下午好!
非常感謝你們能夠從百忙之中我們的家長(zhǎng)會(huì)。謝謝各位的參加!今天，為了這些可愛的孩子，我們相聚在這里，相信我們真誠(chéng)的付出，定有來(lái)日孩子真心的回報(bào)。作為英語(yǔ)老師，我也盼望著與您攜手，與您交流，共同探討孩子成才的問(wèn)題。英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)非常重要。現(xiàn)在的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)不僅直接影響孩子的期末考試與升學(xué)，，還影響著孩子將來(lái)的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)!
通過(guò)教學(xué)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)絕大部分孩子對(duì)英語(yǔ)很不重視。(包括與個(gè)別家長(zhǎng)的交流中，發(fā)現(xiàn)很多家長(zhǎng)也未重視)相當(dāng)一部分的孩子英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)打得很不牢，個(gè)別的孩子甚至拼讀，書寫，背誦等學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的好習(xí)慣還沒(méi)有很好的養(yǎng)成，需要從頭開始。但是，孩子們上課時(shí)的專注同時(shí)也讓我感到欣喜。認(rèn)真的孩子一定能把英語(yǔ)學(xué)好!
一、首先這里重點(diǎn)說(shuō)說(shuō)孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)普遍遇到的困難。
1，缺乏足夠的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境:課時(shí)少(每周2節(jié)，本期開始五，六年級(jí)每周有三節(jié))，平常接觸少，運(yùn)用少;
2，教材難度大，內(nèi)容多，要求也上了幾個(gè)臺(tái)階，學(xué)生越掌握不好，越對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)失去興趣與信心。
3，英語(yǔ)是一種語(yǔ)言的學(xué)習(xí)，必須堅(jiān)持不懈，循序漸進(jìn)，一旦底子沒(méi)有打好或因轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)等原因以前沒(méi)有學(xué)過(guò)，教材不同等，學(xué)生就會(huì)對(duì)英語(yǔ)失去信心，差距也就越來(lái)越大。
4，學(xué)生缺乏學(xué)習(xí)的自覺(jué)性。許多的學(xué)生不自覺(jué)的完成作業(yè)，而我們英語(yǔ)老師任教的班太多， ，工作量大，而學(xué)生兩級(jí)分化明顯，對(duì)于眾多底子薄弱的并缺乏學(xué)習(xí)自覺(jué)性的學(xué)生，無(wú)論從時(shí)間上還是精力上說(shuō)，我都感覺(jué)力不從心。
所以，英語(yǔ)相對(duì)于語(yǔ)文，數(shù)學(xué)要難得多。這也就是有些學(xué)生語(yǔ)數(shù)都好惟獨(dú)英語(yǔ)不好的原因。 但我堅(jiān)信:如果您的孩子在您的支持配合和老師的指導(dǎo)下能夠認(rèn)真地上好每堂課，并及時(shí)完成我布置的任務(wù)，那么一定能很大的進(jìn)步。要教導(dǎo)您的孩子一開始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅(jiān)持嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膶W(xué)習(xí)作風(fēng)，成績(jī)馬上就會(huì)見效。
二、我的要求是:
1，我要求學(xué)生每天認(rèn)真聽讀磁帶半小時(shí)，要看書讀，邊聽，邊看，邊指，邊讀，不僅要能聽懂會(huì)說(shuō)，而且一定要能認(rèn)讀。并要求熟讀課文和背誦課文。請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)監(jiān)督并簽字。每天進(jìn)行檢查。但目前為止，仍有部分學(xué)生沒(méi)有聽讀簽字或少。，請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)督促，一定要堅(jiān)持完成。
2，除聽讀作業(yè)，還有布置書寫的家庭作業(yè)，每節(jié)課都會(huì)布置，作業(yè)的內(nèi)容就是本模塊的學(xué)習(xí)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)，也就是要求學(xué)生掌握的內(nèi)容。每周進(jìn)行檢查。但總有人不做作業(yè)，我常為追作業(yè)而傷腦筋，今天追了明天又沒(méi)有，所以這也請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)督促孩子，每周有幾節(jié)英語(yǔ)課，就應(yīng)該有幾次書寫作業(yè)。
3，每上完兩個(gè)模塊，會(huì)在課堂上做練習(xí)，并就本模塊的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行一個(gè)小測(cè)驗(yàn)，家長(zhǎng)可隨時(shí)了解其學(xué)習(xí)的情況。
4，本期進(jìn)入六年級(jí)，現(xiàn)在開始，對(duì)小學(xué)階段的詞匯進(jìn)行總體的復(fù)習(xí)。每人準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)聽寫本，我將每周布置20個(gè)單詞，要求學(xué)生自己抄寫與記憶，請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)在家要求孩子聽寫或默寫，并在聽寫本上簽字。我將在課堂上再進(jìn)行聽寫并檢查。
5，如果可能，請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)盡量送孩子去參加英語(yǔ)課外學(xué)習(xí)班，以彌補(bǔ)學(xué)校英語(yǔ)課時(shí)嚴(yán)重不足，學(xué)生接觸時(shí)間太少對(duì)孩子學(xué)習(xí)的影響。
6，盡量為孩子多創(chuàng)造學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的機(jī)會(huì)，多看有關(guān)英語(yǔ)的少兒節(jié)目，動(dòng)畫片，課外書籍等。 7，以前底子沒(méi)打好，或因轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)等原因以前沒(méi)有學(xué)過(guò)，教材不同等的學(xué)生，家長(zhǎng)必須想辦法給他們補(bǔ)起來(lái)。請(qǐng)家庭教師，報(bào)學(xué)習(xí)班都行，千萬(wàn)不能讓他們掉隊(duì)。事實(shí)上，一對(duì)一的補(bǔ)習(xí)是非常有效的，同時(shí)也能快速的提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣與自信心。
本冊(cè)的教學(xué)重點(diǎn)是在增加詞匯量的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)以前已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)的語(yǔ)句結(jié)構(gòu)，技能等進(jìn)行不斷的鞏固復(fù)習(xí)，并且重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行小作文的學(xué)習(xí)與寫作。
另外講一講英語(yǔ)的具體教學(xué)要求:要求能聽懂會(huì)說(shuō)并認(rèn)讀每課的重點(diǎn)句子及重點(diǎn)單詞。每次課后布置的抄寫作業(yè)就是每課的重點(diǎn)句子及重點(diǎn)單詞。要求能正確的書寫，能聽懂會(huì)說(shuō)重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容，能認(rèn)讀理解課文內(nèi)容，并能默寫部分簡(jiǎn)單常用的單詞與句型。請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)對(duì)照要求孩子。
學(xué)好英語(yǔ)最難也是最重要的就是多聽，多讀和多寫，這個(gè)習(xí)慣很難在短時(shí)間內(nèi)培養(yǎng)好，請(qǐng)一定要有耐心，任何時(shí)候相信您的孩子是最棒的，并一定能學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，請(qǐng)多多鼓勵(lì)您的孩子!您對(duì)孩子成長(zhǎng)的關(guān)注，您對(duì)孩子未來(lái)發(fā)展的重視，正是我所要全力以赴達(dá)到工作目標(biāo)。我執(zhí)教四個(gè)班，面面俱到是不可能的，但我一定會(huì)盡全力幫助每一個(gè)孩子，如有不盡人意的地方請(qǐng)你告訴我并諒解我。
