　　由于在原公司從事的是機要秘書工作，未涉及業(yè)務操作，對于零售企業(yè)的進、銷、存更沒有實質(zhì)理解，概念十分模糊，故對公司整體的運營模式與流程還需進一步的深入了解與熟悉。當然，我并不能以此為理由，我將會在今后的工作中多向前輩請教，勤問、勤練，用最短時間熟悉公司業(yè)務及流程，做到“眼勤、嘴勤、手勤、腿勤”，在工作中磨煉意志，增長才干。

　　雖然只有短短的三個月，但對于我來說受益匪淺。在今后的工作中，我將揚長避短，發(fā)奮工作，克難攻堅，力求把工作做得更好，不辜負公司經(jīng)理室對我的期望與栽培。

　　在公司3個月的試用期中，我較快地適應了新的工作，融入了新的團隊里，也得到了同事和領導的肯定，在他們的教導和培養(yǎng)下，自己的思想、工作、學習等各方面都取得了一定的成績，個人綜合素質(zhì)也得到了一定的提高，現(xiàn)將本人這三個月來的工作、學習情況作簡要總結(jié)報告。

　　作為一名剛剛畢業(yè)的大學生，雖然有過專業(yè)知識的學習，但是實踐的東西接觸的少，對很多問題不了解。剛開始我做的是數(shù)據(jù)專業(yè)，對很多流程還不熟悉，不知道該如何做好這個專業(yè)的工作，遇到這種情況，我依靠老師的指導，以及自身認真的學習，促成自身知識結(jié)構(gòu)的完善和知識體系的健全，讓自己盡早、盡快的熟悉工作情況，少走彎路。一段時間之后，我被借用到南京項目組做無線，在接觸到新的陌生的領域時，缺少經(jīng)驗，對于業(yè)務知識需要一個重新學習的過程，自己在其他同事的幫助下，能夠很快克服這種狀態(tài)融入到嶄新的工作生活中。碰到不懂的問題就虛心的向其他同事請教，看不明白的或者不會畫的圖就自己查資料，翻閱以前的圖紙，盡可能自己解決問題，不打擾其他同事，無論是剛剛到公司時跟著老師學習還是獨立的完成工作中的各項事務，都能夠認認真真，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)。在日常生活中，我認真服從領導安排，遵守各項規(guī)章制度和各項要求，養(yǎng)成良好的工作作風。

　　在學習的過程中，我深知自己還存在一定的缺點和不足，主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面：

　　1、對公司流程熟悉不夠，理論與實踐的結(jié)合做的較差;

　　2、對公司的工作任務能認真完成，但積極性不夠;

　　3、與公司里的領導和同事們思想和工作業(yè)務交流不夠;

　　4、自己的整體素質(zhì)和業(yè)務學習還有待進一步提高。

　　過去的三個月，是不斷學習、不斷充實的三個月，是積極探索、逐步成長的三個月。當然，初入職場，難免經(jīng)驗不足，在業(yè)務知識上，與自己本職工作要求還存在有一定的差距。但這些經(jīng)歷也讓我不斷成熟，在處理各種問題時考慮得更全面，專業(yè)技能也得到了加強。在此，我要特別感謝公司領導的悉心栽培以及同事對我的入職指引和幫助，感謝他們對我工作中出現(xiàn)的失誤的提醒和指正。我也深知，畢業(yè)只是求學的一小步，社會才是一所真正的大學。在今后的工作中，我將努力找準自己的定位，盡自己的所能為公司作出貢獻，為公司創(chuàng)造真正的財富，同時也為自身謀求一個更大的進步。
