　　在工作的這一年里，我積極參加區(qū)里面的新教師培訓(xùn)，認(rèn)真聽講，吸取了不少名師的經(jīng)驗(yàn)以不斷來充實(shí)自己，堅(jiān)持對專業(yè)知識的學(xué)習(xí)，在校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的支持下2-x年上半年成立了健美操小組，帶學(xué)生參加了區(qū)里面健美操比賽，還參加了區(qū)里面的體育能手比賽，取得了一些成績，也積累了一些謹(jǐn)嚴(yán)，在這一年里我嚴(yán)格遵守學(xué)校各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，不遲到、不早退，積極配合學(xué)校工作，認(rèn)表現(xiàn)出良好的組織紀(jì)律性
