　　今天由我來和大家探討一下英語學(xué)習(xí)的方法。好之者不如樂之者，樂之者不如以之為樂者!學(xué)好英語在一般情況下可用如下規(guī)則描述: “動因+ 興趣”——決心——持之以恒———見效。可見興趣是學(xué)好英語最關(guān)鍵的問題。 讓自己喜歡上英語英語學(xué)習(xí)的效率才是最高的!那么怎么樣才能建立起自己學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣呢?要想明白這個問題先要搞清楚你為什么不喜歡學(xué)習(xí)英語，根據(jù)這幾年的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，我總結(jié)了大概有以下幾點：

　　第一，課堂英語枯燥乏味。在課堂上，教師比較注重生詞與語法點，而對一些比較有趣的知識(比如中英文化差異)則只是一言而過，無法引起學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，并且同學(xué)們開口機會少，這也是導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)生“啞巴英語”的因素之一;

　　第二，英語生詞難以掌握，課后習(xí)題量過多。難背的英語單詞讓不少同學(xué)煩惱，而課后可怕的“題海”使同學(xué)們墜入一個個深淵。對英語不少同學(xué)都是敬而遠之;

　　第三，缺乏英語學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境與方法。好的環(huán)境會使英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量大大提高，同時也能增加同學(xué)們的興趣。打個比方：如果你身在英國，學(xué)習(xí)英語還會如此困難，如此痛苦嗎?顯然不會。而好的學(xué)習(xí)方法則可以避免同學(xué)走彎路，不致處處碰壁。

　　第四，英語無用論。一個無法忽略的現(xiàn)實是：中考要考英語，高考要考英語，考研也要考英語。世界上絕大多數(shù)的科學(xué)文獻是用英語寫成的，世界范圍內(nèi)不管是政治、軍事還是經(jīng)濟最廣泛使用的語言也是英語。有可能你現(xiàn)在學(xué)英語用不到，但是我可以負責(zé)人地說，你這輩子離不開英語，不管你在國內(nèi)還是國外。

　　好的，既然我們知道了不喜歡甚至討厭英語的原因，那么我們?nèi)绾闻囵B(yǎng)英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣呢?其實也很簡單。

　　從簡單的開始，我現(xiàn)在問一下同學(xué)們你們覺得學(xué)習(xí)英語最基本的原則是什么?有誰知道請舉手……對了最基本的原則就是簡單原則，舉個例子，比方說有人問你：What’s your name? 你回答：My name is jake. I’m jake. 很明顯I’m jake.要遠遠好于My name is jake.這就是簡單原則，越簡單越好!英語學(xué)習(xí)不外乎就是聽、說、讀、寫，都應(yīng)從最簡單的開始，只有從簡單的開始，才容易入門，才容易產(chǎn)生"興趣"，才容易把事情進行下去。簡單原則有巨大的優(yōu)點： 1、造就成就感，培養(yǎng)自信。 2、增加興趣。 3、語言朗朗上口。 4、易于學(xué)以致用。但是很學(xué)生對簡單的語言往往不屑一顧，在學(xué)英語中最喜歡追求一個字——"難"。盡管學(xué)了很多難的東西，卻不會用。而事實上，簡單的東西如能靈活、準確地使用才是真正重要的。當(dāng)然這并不是說"難的單詞"和"復(fù)雜句型"一點兒也不能用，或者說沒有用。學(xué)會容易的東西，并把容易的東西融會貫通地加以運用才是英語學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)鍵所在。多學(xué)習(xí)一門語言，就是多了一對耳朵、一對眼睛和一張嘴。這個形容一點也不夸張。

　　下面我們就從聽說讀寫四個方面來具體說一下英語的學(xué)習(xí)方法。

　　一.聽力練習(xí)方法建議

　　1.根據(jù)個人英語掌握程度，選擇難度適中，語速適當(dāng)?shù)穆犃Υ艓А?/p>

　　2.選擇心情舒適的時候進行聽力練習(xí)，效果更佳。聽力最佳時間為早上9點至10點，下午4點至5點，晚上8點至9點，這些時段記憶力最好，工作效率最高。

　　3.挑選自己喜歡的英語磁帶練習(xí)，建議選擇趣味性強，故事性強的聽力材料。比如：英語童話故事，世界名著(簡單版)等。

　　二.口語練習(xí)方法建議

　　1.首先要掌握基本日常用語，詞匯和短語，以初中到高中學(xué)習(xí)詞匯為標準，大約6000詞匯，300短語。另外這些只是最基本的詞匯掌握量，若要脫口而出，還需掌握最少四級詞匯。

　　2.一般買英語磁帶都配有磁帶讀物，比如上面說到的英語童話故事和世界名著。磁帶作為聽力練習(xí)，讀物作為練習(xí)口語閱讀練習(xí)，配合磁帶來糾正自己的發(fā)音，一舉兩得。

　　3.若有機會在城市碰到老外，可以邀請他們和自己留影，只要留影就OK了，如果詞匯不足，不要深談。這樣可以鍛煉膽量和口語呢。我和老外是這么說的：

　　大家下午好!

　　首先感謝區(qū)教研室的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給我一次與大家交流的機會。在座的各位畢業(yè)班英語老師都是經(jīng)驗非常豐富的，在大家面前來談英語教學(xué)的經(jīng)驗實在是慚愧。為了提高英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量，我的確是想了很多的辦法，這里面有成功帶來的喜悅，也有失敗帶來的反思。這些談不上經(jīng)驗，現(xiàn)簡單地做個介紹，如有不當(dāng)之處，敬請各位批評指正。

　　記得剛剛走上工作崗位的我曾經(jīng)信心百倍，認為小學(xué)英語教學(xué)應(yīng)該是很簡單的事情，不就是聽、說、讀、寫嘛，沒什么難的，但真正開始教學(xué)，真正開始接觸學(xué)生之后，我才感覺到：小學(xué)英語教學(xué)尤其是我們農(nóng)村學(xué)生的英語教學(xué)真是坎坷難行。教學(xué)一開始我就遇到了種種問題。有一大部分學(xué)生在潛意識里根本沒有把英語當(dāng)一回事，有些學(xué)生甚至有抵觸的情緒。從家庭上看，我們的學(xué)生家庭大部分屬于農(nóng)村家庭，英語沒有被受到重視，再加上家長能聽懂英語的少之又少，更別說輔導(dǎo)了。從環(huán)境上來看，學(xué)生除了課堂上短短的40分鐘外，基本上就沒有使用英語的環(huán)境了，放學(xué)后聽英語磁帶的作業(yè)也有大部分學(xué)生不能自覺完成，再加上英語課課時較少，因此我的英語教學(xué)開展得并不順暢。面對如此多的問題，我決定從學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)方法和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣方面去入手解決�，F(xiàn)想從我的切身體會談幾點做法及建議：

　　一、要從自身找原因，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。

　　自己先要想辦法，持有一份樂觀的態(tài)度，勤思考，樂奉獻。給學(xué)生一份愛，讓學(xué)生喜歡你，從而喜歡上你的英語課。因為興趣是最好的老師，當(dāng)學(xué)生喜歡上你的課了，專心地聽講了，那課堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了嗎?在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣方面，我做了如下工作：

　　(一)、用愛去灌溉學(xué)生。

　　首先用心地給學(xué)生一份愛。因為愛可以融化人與人之間的隔閡，給學(xué)生一份愛，同時你也會收獲到他們對您的愛。我們要在日常生活接觸中體現(xiàn)愛，例如下課后，我大多時間都會逗留在班里，跟他們談?wù)剬W(xué)習(xí)上的問題、說說家常話或開個玩笑逗逗他們，他們會不亦樂乎。時間長了，他們就把我當(dāng)朋友了。記得20xx年那屆我班有個頑皮又聰明的學(xué)生叫黃永樟，各門功課成績極差，經(jīng)常不及格甚至低分，是讓語文數(shù)學(xué)老師頭疼的學(xué)生�？捎⒄Z科他卻十分感興趣，能拿八、九十分，為什么他英語成績那么高呢，原因是他被我“俘虜”了，很愛上英語課，也很喜歡給我拉家常。有一次，下課了，他走到我跟前，興奮地告訴我，他家大母狗生了5條小狗，可愛極了。

　　(二)、注重課前、課堂中氣氛的調(diào)和。

　　每次上課走來，總能從樓下聽到我班朗朗的英語讀書聲，當(dāng)我站在講臺上的第一句話便是及時地、微笑著表揚他們：“Youhadagoodjob，children。”在樓下我已經(jīng)能聽到你們朗朗的讀書聲了，老師真開心啊，你們讀得那么好，或很自豪的或說：“哇，你們讀書真棒，所有老師聽了也對你們豎起了大拇指”，這樣小小的表揚就充分樹立他們的自信心，他們會很高興，下次他們會讀得更好。別以為這樣的方法六年級不適用了，恰好這些方法我都是一年級，六年級通用的，課堂上也注重學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)，隨時調(diào)整課堂氣氛，使學(xué)生在一個良好的氛圍里不知不覺地學(xué)到了知識。記得去年的六(1)班下午第一節(jié)英語，由于3月份天氣原因，學(xué)生總有一種“春眼不覺曉，處處聞啼鳥”的倦態(tài)，那節(jié)課學(xué)生的精神狀態(tài)很差，學(xué)習(xí)積極性不高，我想：如果這樣講下去效果肯定不好，于是我臨時利用我班的搞笑大王葉寶彬同學(xué)做著火點，從他入手，我說：“Hello寶彬，howoldareyoutoday?”他被我突如其來的問題嚇愣了，我順勢說：“我猜你有30歲了”全班同學(xué)一聽，哈的一聲笑起來，眼神都看著寶彬，我說：“看你今天上課的心態(tài)有30歲了吧?好，老師決定今天幫你時光倒流，把你變成3歲的小孩子，好嗎?”這時寶彬不好意思的笑了，全班同學(xué)也來起了精神，他們倒要看看我怎樣把寶彬同學(xué)變成一個3歲的小孩子。也許有的老師會說，這樣每天浪費時間在與學(xué)習(xí)無關(guān)的事上，不就事倍功半了嗎?我覺得恰恰相反，每節(jié)課恰當(dāng)?shù)臍夥照{(diào)節(jié)，是課堂上良好的調(diào)料，把他們的學(xué)習(xí)注意力集中到課堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了嗎，總比羅羅嗦嗦講紀律強多了，而實踐證時，我也收到了較好的教學(xué)效果

　　二、抓好課堂教學(xué)掌握良好的學(xué)習(xí)方法。

　　不管是哪一門學(xué)科，要想有好成績，課堂教學(xué)的質(zhì)量是最重要的，課后炒冷飯，補的效果當(dāng)然也有，那肯定會費時費力。在課堂教學(xué)方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些無味枯燥的內(nèi)容，要找易于學(xué)生理解的切入點，要想方設(shè)法吸引學(xué)生。對于自己今天所上的內(nèi)容自己一定要有個清晰的思路，課后及時反思。例如反思一下你今天教的開心嗎?學(xué)生學(xué)得開心嗎?學(xué)生學(xué)到了什么，遺漏了什么等等。同時對于一些后進生，課堂上千萬不要丟掉他們，不理他們，不給他們發(fā)言、練說的機會。相反，要像警察一樣時常盯著他們，與他們進行目光的交流。因為他們后進，可能有更多的聽不懂的地方，而容易開小差，教師的目光以及點名回答，一是提醒他認真聽課，同時也是在給他練習(xí)的機會。

　　三、培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。

　　(一)、全面實行“一幫一”，充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的作用。

　　為了提高英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量，提高學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)成績，我還注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的互助學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，分小組學(xué)習(xí)，小組成員結(jié)成一幫一的互助對子，充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的作用，例如做有關(guān)語法和時態(tài)得練習(xí)題時，讓他們同桌或小組討論：這題為什么這樣做，原因是什么，讓他們用語法或時態(tài)等說出理由，說服對方。這樣既讓基礎(chǔ)好的學(xué)生所學(xué)的知識得到了鞏固，又幫助了其他的同學(xué)共同進步，不再出現(xiàn)很嚴重的“兩極分化”，可以說是一舉兩得。

　　(二)、課后補差工作。

　　班里總會出現(xiàn)一些個別的差生，不是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差就是基礎(chǔ)差，教師一定要課后花工夫，進行輔導(dǎo)。例如我就我校實際情況，請示校長，同時得到校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的大力支持，每天利用早讀前20分鐘，到三樓電教室給他們補課。讓他們把遺忘的知識都溫故而知新。我覺得這樣做效果還是挺大的，原來不及格的學(xué)生都追趕上來了，消滅了不及格率。
