　　20__年春節(jié)過(guò)后我被調(diào)入__項(xiàng)目部擔(dān)任土建工程師一職，在項(xiàng)目部中主要負(fù)責(zé)土建專業(yè)的技術(shù)和協(xié)調(diào)工作。

　　在20__年上半年中，我主要進(jìn)行了__二期工程土建專業(yè)的前期準(zhǔn)備工作。根據(jù)項(xiàng)目部總工程師的要求，負(fù)責(zé)組織土建專業(yè)工長(zhǎng)、質(zhì)檢員等熟悉施工圖紙，并完成了土建專業(yè)的圖紙會(huì)審工作，提出圖紙會(huì)審記錄共計(jì)70余條，辦理工程洽商和設(shè)計(jì)變更通知單各2份，其中95%的問(wèn)題已經(jīng)經(jīng)過(guò)圖紙會(huì)審和洽商、變更記錄解決，剩余問(wèn)題現(xiàn)還在與設(shè)計(jì)單位、建設(shè)單位進(jìn)行溝通協(xié)調(diào)中。

　　為保證工程施工的順利進(jìn)行，在工程施工前期首先完成了《__施工組織設(shè)計(jì)》的調(diào)整和完善工作，之后到目前為止，共編制包括《土方施工方案》、《測(cè)量施工方案》、《試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃》、《防水施工方案》、《雨季施工方案》等方案共計(jì)11份，后續(xù)正在編制中的施工方案包括《鋼筋施工方案》、《混凝土施工方案》、《爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)長(zhǎng)城杯技術(shù)措施》等，做好技術(shù)先行的工作，確保工程施工順利。

　　在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的前期準(zhǔn)備中，在項(xiàng)目部總工程師的指導(dǎo)下，我負(fù)責(zé)完成了施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的圍墻、大門等施工圖紙的設(shè)計(jì)和繪制工作，并到施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行實(shí)地察看，確保圖紙的適用和準(zhǔn)確。我還與總工程師共同協(xié)商，對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總平面布置進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃，對(duì)本工程所使用的塔吊位置等進(jìn)行了定位，并編制了《塔吊基礎(chǔ)及群塔作業(yè)施工方案》，為工程施工做好了前期的技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備。

　　由于__工程原有技術(shù)人員分別被安排至各項(xiàng)目部，在20__年上半年中，我還兼任了__工程的后期維保工作。

　　在20__年下半年中，我還要繼續(xù)尋找工作中的不足，多向經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的前輩學(xué)習(xí)和請(qǐng)教，以更好的充實(shí)自我，彌補(bǔ)自我的不足，為圓滿地完成__工程的施工任務(wù)貢獻(xiàn)自我的一份力量。

　　20xx年1月至20xx年8月，公司成立材料認(rèn)定及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化部門，負(fù)責(zé)修訂aac零部件、輔的檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和通用規(guī)范的控制計(jì)劃并監(jiān)控其實(shí)施，組織和接受各項(xiàng)與材料認(rèn)定有關(guān)的客戶審核，制定與監(jiān)控樣品組工作的運(yùn)作，確保公司零部件質(zhì)量的提高，負(fù)責(zé)材料認(rèn)定及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化部門的日常工作。材料認(rèn)定及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的工作兢兢業(yè)業(yè)做了三年半，在這過(guò)程中讓我 學(xué)到了很多，可以說(shuō)受益非淺，學(xué)會(huì)了如何應(yīng)對(duì)跨部門間的工作溝通，做到及時(shí)反饋及時(shí)解決，處理工作中遇到的異常問(wèn)題及同事間的爭(zhēng)執(zhí)，努力培養(yǎng)鍛煉檢驗(yàn)員的工作能力，協(xié)助上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)完成各項(xiàng)工作。在這期間也從未放棄學(xué)習(xí)，利用業(yè)余時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)充電，參加國(guó)家考試獲取了大學(xué)專科學(xué)歷。

　　一、要努力學(xué)習(xí)，踏實(shí)學(xué)習(xí)，提高自身的技能素養(yǎng)。

　　看來(lái)的知識(shí)沒(méi)有經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)踐終究掌握的不夠透徹，因此我們還需要努力將這些知識(shí)用到項(xiàng)目當(dāng)中去，而這也是一個(gè)過(guò)程。公司可能剛開(kāi)始的時(shí)候會(huì)要我們跟著前輩去跑項(xiàng)目，看前輩怎么去弄好一個(gè)項(xiàng)目。去別的公司跑項(xiàng)目，他們公司的知識(shí)平臺(tái)可能跟自己公司的又不同。在跑項(xiàng)目的工程中，我們需要留意不同公司不同情況的處理辦法，為我們將來(lái)自己?jiǎn)为?dú)出去打下一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)。而每當(dāng)我們跑完一個(gè)項(xiàng)目的時(shí)候，我都會(huì)嘗試去評(píng)價(jià)。看看自己有什么樣子的收獲�；氐焦�司，在自己公司的項(xiàng)目上面進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的操作，使自己加快速度去熟練項(xiàng)目。在自己實(shí)踐的時(shí)候，肯定也是會(huì)產(chǎn)生各種各樣，稀奇古怪的錯(cuò)誤。能產(chǎn)生錯(cuò)誤就暗示我們又有新的收獲。我會(huì)正視錯(cuò)誤，自己努力單獨(dú)去解決錯(cuò)誤。這樣的收獲才會(huì)是最大的，倘若我們一遇到錯(cuò)誤就不假思索的去求助，那樣我們就會(huì)產(chǎn)生一個(gè)依賴心理。對(duì)自己的自信心也是一個(gè)相當(dāng)大的打擊。我們不要怕錯(cuò)誤。每一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤都昭示我們一個(gè)地方的不足，而沒(méi)改進(jìn)一個(gè)不足，我們就是一個(gè)提升。

　　一、繼電保護(hù)專業(yè)日常的檢修、維護(hù)工作方面

　　本人事繼電保護(hù)十年來(lái)，在這十年里，我是經(jīng)歷保護(hù)裝置的四代更新，我從最基本的電磁型保護(hù)調(diào)起、晶體管保護(hù)、集成保護(hù)，到我們目前廣泛應(yīng)用的微機(jī)保護(hù)，通過(guò)這四代保護(hù)裝置的檢修維護(hù)，我對(duì)各種保護(hù)裝置的原理、調(diào)試、設(shè)備性能都有比較深刻的研究，同時(shí)也為自己打下的扎實(shí)的工作基礎(chǔ)，并積累了豐富的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

　　在這十年的工作生涯中，我們管轄了10個(gè)220kV變電站的、29個(gè)110kV變電站的日常維護(hù)、檢修工作。我從學(xué)徒學(xué)起，認(rèn)真鉆研技術(shù)，虛心向老同志學(xué)習(xí)，積

　　極主動(dòng)承擔(dān)各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)，使得自己業(yè)務(wù)技術(shù)水平、理論知識(shí)不斷提高，并逐步成為班組的技術(shù)骨干。我參加工作第二年轉(zhuǎn)工作負(fù)責(zé)人后，自己就開(kāi)始負(fù)責(zé)110kV主變保護(hù)的年檢工作，110kV線路保護(hù)、220kV線路保護(hù)、220kV主變保護(hù)、220kV母差保護(hù)等年檢、維護(hù)。目前自己已經(jīng)熟練掌握220kV、110kV、35kV變電站的線路保護(hù)、主變保護(hù)、母差保護(hù)、備自投裝置、聯(lián)切負(fù)荷裝置等設(shè)備的日常檢修、維護(hù)。

　　經(jīng)過(guò)這十年繼電保護(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作，自己積累豐富的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在年檢、消缺和綜合分析、判斷能力方面都得到較大的提高。如20xx年，鐘山變220kV李鐘Ⅰ回243保護(hù)年檢時(shí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)CKJ集成保護(hù)中一塊邏輯芯片壞，B相單相故障時(shí)，不選相，直接三跳，經(jīng)更換芯片后正常，避免一次擴(kuò)大電網(wǎng)事故的隱患;20xx年，東渡變220kV母差保護(hù)(Radss)全檢時(shí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)Ⅰ母負(fù)壓繼電器抗干擾非常差，及時(shí)進(jìn)行了更換，避免的一次可能由于二次設(shè)備內(nèi)部隱患而造成的電網(wǎng)事故;20xx年，鐘山變220kV鼎鐘Ⅱ回244線路報(bào)“CSL-101B保護(hù)重合閘不充電”，外回路沒(méi)有任何異常，經(jīng)查為保護(hù)裝置內(nèi)部的邏輯板的YJ電壓繼電器接點(diǎn)粘死所致，更換后正常。

　　二、繼電保護(hù)技術(shù)改造工作方面

　　自1998年開(kāi)始，我們局就進(jìn)入大規(guī)模的繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備的技術(shù)改造，通過(guò)技術(shù)改造，我們的電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行可靠性有了一個(gè)質(zhì)的飛躍，目前的電網(wǎng)二次設(shè)備消缺率大幅度下降，保護(hù)正確動(dòng)作率高于98℅以上。在此期間，我負(fù)責(zé)了大量技術(shù)改造任務(wù)，如晶體保護(hù)、電磁型保護(hù)的微機(jī)化改造;110kV變電站的綜合自動(dòng)化改造;220kV線路、主變保護(hù)微機(jī)化、雙重化改造;220kV變電站無(wú)人值守改造等。在負(fù)責(zé)電網(wǎng)二次設(shè)備的技術(shù)改造過(guò)程中，自己編寫(xiě)施工組織方案、技術(shù)安全措施、調(diào)試方案，全面負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)改造的全過(guò)程。在技術(shù)改造過(guò)程中，自己不斷的探索、不斷的總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，更進(jìn)一步地加深對(duì)繼電保護(hù)的原理、設(shè)備運(yùn)行性能的理解，自己的技術(shù)水平得進(jìn)一步的錘煉，特別是為今后日常年檢、維護(hù)等工作打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

　　至今，我主要負(fù)責(zé)的技術(shù)改造有：20xx年的220kV東渡變?nèi)�站的無(wú)人值守改造。本次改造涉及到全站的所有一、二次設(shè)備，一次設(shè)備的新舊程度參差不齊，220kV系統(tǒng)是法國(guó)原裝進(jìn)口的GIS開(kāi)關(guān)，110kV系統(tǒng)的刀閘操作機(jī)構(gòu)型號(hào)不少于20種，基本上都需要現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行技術(shù)改造才能滿足無(wú)人值守改造的需要，加上工期又

　　短，給我們的技術(shù)改造帶來(lái)預(yù)想不到的困難。面對(duì)困難，我沒(méi)有退縮，我白天在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)改造工作，晚上總結(jié)、分析技術(shù)改造存在的情況、攻關(guān)技術(shù)難點(diǎn)、難題，并制定有效的施工方案。通過(guò)了我們的不懈努力，我們順利完成了全站的無(wú)人值守改造任務(wù)。

　　還有主要負(fù)責(zé)了：20xx年，負(fù)責(zé)全省第一套全省聯(lián)網(wǎng)安控系統(tǒng)聯(lián)切裝置，500kV變站端的安裝、調(diào)試、聯(lián)調(diào)。20xx年負(fù)責(zé)東渡變#1主變雙重化改造;20xx年，負(fù)責(zé)220kV鐘山變220kV系統(tǒng)部分的無(wú)人值守改造;20xx年，負(fù)責(zé)220kV鐘山變?nèi)�站直流系統(tǒng)改造;20xx負(fù)責(zé)220kV鐘山變220kV嵩山Ⅰ、Ⅱ回線路保護(hù)改造;20xx年，負(fù)責(zé)110kV葉厝變?nèi)�局第一套消弧線圈控制裝置安裝、調(diào)試等等。同時(shí)參與20xx年220kV李林變的全站無(wú)人值守改造、#1主變保護(hù)改造;20xx年的安兜變?nèi)�站無(wú)人值守改造等。

　　三、繼電保護(hù)專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)工作方面

　　做為一名合格繼電保護(hù)人員，單能勝任檢修、維護(hù)、技改等工作還是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，為了能更加全面、系統(tǒng)地了解繼電保護(hù)工作的原理、配置原則以及必要性，必須經(jīng)過(guò)參加設(shè)計(jì)，才能明確我們的繼電保護(hù)工作目的性和重要性，才能進(jìn)一步化深對(duì)繼電保護(hù)的理解。1998年，我就開(kāi)始負(fù)責(zé)了設(shè)計(jì)半蘭山變110kV故障錄的改造設(shè)計(jì)。主要的設(shè)計(jì)工作有：20xx-20xx年，負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)同安局所屬2個(gè)110kV變電站(馬巷變、梅山變)、3個(gè)35kV變電站(大澄變、內(nèi)厝變、新店)全站的無(wú)人值守改造設(shè)計(jì)，并已經(jīng)全部改造完成，并投入運(yùn)行;20xx年負(fù)責(zé)110kV鴻山變、葉厝變繼電保護(hù)綜合自動(dòng)化改造主變保護(hù)、監(jiān)控部分的設(shè)計(jì);20xx年?yáng)|渡變35kV母差保護(hù)改造設(shè)計(jì);20xx年負(fù)責(zé)220kV梧侶變的110kV梧梅、梧馬線保護(hù)改造的設(shè)計(jì);20xx年負(fù)責(zé)110kV葉厝變#3主變擴(kuò)建10kV部分的設(shè)計(jì)等等�，F(xiàn)在，可以勝任局屬各變電站的各二次設(shè)備的技術(shù)改造設(shè)計(jì)。

　　四、新、改擴(kuò)建變電站的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督和驗(yàn)收工作方面

　　通過(guò)日常維護(hù)、檢修以及消缺工作中的不斷學(xué)習(xí)和摸索，為自己打下了扎實(shí)工作基礎(chǔ)，并積累了豐富的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在新、改擴(kuò)建變電站的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督和驗(yàn)收工作中取得重舉足輕重的作用。如20xx年負(fù)責(zé)驗(yàn)收監(jiān)督220kV鐘山變#2主變擴(kuò)建工程、110kV葉措變#3主變擴(kuò)建等;驗(yàn)收方面如：20xx年的220kV錦園I、II期新建站全站的二次設(shè)備方面的驗(yàn)收及送電、20xx年220kV鼎美變I期的全站的

　　二次設(shè)備方面的驗(yàn)收及送電、20xx年220kV翔安變I期等。在質(zhì)量監(jiān)督、驗(yàn)收工作也發(fā)現(xiàn)不少問(wèn)題，如：PT二次回路多點(diǎn)接地;CT組別沒(méi)有交插、兩點(diǎn)接點(diǎn)、沒(méi)有接地點(diǎn);強(qiáng)弱電共混;控制、信號(hào)電源互竄等安全隱患，由于驗(yàn)收時(shí)及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)、并責(zé)令整改，為以后設(shè)備安全、健康、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

　　五、繼電保護(hù)反措工作方面

　　在繼電保護(hù)反措工作方面，我們嚴(yán)格按照《繼電保護(hù)二十八的反措》要求以及相關(guān)的反措文件，認(rèn)真執(zhí)行，嚴(yán)格把關(guān)。1999年起，我就開(kāi)始參加執(zhí)行大量的繼電保護(hù)反措工作。如：各變電站的端子箱、保護(hù)屏加裝120mm二次接地線反措;全站PT二次一點(diǎn)接地改造;二次電纜交直流回路、強(qiáng)弱電共混一根電纜反措改造;220kV及以上開(kāi)關(guān)雙操雙跳改造;高頻通道的結(jié)合濾波器加裝抗干擾隔離電容以及一、二接地共混改造反措、非微機(jī)型母差保護(hù)在保護(hù)屏上一點(diǎn)接地等反措。通過(guò)我們大量的反措改造工作后，電網(wǎng)的設(shè)備安全可靠性大幅度提高，繼電保護(hù)的正確率達(dá)到了99﹪以上。

　　六、組織管理工作方面

　　在組織方面，20xx年我從一名普通的班員，提升為東渡組的組長(zhǎng)，負(fù)責(zé)220kV東渡變、鐘山變以及6個(gè)110kV變電站的日常檢修、消缺、技術(shù)改造、設(shè)計(jì)等工作。做為班組長(zhǎng)，工作重點(diǎn)不再局限于做好各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)，必須全盤考慮所負(fù)責(zé)片區(qū)的工作安排、以及人員組織、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)等多方面工作。在我的帶領(lǐng)下，我們先后順利完成了220kV東渡變、鐘山變的無(wú)人值守改造和220kV主變保護(hù)雙重化改造等重大、重點(diǎn)改造工程、年檢完成率、消缺率百分百;同時(shí)也培養(yǎng)了一批技術(shù)骨干，進(jìn)一步緩解了班組人手不足的壓力。由于本人的較強(qiáng)的工作組織協(xié)調(diào)能力以及扎實(shí)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，20xx年我提升為付班長(zhǎng)兼安全員。在初級(jí)的管理崗位上，我立足于本崗，積極主動(dòng)配合班長(zhǎng)的各項(xiàng)工作，加強(qiáng)班組內(nèi)部建設(shè)，不斷改善班組工作環(huán)境，努力構(gòu)建一個(gè)和諧、團(tuán)結(jié)、有靈聚力的班組。在班組安全方面，我敢抓，敢管，并以身作責(zé)，這幾年來(lái)，我們班沒(méi)有發(fā)生過(guò)繼電保護(hù)“三誤”事故、人為事故、設(shè)備事故等責(zé)任事故。20xx年，我任班長(zhǎng)，在這安全生產(chǎn)第一責(zé)任人的位置上，我深感責(zé)任和壓力的重大，特別是在此期間我們部門進(jìn)行了專業(yè)的整合，由原來(lái)的一個(gè)專業(yè)增加為四個(gè)專業(yè)，如何調(diào)配好各專業(yè)的分工與合作是班組工作的重中之重。我在抓好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作安全的前提下，加強(qiáng)班組技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，

　　強(qiáng)化不同專業(yè)的互動(dòng)與滲透，以在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)達(dá)到最佳的專業(yè)整合目的;同時(shí)加強(qiáng)班組內(nèi)部建設(shè)，及時(shí)了解、掌握每位班員的思想動(dòng)態(tài)，并及時(shí)進(jìn)行溝通，消除部分班員思想上的波動(dòng)。通過(guò)大家的共同努力，我們這個(gè)新集體正以飽滿精神、邁著矯健的步伐一步、一步向著沖。

工程自我評(píng)價(jià) 篇18

　　今年是我成為上班族以來(lái)的第二個(gè)整年。土建工程師是我從事的第一份工作，是我職業(yè)生涯的一個(gè)起點(diǎn)，我對(duì)此也十分珍惜，盡最大努力去適應(yīng)這一崗位。經(jīng)過(guò)一年來(lái)的不斷學(xué)習(xí)，以及同事、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的幫忙，我已完全融入到了_______這個(gè)大家庭中，個(gè)人的工作技能也有了明顯的提高，雖然工作中還存在這樣那樣的不足之處，但應(yīng)當(dāng)說(shuō)這一年付出了不少，也收獲了很多，我自我感到成長(zhǎng)了，也逐漸成熟了。此刻就10年的工作情景評(píng)價(jià)如下：

　　一年來(lái)經(jīng)過(guò)我的不懈努力，完成了一期、二期工程施工資料整理及移交工作、二期工程景觀、綠化工作、____c組團(tuán)前期開(kāi)工準(zhǔn)備工作、c組團(tuán)樣板房工程等公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交付的其他工作

　　1、二期工程施工資料整理及移交工作

　　今年上半年二期工程順利交工并交付業(yè)主使用，工程交工前必須先把施工資料整理交接完畢，我認(rèn)真檢查把每一棟樓的施工資料都仔細(xì)查閱，力爭(zhēng)做到一張不漏、一張不缺、目錄整齊、保證資料齊全，交房前二期13棟樓所有的戶型圖、質(zhì)保保證書(shū)、使用說(shuō)明書(shū)，我都要提前準(zhǔn)備齊全，已備交房時(shí)給業(yè)主以充分的保障。二期13棟樓的備案資料全部經(jīng)由我手整理完畢，再領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指導(dǎo)下，我順利的完成了交房前所有資料的整理工作。交房后由于資料過(guò)多及其重要性，需移交公司檔案室保管，移交期間，我必須對(duì)二期30棟樓的100多盒資料重新整理，做到每張都有記錄并制定出能夠從中找出任意一張資料的目錄。期間我花費(fèi)很多精力，花費(fèi)將近一月的時(shí)間，最終不負(fù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)所托吧所有資料都重新整理完畢。

　　2、二期工程景觀、綠化工作

　　年初，我接手二期工程景觀、綠化工作。景觀、綠化工作相對(duì)于現(xiàn)代化小區(qū)，比重雖小，可是意義重大。它是現(xiàn)代化新生活小區(qū)不可或缺的。由于準(zhǔn)備充足，二期的景觀、綠化工作進(jìn)行的很順利。

　　可是，后期驗(yàn)收時(shí)，由于苗木規(guī)格、種類繁多給我們的驗(yàn)收工作帶來(lái)了很大的麻煩，最終，我經(jīng)過(guò)與技術(shù)部通力合作，把所有苗木的種類、數(shù)量、規(guī)格全部核查到位。最終順利的完成了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交付的此項(xiàng)工作。

　　3、________工程

　　9月初，接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指示。要建設(shè)c組團(tuán)樣板房。它是10年在全國(guó)房地產(chǎn)低迷情景下，公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)英明決定_____c組團(tuán)開(kāi)工，組建____加這種新戶型的一個(gè)縮影。它的好壞直接影響立體疊加開(kāi)盤后的銷售業(yè)績(jī)，同時(shí)也是公司今年即b組團(tuán)銷售情景不樂(lè)觀后的一項(xiàng)新舉措，它的成敗直接影響到公司今年的成敗。

　　在接到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指示后，我快速的投入到實(shí)際工作當(dāng)中去，為了到達(dá)預(yù)期效果，我2天內(nèi)3次定位放線，最終滿足了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的預(yù)期效果。在施工過(guò)程中，我不懼辛苦，任勞任怨，努力做到了上班在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，下班后由于工程需要多次加班加點(diǎn)工作。后期由于裝飾公司的介入，這就需要良好的協(xié)調(diào)本事與組織本事。努力處理好雙方在施工過(guò)程中所發(fā)生的摩擦和矛盾。最終順利的在開(kāi)盤前完成了樣板房工程。為公司開(kāi)盤后可觀的銷售情景及扭虧為營(yíng)做出了應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。

　　在________順利開(kāi)盤后，我又與技術(shù)部合作。參與了樣板房后期的決算事宜。

　　一年來(lái)的工作心得

　　1、堅(jiān)持良好的心態(tài)與進(jìn)取進(jìn)去的工作態(tài)度。我作為_(kāi)___一分子，自覺(jué)遵守公司的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，服從上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的工作安排;以對(duì)公司絕對(duì)忠誠(chéng)的態(tài)度投入到各項(xiàng)工作中去，把公司的事情當(dāng)作自我家里的事情去做，在解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工管理、協(xié)調(diào)等工作上，依據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情景進(jìn)取主動(dòng)的思考，自我研究應(yīng)當(dāng)完成的各項(xiàng)工作，而不是等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)來(lái)安排。以主人翁的心態(tài)投入到各項(xiàng)工作中去，維護(hù)公司的形象和利益不受損害。

　　2、把自我融入到公司的大團(tuán)體中去，依靠團(tuán)體的智慧及力量完成各項(xiàng)工作。在我今年完成的許多工作中，得到各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們的支持和幫忙。

　　3、經(jīng)過(guò)一年來(lái)的工作發(fā)現(xiàn)自我還有很多不足之處：在工作中處理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)事宜，管理力度不夠;處理問(wèn)題還不是太細(xì)心，這些問(wèn)題我將在嶄新的20__年多加注意克服。

　　20__年，對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)是探索、學(xué)習(xí)、提高的一年，應(yīng)對(duì)著與以前不一樣的工作資料，我擺正了自我的心態(tài)，充分發(fā)揮主管能動(dòng)性，進(jìn)取主動(dòng)的思考。在這樣的一年中，我經(jīng)過(guò)自我的勞動(dòng)充實(shí)了自我，經(jīng)過(guò)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)賦予自我的機(jī)會(huì)開(kāi)闊了自我的視野。
