霧霾多人體有很大的危害，這些沉淀物一旦進(jìn)入我們的身體，就再也排不出我們的體外了。外出可以戴上口罩，這樣可以有效防止粉塵顆粒進(jìn)入體內(nèi)。口罩以棉質(zhì)口罩最好，因?yàn)橐恍┤藢o紡布過敏，而棉質(zhì)口罩一般人都不過敏，而且易清洗。外出歸來，應(yīng)立即清洗面部及裸露的肌膚。
我們要保護(hù)環(huán)境、多種樹、少砍樹、節(jié)約每一張紙、每一滴水、每一度電。不讓可惡的霧霾再次出現(xiàn)!

近期，霧霾天氣頻頻發(fā)生，越來越嚴(yán)重，也引起了全國人民的注意和關(guān)照。中國不少地方把霧霾作為災(zāi)害性天氣預(yù)報(bào)。
霧霾是怎樣形成的呢?請聽我慢慢道來。它是由pm2.5塵粒、煙粒、鹽粒等均勻地浮在空中從而形成霾。不過，霧和霾還有本質(zhì)上的區(qū)別。起霧時空氣潮濕，出現(xiàn)霾時空氣干燥，并且對人體有害無益，長期吸入會導(dǎo)致死亡。
霧霾又是怎樣產(chǎn)生的呢?汽車尾氣，工業(yè)生產(chǎn)排放廢氣，和鞭炮等都是霧霾的主要來由。少開一次車，少放一次鞭炮。讓我們中國人不要再忽視環(huán)保。
不過，相對的自我保護(hù)也是要有的。為了避免吸入霧霾，霧霾天氣切勿開窗。出去旅游，或者游玩時，請戴上口罩。多喝桐橘梗茶，并且適量補(bǔ)充維生素d。還要多喝水，飲食要清淡。
霧霾還會引發(fā)許多疾病，如呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病等，各種危害人體健康的大病。
保護(hù)自己，與霧霾做斗爭是最重要的，霧霾雖然恐怖，但是人們還是想出許多辦法與霧霾決戰(zhàn)，如：人工降雨等。但是，這畢竟只能小范圍短時間地控制霧霾，不是長久之計(jì)。所以，大家應(yīng)該保護(hù)環(huán)境。
保護(hù)環(huán)境吧!讓這幾年的霧霾天氣逐漸減少吧!讓人們不用因此而死亡!
