讓cisco重發(fā)證書
1.訪問下面這個鏈接
正確打開鏈接后，點擊如下圖藍色框內(nèi)的鏈接(不用登錄，直接點擊就可以)
2.正確打開后，會看到如下圖所示的頁面，點擊藍色框內(nèi)的鏈接--create a case(假如看不到，可以嘗試搜索)
3.正確打開后，會會看到如下圖所示的頁面，點擊藍色框內(nèi)的鏈接--create a case
4.正確打開后，你會看到這樣的頁面(下面是關(guān)鍵)
填寫你的e-mail地址(請確保你填寫的e-mail能接收cisco的信件)
填寫subject
填寫內(nèi)容，包括完整地址，郵編，cisco id和要求重發(fā)什么證書
下面是一個示例

請大家指正和修飾

填寫完畢后，點擊左下角的按鈕
5.正確打開后，你會看到這樣的頁面
點擊左下角藍色框內(nèi)的按鈕
6.接著你會看到這樣的頁面
到這里為止，基本工作已經(jīng)完成了，接下來到你剛才填寫的信箱去收信，等你看到這個頁面，再打開信箱，信就來了(反正我是這樣)
信大致是這樣的

然后就去訪問第1個步驟的鏈接，使用你的cisco id登錄，查看你的個人信息是否正確，不正確的話要修改了。
7.一般第二天就能再收到一封答復(fù)信，下面是一個示例

后記:這次親自去創(chuàng)建case并記錄了case從創(chuàng)建到回復(fù),最后解決的全過程,一般情況下前后會收到4封e-mail(我的分別是在11月6,11月7,11月8,11月11收到),第一封是你提交了case后,系統(tǒng)馬上自動生成并發(fā)到你信箱的,這時最好到跟蹤系統(tǒng)查看并更新你的個人信息;第二封是對方給你的回復(fù),你需要查看并按照提示去做,必須在兩個工作日內(nèi)回復(fù)case;第三封是對方對你的回復(fù)的解答,一般問題這時就解決了,你去case查看也顯示的是solved,接著case將會幾天后關(guān)閉;第四封就是問題完全解決后,對方發(fā)來的一封信,主要是感謝你聯(lián)系他們之類的,另外就是說為了提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,請幫忙完成一個調(diào)查,我一般是填一下的.
