不知不覺中，一個(gè)月的時(shí)光又悄悄溜走了。我們每個(gè)人又在崗位上做了這么長(zhǎng)時(shí)間。在這新的一個(gè)月中，我們又有了新的改變。
我有兩個(gè)職務(wù)——一個(gè)是領(lǐng)頭羊?qū)W習(xí)班長(zhǎng)，另一個(gè)是專項(xiàng)承包負(fù)責(zé)同學(xué)們的演講。但在這兩個(gè)崗位上，卻擁有截然不同的感受。
當(dāng)學(xué)習(xí)班長(zhǎng)，我可謂是初來乍到。雖說是從一開學(xué)就追著這個(gè)職位不放，追上了才發(fā)現(xiàn)不是那么簡(jiǎn)單。每天，都有各科老師各科課代表的各種各樣的分?jǐn)?shù)等著往學(xué)分表上謄抄，必須每天都要記住。還有一些課代表不把分?jǐn)?shù)往這里報(bào)，必須死纏爛打的去要……索性大多時(shí)候都是資格比較老的幼鄰在干這些活兒，所以我還是比較輕松的。但我這個(gè)人是個(gè)稍微有點(diǎn)神經(jīng)大條的人，有時(shí)候、尤其在事情很多的時(shí)候會(huì)患“間歇性失憶癥”，有些很重要的事情總是會(huì)被我一拍腦袋忘的一干二凈，事后在崔老師的催促下才發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的疏忽，只能暗自吐舌頭在心里罵自己了……這一點(diǎn)，也是我下一個(gè)月要努力改正的方向吶!
至于負(fù)責(zé)同學(xué)們演講的這個(gè)職務(wù)，我有時(shí)都覺得都不是我在為大家服務(wù)，而是大家在培育我——因?yàn)槲易约簭倪@項(xiàng)職務(wù)中可謂獲益匪淺。因?yàn)槭俏尹c(diǎn)評(píng)，所以我決不會(huì)像下面竊竊私語的同學(xué)那般不用心。我總會(huì)安安靜靜、仔仔細(xì)細(xì)的聽好演講者說的每一個(gè)字，也能看出同學(xué)們的演講各有什么優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，這樣就練出了“火眼金睛”。我不僅提高了點(diǎn)評(píng)演講的能力，久而久之便能“擇其善者而從之，其不善者而改之”，這一點(diǎn)對(duì)提高我自己的演講水平也是非常重要的。
可以說，無論哪項(xiàng)工作，我最起碼都能說自己還能讓人滿意。但我還在成長(zhǎng)的道路上，我會(huì)從承包工作中學(xué)到更多，也會(huì)把承包工作做得更好!
