　　我的家鄉(xiāng)

　　My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.

　　我的家鄉(xiāng)是一個美麗的地方。它毗鄰一條寬闊的河流這里盛產(chǎn)魚和大米。

　　But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had no work. They lived a hard life.

　　但古時代，這是一個貧窮落后的小城鎮(zhèn)，許多人沒有工作，他們過著艱苦的生活。

　　In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is greatly improved.

　　1949年，我的家鄉(xiāng)解放了。自那時以來已經(jīng)發(fā)生了很大的變化。街道被拓寬，工廠，學校，醫(yī)院，電影院和劇院如雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn)了一個又一個，人民生活得到很大提高。

　　秋天到了，果樹上滿了水果，遠處，蘋果樹下的小妹妹在吃著一個個大蘋果，臉上帶著喜悅的笑容，臉還紅彤彤的，好像一個大蘋果。在其它樹下，有孩子們在歡快的玩耍著，有的在玩跳繩，有的在玩抓人，有的在玩躲貓貓，還有的在玩摸人。風吹呀吹，好像秋姑娘在給可愛的孩子們擦汗……

　　我的家鄉(xiāng)

　　My hometown is on the Fenhe River. This is the place where my grandparents and parents have lived. When I was a boy, I often played near the bank of Fenhe River.

　　我的故鄉(xiāng)在汾河岸邊，這是我爺爺奶奶、爸爸媽媽居住過的地方。我小的時候常在汾河岸邊戲耍。我的家鄉(xiāng)

　　There are about one thousand people in our village. Most of them are living a hapy life. They have built their new houses. All of their children can go to school. Last year ten students from our village went to college.

　　村里有大約一千人，他們大部分人過著幸福的生活。他們建了新房子。他們的孩子都上學。去年我們村里有十名學生上了大學。

　　There is a reading room and a library here. Every evening many villagers go to the evening school to learn science and read newspapers.

　　這里有一個閱覽室和一個圖書館。每天晚上許多村民到夜校去學習科學，閱讀報紙。
