　　本人，x年7月畢業(yè)于濟寧醫(yī)學院臨床醫(yī)學專業(yè)，至今工作于張店區(qū)中醫(yī)院，現(xiàn)在內(nèi)一科任職住院醫(yī)師，于x年7月至今在我院工作一年多;在工作過程中，全心全意為病人服務(wù)的思想，待病人勝親人，始終堅持以病人為中心，在院領(lǐng)導、科主任、多位上級醫(yī)師的指導下，我努力工作、學習，將書本理論與臨床實踐相結(jié)合，努力鉆研外科專業(yè)知識體系，在實踐過程中我取得了不少成績，同時也逐漸認識到臨床工作的復雜性、多樣性，了解到了一些內(nèi)科疾病的診療新進展�，F(xiàn)將本人這一年來的思想、工作、學習情況作簡要總結(jié)：

　　一、思想上，自覺加強理論學習，努力提高政治思想素質(zhì)。

　　首先，我主動加強政治學習，除了經(jīng)�？措娨暋⒖磮蠹�、關(guān)心時事政治外，我還認真學習了馬列主義，毛澤東思想，鄧——理論，“三個代表”重要思想，自覺樹立高尚的世界觀、人生觀，樹立社會社會主義榮辱觀，用先進的思想武裝自己;其次理論學習還要在行動上落實，注重其對實踐的指導意義，自覺地踐行“八榮八恥”，時刻用其來約束自身行為，改正不良習慣，繼續(xù)發(fā)揚優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)。另外，除了干好自己的本職工作外，醫(yī)學教，育網(wǎng)|搜集整理積極參加與配合醫(yī)院組織的各項活動，維護領(lǐng)導、團結(jié)同志，工作任勞任怨、積極主動，取

　　不知不覺中，一個月的時光又悄悄溜走了。我們每個人又在崗位上做了這么長時間。在這新的一個月中，我們又有了新的改變。

　　我有兩個職務(wù)——一個是領(lǐng)頭羊?qū)W習班長，另一個是專項承包負責同學們的演講。但在這兩個崗位上，卻擁有截然不同的感受。

　　當學習班長，我可謂是初來乍到。雖說是從一開學就追著這個職位不放，追上了才發(fā)現(xiàn)不是那么簡單。每天，都有各科老師各科課代表的各種各樣的分數(shù)等著往學分表上謄抄，必須每天都要記住。還有一些課代表不把分數(shù)往這里報，必須死纏爛打的去要……索性大多時候都是資格比較老的幼鄰在干這些活兒，所以我還是比較輕松的。但我這個人是個稍微有點神經(jīng)大條的人，有時候、尤其在事情很多的時候會患“間歇性失憶癥”，有些很重要的事情總是會被我一拍腦袋忘的一干二凈，事后在崔老師的催促下才發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的疏忽，只能暗自吐舌頭在心里罵自己了……這一點，也是我下一個月要努力改正的方向吶!

　　至于負責同學們演講的這個職務(wù)，我有時都覺得都不是我在為大家服務(wù)，而是大家在培育我——因為我自己從這項職務(wù)中可謂獲益匪淺。因為是我點評，所以我決不會像下面竊竊私語的同學那般不用心。我總會安安靜靜、仔仔細細的聽好演講者說的每一個字，也能看出同學們的演講各有什么優(yōu)缺點，這樣就練出了“火眼金睛”。我不僅提高了點評演講的能力，久而久之便能“擇其善者而從之，其不善者而改之”，這一點對提高我自己的演講水平也是非常重要的。

　　可以說，無論哪項工作，我最起碼都能說自己還能讓人滿意。但我還在成長的道路上，我會從承包工作中學到更多，也會把承包工作做得更好!
