I often go to bed at 21:30, because my parents force me to sleep. They tell me that a good rest can bring me a good body. Before go to sleep, I usually drink a cup of milk. I always have a good sleep at night. I often get up at 6:30. It's very early, but I don't feel tired. I can eat the breakfast at home and do not need to hurry. I am often spirit in the class, but some of my classmates sometime would sleep in the class. Maybe they are short of sleep.
我通常九點半就睡覺了，因為我父母強(qiáng)迫我睡覺。他們告訴我休息好才能有好身體。睡覺之前，我通常喝一杯牛奶。我晚上總是睡得很好。我通常是六點半起床。雖然很早，但是我不覺得困。我可以在家吃早餐，也不用趕著去學(xué)校。課堂上我精神很好，但是我有的同學(xué)有時在課堂上睡覺。也許他們?nèi)鄙偎摺?/p>

Since my parents bought me a computer for the purpose of my better study, but I fall in love with computer games recently, I will play very late. My mother finds it, she tells me that I should not stay up, or my body will be bad and my brain will be not clever. I am so shocked, I decide to sleep early and don’t stay up.
自從父母給我了一臺電腦，出發(fā)點是為了讓我更好地學(xué)習(xí)，但是我最近愛上了玩電腦游戲，我會玩到很晚。媽媽發(fā)現(xiàn)了這點，她告訴我不應(yīng)該熬夜，不然我的身體就會變差，大腦會變得遲鈍。我感到震驚，決定早睡，再也不熬夜。
