　　本學(xué)期本班的生活管理的指導(dǎo)思想：

　　介于今年是大學(xué)生活的第一年同學(xué)們來自與大江南北，生活上有所不適，學(xué)習(xí)和管理上未養(yǎng)成嚴(yán)于律己刻苦勤奮的作風(fēng)。本學(xué)期工作重心放在關(guān)懷同學(xué)的日常生活，嚴(yán)格日長生活作風(fēng)，引導(dǎo)同學(xué)門順利完成由高中生向大學(xué)生的過度上。

　　本學(xué)期生活工作目的：

　　幫助同學(xué)們完成初上大學(xué)生活上的過渡，做好本質(zhì)生活工作為同學(xué)們的學(xué)習(xí)提供一個舒適的環(huán)境。

　　生活工作內(nèi)容：

　　1、協(xié)助其他班委和團(tuán)支部組織了各項活動，為各項活動做好組織喝后勤保障。其中包括班級聚會.中秋聚會、籃球比賽、趣味運(yùn)動會、兵馬傭之游，團(tuán)日等。

　　本人在大二、大三期間擔(dān)任我班的學(xué)習(xí)委員，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真、扎扎實實地做好土木102班學(xué)習(xí)委員的本職工作，切實完成了班主任交給我的任務(wù)，并對班級里的各項事務(wù)也認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)。在這一年里，我不斷地充實和提高自己。

　　一、思想方面

　　本人在當(dāng)學(xué)習(xí)委員期間，積極地為預(yù)備黨員轉(zhuǎn)正做準(zhǔn)備，擁護(hù)黨的各項方針政策，堅持四項基本原則。在工作當(dāng)中，我也能端正自己的心態(tài)，勤勤懇懇，任勞任怨，勤奮刻苦。

　　二、工作方面
