　　在20xx年度里，我本人能夠擁護中國共產黨的領導，堅持四項基本原則，認真學習各項規(guī)章制度，遵守國家的各項規(guī)章制度，在工作中做到刻苦耐勞，任勞任怨，按時完成領導布置的各項任務，能夠團結同事之間的關系，在完成本職工作之余，積極幫助有需要的同事。原則性強，積極肯干，認真負責，有較強的進取心。處理故障時有條不紊，辦事利落，準確；有整體觀念，能團結同事，共同完成任務。在完成本職工作之余，積極幫助有需要的同事。

　　我在20xx年主要工作有：

　　1、努力學習新業(yè)務知識，在鞏固原有知識的基礎上，通過自覺不斷充實自己的知識面與工作技能，務求清晰所有系統(tǒng)的使用途徑和熟悉維護方法。除著系統(tǒng)的完美，除國際業(yè)務的黃金買賣外，其他的如fmis，cms，人事管理系統(tǒng)，工會財務系統(tǒng)等等等系統(tǒng)都已經換成網(wǎng)頁版，每更新一個系統(tǒng)，都會主動了解相關操作及技術情況，通過不斷的學習和虛心請教，使自己永不落后。

　　2、處理好同事之間關系，做到用最快的速度去解決故障，如一時去不到，會說明原因，所有故障盡量在兩個工作日內解決，特別是重要部門，比如五樓的行長室和各老總辦公室電腦，都是有故障做到馬上解決。平時經常提醒同事及時備份，重要文件一定要存放在非系統(tǒng)盤，并耐心解答同事各種電腦疑問。平時想同事所想，急同事所急，通過耐心細致的工作，既贏得了同事的認同也提高了科技部在機關中地位。

　　3、遇到硬件損壞的電腦，及時通知廠家更換設備，分行現(xiàn)時大部分電腦都較新，還沒有過保修期，期間當有壞件時，及時通過800電話通知廠家過來更換零件，保障了系統(tǒng)的正常運作。

　　4、理清各科室的設備，將淘汰和不用的舊電腦上收：各科室現(xiàn)時還有很多淘汰和舊電腦如雜物般堆放，除留下少量配置較高的作為備份機外，把沒有用的舊電腦全部上收，使之后的資產清理減少很多工作。

　　5、管理逐步規(guī)范化：現(xiàn)時分行大部分電腦都是dell和聯(lián)想，還有少量方正。

　　dell中的520和320都配備了系統(tǒng)光碟，當這兩種電腦系統(tǒng)崩潰時，用隨機光碟恢復正版winxp系統(tǒng)。

　　6、重視計算機安全運行環(huán)境，分行現(xiàn)有超過200套計算機，每臺機都有自己的相關專業(yè)軟件，為保證每個系統(tǒng)正常工作，每臺機都安裝了省行招標的pccillen殺毒軟件，為了防止木馬傳播，在pccillen的基礎上加裝360安全衛(wèi)士等安全軟件。

　　7、分營的維持工作，分營在分行大樓下，除接待普通客戶外，機關所有員工業(yè)務都在此辦事，有時兩層樓的工作量甚至比整個分行還要多，包括了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，辦公網(wǎng)與生產網(wǎng)，由于高度集中，網(wǎng)與網(wǎng)之間的暢通成了最主要的工作，其次是各個設備的正常動作，比如影像支票系統(tǒng)，支票打印系統(tǒng)，種類業(yè)務的查詢等，為保證對外對內的正常業(yè)務進行，經常是加班加點排除故障。

　　8、13樓監(jiān)控中心是一個新的業(yè)務部門，包含了大型顯示墻，2700多個攝像頭的監(jiān)控，6臺服務器，門禁系統(tǒng)等，各系統(tǒng)之間既有相關也相互獨立，從開始施工的網(wǎng)絡布線，到裝修結束后的服務器調度，各個系統(tǒng)之間均能緊密跟進，使系統(tǒng)與系統(tǒng)之間能有條不紊在接要求完成驗收。

　　9、改造七樓視頻會議室，七樓之前的會議室包含著娛樂的功能，所以音響、線路非常凌亂，隨時有可能是視頻會議的故障隱患，為保證整個視頻會議的質量，建議更換投影設備，與電工一起整理所有網(wǎng)絡，理順視頻線、音頻線，改造后，整個會議室視覺效果為之一新，無論是會議質量還是培訓質量都大大提高。

　　10、做好世博會與第16屆亞運會計算機安全工作，在這兩個重大活動期間，本人能嚴格執(zhí)行有關規(guī)定，監(jiān)測網(wǎng)內病毒活動，做好計算機防病毒工作。加強敏感信息保護。嚴格執(zhí)行上級監(jiān)管部門和我行的各項保密制度和涉密信息處置流程，加強檢查，預防由于管理或技術漏洞導致的信息泄露務，及時反饋問題，排除設備故障，營造良好的服務環(huán)境。

　　11、做好臨時接待任務，經常有很多檢查團來進行檢查，為此要搭建臨時電腦辦公環(huán)境，在此情況下都會用最快速度滿足檢查團需要，提供足夠的設備保證了網(wǎng)絡與打印的要求。

　　科技部作為分行一個重要部門，負擔著系統(tǒng)和網(wǎng)絡正常運作的重要職責，現(xiàn)代辦公越來越依賴于電腦和網(wǎng)絡，如缺少其中一樣，必然會造成工作效率低下，所以作為科技人員一定要有清晰的認識，高度重視，把分行系統(tǒng)維護做好。在新的一年里，我應緊跟行領導和科技部老總領導，再接再厲，戒驕戒躁，爭取更好的成績。
