No mater where you arefrom, as long as you come to a herdsman’s house, you will be warmly entertainedwith roasted whole lamb and milk tea, and what’s more, you can also appreciatebeautiful Mongolian songs and elegant dances. It is not exaggerating to sayMongolians are born singers and dancers. The moment you set your feet on thegrassland areas you will discover it is indeed a real land of songs anddances.

　　Today’s Inner Mongolia still maintains her ethnic characteristics and atthe dame time, she tries to keep pace with the development of the modern world.Ordus is a worldwide well-known brand, Yili and Mengniu are both the famousdairy industries, which have greatly improved the living standard of ourMongolian people. And I’m sure, our Mongolian people will make great effort tocontribute to our hometown. 　　I can never forget the summer in 1996. I went through an extremity ofdespair due to my failure in the National College Entrance Examination. Itseemed that my dream of being a university student would never come true. Oneevening my father came and told me the story of Steven Callahan, who wascrossing the Atlantic alone in his sailboat when it struck something and sank.It was a miracle that he survived and was found 76 days later(the longest anyonehas survived a shipwreck on a life raft alone). Later in his narrative he wrotethese sentences “I tell myself I can handle it .Compared to what others havebeen through I’m fortunate”.

　　Hearing these sentences I felt something important struck me. I belived mylife would mot be that bad and it was proved to be true. Later during my studyin the university I always told myself “I can handle it” when my own goalsseemed far off or when my problems seemed too overwhelming and every time I saidit ,I always came back to my senses.

　　Now I work as an English teacher in a middle school. Whenever my studentscomplain about their difficulties in study or want to give up, I will tell thesame story of Callahan to them. I just want to make them believe they can handletheir difficulties because their circumstances are only bad compared tosomething better. But others have been through much worse. Then they will buildup fortitude.

　　So here, coming to us from the extreme edge of survival, are words that cangive us strength. Whatever you’re going through, tell yourself you can handleit. Compared to what others have been through, you’re fortunate. Tell this toyourself over and over, and it will help you get through the rough spots withlittle more fortitude.

　　my favorite book is (italian: cuore). this is a diary written by an italian boy enrico. the diary is about his life and study. it included various touching stories that happened around enrico, the mottos taught by his parents, as well as the wonderful ten "monthly" stories told by his teacher during the class. every word in the chapter describes the word "love". from patriotism to friendship, and to the love between parents and child -- really touching.

　　this novel taught me how to love, and how to learn from love. i really like this book very much. how about you? what is your favorite book?

　　Hi, everybody.

　　At a moment when our economy is growing, our businesses are creating jobs at the fastest pace since the 1990s, and wages are starting to rise again, we have to make some choices about the kind of country we want to be.

　　Will we accept an economy where only a few of us do spectacularly well? Or will we build an economy where everyone who works hard has a chance to get ahead?

　　That was the focus of my State of the Union Address-middle-class economics. The idea that this country does best when everyone gets their fair shot, everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same set of rules. This week, I will send a budget to Congress that's built on those values.

　　We'll help working families' paychecks go farther by treating things like paid leave and child care like the economic priorities that they are. We'll offer Americans of every age the chance to upgrade their skills so they can earn higher wages, with plans like making two years of community college free for every responsible student. And we'll keep building the world's most attractive economy for high-wage jobs, with new investments in research,infrastructure,manufacturing, and expanded access to faster internet and new markets. We can afford to make these investments.

　　Since I took office, we've cut our deficits2 by about two-thirds-the fastest sustained deficit1 reduction since just after the end of World War II. We just have to be smarter about how we pay for our priorities, and that's what my budget does.

　　It proposes getting rid of special interest loopholes in our tax code, and using those savings3 to cut taxes for middle-class families and reward businesses that invest in America. It refuses to play politics with our homeland security, and funds our national security priorities at home and abroad.

　　And it undoes4 the arbitrary, across-the-board budget cuts known as "the seq

　　quester5" for our domestic priorities, and matches those investments dollar-for-dollar in resources our troops need to get the job done.

　　Now, I know that there are Republicans in Congress who disagree with my approach. And like I said in my State of the Union Address, if they have ideas that will help middle-class families feel some economic security, I'm all in to work with them.

　　But I will keep doing everything I can to help more working families make ends meet and get ahead. Not just because we want everyone to share in America's success-but because we want everyone to contribute to America's success. That's the way the middle class thrived in the last century-and that's how it will thrive again.

　　My dear friends， hearing this， didn＇t you feel sorry for them？ We share the same native land， the same blue sky under the sun. Why cannot they be given lesson at school， sitting in the bright and big classroom？ We are used to saying that education goes first before vitalizing the country. But now the country＇s fiscal solvency and material resources are not ample enough. What should we do？ It requires that we should be of one heart and exert our efforts for our motherland.

　　朋友們，當(dāng)你聽了這個(gè)故事，你不感到痛心嗎？同在一片故土上，同在一片藍(lán)天下，為什么他們不能坐在寬敞明亮的教室里去讀書？我們常說：國(guó)家要振興，教育須先行。而我國(guó)的財(cái)力、物力都不寬裕，怎么辦？這就需要全社會(huì)的人齊心協(xié)力為國(guó)家分憂，為國(guó)家出力！
