  本模塊通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)用來(lái)描述imaginary situation的would +v.的結(jié)構(gòu),展開(kāi)“我的理想假日”這一話題,要求同學(xué)們能夠描述自己理想假日。

  1.詞匯:能夠正確使用下列單詞和詞組:perfect, board, flight, gate, silly, business, empty, stomach, burn, enough, everything, college, simple, properly, go to college, so… that…, not… at all, see off等。

  2.語(yǔ)法:能夠使用would談?wù)摷僭O(shè)狀況;能夠使用although, but, so… that引導(dǎo)的狀語(yǔ)從句。

  二、重難點(diǎn)知識(shí)講解

  1.betty:i’d like to go with you! 我想和你一起去!

  tony:so would i! … 我也想!……

  so would i. 這句話是接上一句話的,它的意思是“我也想和你一起去!

  “so+助動(dòng)詞+主語(yǔ)”句型為倒裝結(jié)構(gòu),其中句子的主語(yǔ)與上文句子的主語(yǔ)是不同的。so代表上句中陳述的肯定內(nèi)容。助動(dòng)詞可以是連系動(dòng)詞或情態(tài)動(dòng)詞,但必須與上句中的謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞及時(shí)態(tài)相一致。其漢語(yǔ)意思為“另外一個(gè)人也是如此,也一樣,同樣”。在本句型中,主語(yǔ)應(yīng)重讀。在并列句中,so前一般要加and。

  (1)althoughconj.雖然。連接一個(gè)讓步狀語(yǔ)從句。在中文中,讓步狀語(yǔ)從句常引用一個(gè)連接詞詞組“雖然……,但是……”。但在英語(yǔ)中,用了“雖然”(although)就不用“但是”(but);用了“但是”(but),就不用“雖然”(although)。although連接的是帶讓步狀語(yǔ)從句的復(fù)合句,而but則連接的是并列句。

  although引導(dǎo)的狀語(yǔ)從句可以放在句首,也可以放在句尾,放在句首時(shí)要用逗號(hào)分開(kāi),如上面3個(gè)例句;放在句尾時(shí),則不用逗號(hào)。

  雖然我每天都吃健康食品,但我還是經(jīng)常生病。

  i’m not good at englishalthoughyou teach it well.

  although有一個(gè)同義詞though,though比although更通俗一些,它們用法基本相同。如:

  thoughit was very late, he went on working.

  =he went on workingthoughit was very late.

  thoughhe is very poor, he is above telling a lie.

  =he is above telling a liethoughhe is very poor.

  雖然他很窮,但他不屑說(shuō)謊話。

  △注意although和though連接的句子無(wú)論是在句首還是在句尾,譯成中文時(shí)常常把他們譯在句首。切記不要既用although, though又用but。

 。2)so…that…的意思是“如此地……以致于……”,它引導(dǎo)結(jié)果狀語(yǔ)從句。在口語(yǔ)中,so…that…的that常被省去。

  注意:dress 的被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)be dressed后要接介詞in, be dressed in后可跟衣、物。
