As senior vice president in charge of recruiting for my professional fraternity, I organized a number of educational and social meetings for prospective members. During the time I served as chairman of recruiting, we pledged more men and women than we had for the previous three years. Besides the qualifications mentioned, I would bring to your bank a desire to succeed and a willingness to work hard.
