  兩天的時(shí)間轉(zhuǎn)眼即過,我們?nèi)〉昧伺涌偡值诙、男子總分第五名、團(tuán)體總分第四名的成績(jī),盡管不盡如人意,但我們沒有丟了護(hù)理系的氣勢(shì),在比賽過程中,許多運(yùn)動(dòng)員的拼搏精神令我們感動(dòng),“熱淚盈眶”四個(gè)字絕對(duì)不是虛假的,他們咬著牙堅(jiān)持比賽的一幕幕至今仍在腦海揮之不去,不管勝利與否,這種頑強(qiáng)的精神都值得我們張揚(yáng)與銘記。經(jīng)過這次校運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì),各個(gè)部門的團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作精神得到了充分體現(xiàn),各個(gè)部門之間的聯(lián)系也更加緊密。同時(shí)在這次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)上,也出現(xiàn)了許多不和諧的現(xiàn)象,針對(duì)學(xué)生會(huì)的學(xué)生干部,有的人忙得熱火朝天,有的人卻顯得無所事事,某些學(xué)生干部是充分的發(fā)揮了當(dāng)觀眾的潛質(zhì),因?yàn)橛^看比賽而忘了自我的任務(wù),很多部門干事在工作中的進(jìn)取性都有待加強(qiáng)。這些本不應(yīng)當(dāng)出現(xiàn)的現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)了,說明了學(xué)生會(huì)的學(xué)干的職責(zé)心還不夠。

  對(duì)于這次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)沒有取得夢(mèng)想的成績(jī)的重要的原因是:1、對(duì)于我系一些運(yùn)動(dòng)人才的遺漏,由于運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的宣傳的局限性以及同學(xué)報(bào)名的進(jìn)取性,以至于一些很有實(shí)力的選手沒有被挖掘出來;2、運(yùn)動(dòng)員自身?xiàng)l件的限制,有的同學(xué)在賽前沒有注意自我保護(hù),所以受傷無法參加比賽,還有就是因?yàn)槲蚁低瑢W(xué)大多為女生,所以在比賽期間有的很有實(shí)力的運(yùn)動(dòng)員處于特殊時(shí)期而錯(cuò)失了比賽或影響了比賽成績(jī);3、運(yùn)動(dòng)員的運(yùn)動(dòng)素質(zhì)有待提高,異常是__級(jí)的同學(xué),除了那么幾個(gè)突出一點(diǎn),其他獲獎(jiǎng)的大多為我們上屆運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的老將;另一方面,在本次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)之中,我們能夠看到,除了在我系原有傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)項(xiàng)目穩(wěn)定發(fā)揮之外,其他項(xiàng)目的比賽成績(jī),尤其是徑賽的短跑比賽項(xiàng)目的成績(jī)不是太夢(mèng)想針對(duì)以上的問題,我們應(yīng)當(dāng)從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行改正:

  (1)針對(duì)一些進(jìn)取性不高、做事懶散的學(xué)生干部,本著實(shí)事求是的原則,認(rèn)真做好學(xué)干的記錄以及違紀(jì)情景的登記,認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行,進(jìn)行匯報(bào),同時(shí)增加工作透明度;

  (2)對(duì)于學(xué)生會(huì)開展的一些活動(dòng),無論是前期工作還是后期過程與結(jié)果,我們都應(yīng)當(dāng)宣傳到位,爭(zhēng)取做到?jīng)]有哪項(xiàng)活動(dòng)是同學(xué)們不了解的,與此同時(shí)想辦法調(diào)動(dòng)同學(xué)進(jìn)取性,讓絕大多數(shù)同學(xué)都參與到活動(dòng)中來;

  (3)部門做事應(yīng)有明確分工,條例要清晰,每次活動(dòng)之前都要做好任務(wù)分配,盡量避免部門干事不明白做什么,怎樣做的情景;

  (4)學(xué)干們應(yīng)當(dāng)從自身做起,不要因公徇私,擺學(xué)生干部的架子;與此同時(shí),維護(hù)自身及學(xué)生干部的威嚴(yán)與形象;

  (5)學(xué)生會(huì)應(yīng)當(dāng)與學(xué)生堅(jiān)持密切的聯(lián)系,以為同學(xué)服務(wù)為宗旨,認(rèn)真履行好自身的權(quán)利與義務(wù);
