow' s poem -- A Psalm of Life: "In the world's blood field ofbattle, In the bivouac of life, Be not like dumb, driven cattle! Be a hero inthe strife!"
Ludwig van Beethoven was a typical "hero in the strife". He was not onlyone of the greatest composers, but also one of the most persevering men. As adeaf man, he went on working with his strong will in the last year of his life,though he was not able to hear his own fine and original music. Another exampleof persistence in struggle is Deng Yaping. She once said that her technique camefrom continuous training, emphasizing the importance of daily practice to aplayer.
As a student, I seem to be in a boat sailiug against the current. I mustmake an effort to forge ahead. A little carelessness will result in being drivenback. Indeed, learning is a struggle against idleness and carelessness.Following the examples of Ludwig van Beethoven and Deng Yaping, I shall takegreat pains to urge myself on, moving steadily forward like a heroic boatman inthe rough sea of knowledge.

Einstein said “Genius is one percentof inspiration and ninety-nine percent of perspiration.” He had been workinghard for many years before he finally worked out his theory of relativity.Thomas Edison experienced countless failures before he finally invented theelectric bulb. Wang Junxia was able to win the world championship of longdistance race only because she had many years of hard training. Therefore,diligence is the key to success. Doubtless hard work promises fruitful result.Everyone is awarded the right to work hard in order to reach his goal.Apparently, diligence is necessary to success. Happiness is nearly always areward for hard work.
On the other hand, idleness is believed to be the root of all evil. Anyonewho habitually likes idling but desires everything is daydreaming. We should beaware that if we dream away our precious time, when we wake up, it may be toolate for us to achieve anything. So, as college students, we should never stopworking hard so that we will remain successful in the future competitions.

不知道大家有沒有看過最近一部很火的電影——《致我們終將逝去的青春》，這部電影取景在南京的幾所高校，看的時候感覺十分親切。去到電影院的時候，我發(fā)現(xiàn)觀眾里，有正值青春二三十多歲的人，還有緬懷青春的四十多歲的人，為什么這些人，都會被這部以青春為名的電影所吸引?我想，這正是因?yàn)�，青春，是我們每個人的夢想的起點(diǎn)，夢之船從每個人的青年時代起航。今年的“五四”青年節(jié)剛剛過去，今天，我要做一個關(guān)于青春、關(guān)于夢想的演講，演講題目是“青春夢想曲”。
在我眼里，青春就像一幅畫，就像一首歌，更像多個樂章交織起來的交響樂，這第一樂章就是“心中有夢”。
生而為人，與其他動物的不同之處，就在于我們會讓做夢，我們愛做夢，我們無法抑制自己不去做夢，這個夢，就是理想，就是人生目標(biāo)。習(xí)近平總書記提出的中國夢，是國家的、民族的，也是每一個中國人的;是在座所有出版人的，更是我們青年員工的，編出一本好書，賣出一本好書，宣傳一本好書，這就是我們青年員工該有的理想。

下午好!我演講的題目是《青春的力量》。
有這樣一種力量，它可以使人在黑暗中不停止摸索，在失敗中不放棄奮斗，在挫折中不忘卻追求。在它面前，天大的困難微不足道，無邊的艱險不足為奇。這種力量，就叫青春信念。
俄 國的列賓曾經(jīng)說過：沒有原則的人是無用的人，沒有青春信念的人是空虛的廢物。就從我們古代說起吧：兩千多年前的漢朝著名史學(xué)家司馬遷，因“李陵事件”下獄，受 了宮刑。應(yīng)該說，人世間沒有比這更大的恥辱了。可是他沒有消沉，忍辱含垢，披肝瀝膽，專心著述整整十一年，終于寫成了《史記》那部五十二萬字的鴻篇巨著。 這需要多么大的毅力啊!假如他不是為了“究天下之際，通古今之變，成一家之言”，恐怕早就自盡身亡了。這就是青春信念的力量。
再來說說近 代，我們敬愛的周恩來。他是真正稱得上，為他所信仰的共產(chǎn)主義事義奮斗一生的人。在他生命的最后時刻，他還要求身邊的工作人員為他播放《國際歌》。當(dāng) 那磅礴的旋律盈滿一室時，的嘴唇分明還在翕xi動，在吟唱!在連放三遍后，對守在身邊的鄧穎超同志說：“我堅信全世界共產(chǎn)主義一定能實(shí)現(xiàn)。”雖 然，講這個話的聲音很細(xì)微，卻給身邊的人震動很大。已近彌留階段的他，最后唱這支歌，顯示了真正不移的青春信念。人生盡可青春信念不同，能夠?yàn)榍啻盒拍願^斗終身，奉獻(xiàn) 一切，那么，就連他的敵人也會為他的人格肅然起敬。
從古說到今，讓我們再來說說自已身邊的人物吧!她，是我處道橋公司的一名女工程 師，作為市政行業(yè)中的一員，她像一顆耀眼的星星，在眾多璀璨閃耀的群星中熠熠發(fā)光。她，就是馬飛。馬飛畢業(yè)于武漢城建學(xué)院，90年到市政管理處工作。這 10多年來，她曾經(jīng)做過工程資料員、質(zhì)量員、施工員、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。每份工作她都做都兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，一絲不茍。力求把工作做得盡善盡美是她的青春信念。就拿馬飛擔(dān)任柳 西河工程的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理這件事來說吧。這個工程是當(dāng)年度市政府實(shí)事工程之一，施工難度大，壓力重。作為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的馬飛，精心組織人員，合理安排工序。在施工 中，她始終把工程質(zhì)量放在首位，嚴(yán)格按照施工組織設(shè)計的有關(guān)技術(shù)措施，反復(fù)向項(xiàng)目部全體人員進(jìn)行布置和交底，使每個成員做到胸有成竹。工程一開工，馬飛就 日夜守在了工地上，每天晚上十點(diǎn)、十一點(diǎn)，有時甚至一二點(diǎn)鐘才回家，成了一個名副其實(shí)的“都市夜歸人”。女項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理如此敬業(yè)，令工地上的職工肅然起敬，于 是用百倍的工作熱情來表達(dá)對她的敬佩之情。最后，柳西河整治工程被評為優(yōu)良工程，并獲得了市“甬江建設(shè)杯”。正是因?yàn)轳R飛心中有著堅定的青春信念，她才能夠先 后出色的完成三市路、體育中心等項(xiàng)目工作，得到各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的好評�，F(xiàn)在，她是市“三八”紅旗手、省級優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員，也是我處女職工的榜樣。
