　　On Saturday we went camping with our teachers. First we pitched the tent. then our older brothers and older sisters played game with us. At noon we all had a delicious lunch followed by a barbecue for dinner. At night we had bonfire and sang and danced. We didn’t sleep until 10:20 at night. But some of the boys were so noisy we couldn't fall alseep. I only slept for three hours. the next morning everybody woke up very early. After exercising in the morning we all went to see the small pigs. On the way there we saw a lot of geese. At 10:00 we went back to eat ice cream. It was so cold. then we all played games together. We ate lunch at 12:00. In the afternoon we played musical instruments and sang. After that camp was over. We had a lot of fun at the summer camp. I am looking forward o going to another summer camp soon.

　　Since I started my major in the tea culture of China, I have been deeply impressed by its sophistication and beauty. I would like to share some fascinating aspects of the tea culture of China.

　　In a country with the history of five thousand years, the Chinese tea drinking habit dated back to the Tang Dynasty (618-907AD). It became a national tradition and led to development of a delicate tea drinking ritual. Over the centuries, poets and artists in China wrote many marvelous masterpieces, in appreciation of tea and Chinese people’s constant love of tea drinking .One of the best-known writers is Lu Yu, who was regarded as the “Tea Sage ” for he composed the first book on tea. In his classic book, he detailed his studies of tea, such as the origin of tea, tea tools, tea picking, tea cooking, tea ceremony and well-known areas where tea was grown. And the valuable knowledge he recorded has laid foundation for modern tea culture development.

　　Based on ways in which tea leaves are processed, there are five distinct types of tea. They are as follow: the green tea, the black tea, the Wulong tea, the compressed tea and the scented tea. Among them, may foreigners are familiar with the green tea. The Longjing tea, of the green type, has a reputation.

　　Today, as the development of the medical, people can slow down their aging. As for the celebrities, they use the developed technology to keep young, seeing their unchangeable faces in the screen for so many years, the audience also want to imitate the celebrity, they believe that by using the developed technology, they can keep young all the time. While in my opinion, the way to keep young is to hold a young heart, some people look young outside, but in their hearts, they are old enough and refuse to keep pace with the time. While for another group, even they have wrinkles, they are curious about all the things and are willing to change. My grandpa is old, but he knows all the fashionable things, sometimes I have to ask him for the new things. The young heart is the way to keep young forever.

　　今天，隨著醫(yī)療的發(fā)展，人們能夠延緩衰老。對(duì)于名人來講，他們使用高科技來保持年輕，看到他們常年在屏幕上保持不變的容顏，觀眾也想要模仿名人，他們相信通過使用高科技就能一直保持年輕。然而在我看來，保持年輕的方法就是擁有一顆年輕的心，一些人表面看起來年輕，但是在他們的心里，他們足夠的老，并且拒絕去與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。對(duì)于另外一些人來講，雖然他們有皺紋，但是他們對(duì)一切都保持好奇，并且愿意去改變。我的爺爺年紀(jì)大，但是他對(duì)一切時(shí)尚的東西都了如指掌，有時(shí)候我不得不問他關(guān)于新的事物。年輕的心是永葆青春的方法。
