how are you?i haven’t seen you for two months.i’m sorry to hear that you have had a bad fever.how are you feeling now?
in our school, the flu is more and more serious.many students have a fever.everyone is frightened.there is a kind of virus called h1n1spreading fast so that people are afraid of infecting it.what should we do to keep away from the virus?
first of all,we should keep clean.it includes keeping our body clean,keeping our food clean and so on.these measures can prevent the virus from getting into your body.then ,we should keep away from crowded places.we should breath fresh air.what’s more ,we should do more exercise.doing exercise can help us build our body up.we can fight with the virus better.after all ,eating more fruit and vegetables and drinking more water are important as well.
