　　【寫(xiě)法指要】

　　1）盡管這兩封信均沒(méi)有信內(nèi)地址，但信頭卻都很齊全，屬于事務(wù)書(shū)信。特別正式的事務(wù)書(shū)信要求把信頭和信內(nèi)地址都寫(xiě)全，一般事務(wù)書(shū)信可以不寫(xiě)信內(nèi)地址。

　　2）事務(wù)書(shū)信是公司與公司，公司與機(jī)關(guān)團(tuán)體，公司或機(jī)關(guān)團(tuán)體對(duì)個(gè)人寫(xiě)的書(shū)信，屬于正式的信件往來(lái)，所以要用正式文體來(lái)寫(xiě)。信文里不能出現(xiàn)縮約形式。

　　3）寫(xiě)英語(yǔ)事務(wù)書(shū)信時(shí)要開(kāi)門(mén)見(jiàn)山，一開(kāi)始就接觸主題內(nèi)容，不能迂回�；匦鸥鼞�(yīng)直接了當(dāng)?shù)鼐蛠?lái)信中的內(nèi)容答復(fù)對(duì)方。
