一、扎實(shí)做好基本測(cè)量工作
測(cè)量是工程的眼睛，構(gòu)筑物的位置、尺寸、標(biāo)高等參數(shù)都是由測(cè)量控制的，其重要性不言而喻。要想搞好測(cè)量工作，首先要知道從哪幾個(gè)方面下手，個(gè)人總結(jié)，工程測(cè)量的基本工作包括以下幾個(gè)基本方面：
1、控制點(diǎn)測(cè)量；
2、數(shù)據(jù)收集測(cè)量；
3、工程點(diǎn)位放樣；
4、工序驗(yàn)收；
5、沉降位移觀測(cè)；
6、測(cè)量資料報(bào)驗(yàn)。

1、測(cè)量、成圖及數(shù)據(jù)處理工作新模式：利用全站儀或GPS外業(yè)測(cè)取原始數(shù)據(jù)，利用數(shù)據(jù)傳輸軟件傳輸?shù)诫娔X上，利用CAD和CASS成圖系統(tǒng)成圖，并利用CASS計(jì)算土方量等。

三、對(duì)測(cè)量的發(fā)展和前景的見(jiàn)解
對(duì)于測(cè)量技術(shù)的發(fā)展和前景方面，個(gè)人有以下見(jiàn)解：近年以來(lái)公司規(guī)模和產(chǎn)值飛快增長(zhǎng)，但是測(cè)量技術(shù)發(fā)展相對(duì)滯后，主流技術(shù)仍然停留在先前水平，雖然有些工程根據(jù)需要引進(jìn)了一些新設(shè)備、新技術(shù)，但這些設(shè)備和技術(shù)的使用還挺留在較低的層次，有待熟悉、研究、開(kāi)發(fā)，這對(duì)測(cè)量技術(shù)人員的素質(zhì)提出了更高的要求�？偨Y(jié)起來(lái)歸結(jié)為4個(gè)方面：
