履職以來，我始終把當(dāng)一名優(yōu)秀的人民教師當(dāng)作自己工作追求，因為多年的教育工作讓我深刻地認識到教育工作的祟高與偉大，它肩負著國家民族興旺強盛的重任。而做為大學(xué)教師，這份責(zé)任是責(zé)無旁貸的。因而，我時刻告誡自己：一定要忠于黨的教育事業(yè)、一定要將自己全部的熱情和力量獻給學(xué)生，授業(yè)解惑、教好學(xué)生，因而幾年來，我始終堅持不斷地學(xué)習(xí)，盡最大的努力去接觸、了解、認識，掌握新事物，積極投身到教學(xué)實踐中去……

三、 把握教學(xué)各環(huán)節(jié)，教學(xué)效果明顯
在教學(xué)中，我注意理論與實踐相結(jié)合，注意搜集學(xué)生在實踐中遇到的實際問題，結(jié)合理論教學(xué)從理論上解釋出現(xiàn)的問題，提出解決問題的方法和措施，并積極培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的動手能力。不斷提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，教學(xué)效果評價良好。
1 、認真?zhèn)湔n . 作為一名教師 , 上好一堂課不難 , 但備好一堂課很難 . 因此 , 每天我都花費大量的時間在備課之上 , 認認真真鉆研教材和教法, 不滿意就不收工。我認真研究課文 , 找出了重點 , 難點 , 準備有針對性地講。為了令教學(xué)生動 , 不沉悶 , 我還為此準備了大量的教具 ,授課時就胸有成竹了。有時準備好的教學(xué)課件 , 讓學(xué)生觀學(xué)習(xí) , 學(xué)生特別用功 , 教學(xué)效果十分理想 . 與此可見 , 認真?zhèn)湔n對教學(xué)十分重要。
2 、認真組織課堂教學(xué)。一堂課的四十多分鐘 , 就是一個教師表演技能的階段。上課時 , 本著 " 傳道 , 授業(yè) , 解惑 " 的原則 ,努力提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量 , 使講解有條理 , 清晰 , 準確 , 生動。我上課一定要設(shè)法令學(xué)生投入 , 不讓其分心 , 這就很講究方法了。上課內(nèi)容豐富 ,現(xiàn)實，使每堂課學(xué)生有所獲 , 努力使學(xué)生打好基礎(chǔ) , 培養(yǎng)能力 , 發(fā)展智慧 , 培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的正確思維方式 , 養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。
3 、注意因材施教 , 因為英語課的特殊情況 , 學(xué)生大部分基礎(chǔ)差 ,不愛學(xué)。為此 ,我制定了具體的計劃和目標(biāo)。對這部分同學(xué)進行有計劃的輔導(dǎo)。從平時的課堂反應(yīng) , 課后交流 , 周記記錄中掌握各個學(xué)生的心理狀況 , 抓住他們的特點和個性 ,有的放矢地與其進行交流 , 及時給予關(guān)懷和關(guān)愛。善于發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的優(yōu)點 , 并給予表揚 ; 積極發(fā)現(xiàn)后進生的閃光點 , 及時給予鼓勵 ,樹立他們的自信心。只要堅持對這些同學(xué)的輔導(dǎo) , 他們的基礎(chǔ)重新建立起來 , 以后授課的效果就會更好。

科研方面
堅持以教學(xué)帶動科研，以科研促進教學(xué)。任現(xiàn)職以來，我公開發(fā)表論文19篇，其中核心刊物和權(quán)威刊物6篇;參編著作、教材、教參等書籍7本;主持完成了自治區(qū)教育科學(xué)研究課題或改革項目3項，主持在研的教育廳科研課題1項。論學(xué)習(xí)，注意了解學(xué)科的一些最新成果和前沿知識。
