　　今年的元宵節(jié)我們家和以前過(guò)的不一樣。以前，我們是去超市買別人已經(jīng)做好了的，回家只要放在過(guò)了煮好了就可以吃了，可是那樣過(guò)節(jié)是在是太沒(méi)意思了。所以，今年的元宵節(jié)，我們自己包湯圓。

　　我跟著姥姥一步一步地學(xué)著。先把準(zhǔn)備好的一包糯米倒入一個(gè)較大的碗或盆里，倒入十分之七的溫水，把這個(gè)面調(diào)均勻后放好。面做好了，該弄餡了。這次是用黑芝麻餡的，買餡的時(shí)候這個(gè)是一大快，要先用刀切的一小塊一小塊的，不要太小，也不要太大。再把他一塊一塊的搓成圓形。

　　面和餡都做好了，就要開(kāi)始包了。先從面團(tuán)上掐一塊面下來(lái)，捏成扁餅形，拿一粒先放在最中間，把旁邊的面往上推，逐漸變成一個(gè)圓，再用手捏一捏不平的地方，搓成一個(gè)團(tuán)，再在面上滾幾圈，一個(gè)湯圓就完成了。
