　　As we oil know, there are more and more laid-off workers in China now mainly because of the rapid changes in the economic reform. Among them are the old and the young, men and women, and even some well-educated graduates. What's more, with more and more workers being laid-off, lots of social problems have appeared.

　　As a result, the issue of re-employment of the laid-off workers has become one of the hot topics and drawn much attention from governments at all levels. A number of solutions are being offered.
