大家好，今天我演講的題目是《堅(jiān)定信念，超越自我》。
海倫·凱勒有這樣一句非常形象而生動(dòng)的話：“當(dāng)一個(gè)人感覺到有高飛的沖動(dòng)時(shí)，他將再也不會滿足于在地上爬�！闭怯辛诉h(yuǎn)大的理想，正是有一種信念，她接受了生命的挑戰(zhàn)，創(chuàng)造了生命的奇跡。
她，盲聾啞集于一身的弱女子竟然畢業(yè)于哈佛大學(xué)，并用生命的全部力量奔走呼告，建起了一家家慈善機(jī)構(gòu)，為殘疾人造福，被評選為20世紀(jì)美國十大英雄偶像。理想和信念像熊熊燃燒的烈火使她才走出黑暗，走出死寂，理想和信念像巨大的羽翼，幫助她飛上云天。
從某種意義上說，人不是活在物質(zhì)世界里，而是活在精神世界里，活在理想與信念之中。對于人的生命而言，要存活，只要一碗飯，一杯水就可以了;但是要想活得精彩，就要有精神，就要有遠(yuǎn)大的理想和堅(jiān)定的信念。
同學(xué)們，不管你現(xiàn)在的成績怎么樣，不管你現(xiàn)在的基礎(chǔ)怎么樣，只要堅(jiān)定信念，超越自我，你就有了努力的方向，你就有了奮斗的目標(biāo)，你就有了生活的動(dòng)力，你就有了成功的希望!

敬愛的老師們，親愛的同學(xué)們：
大家好!
今天我國旗下講話的題目是：《珍惜每一分鐘》!
首先，我想跟大家分享一個(gè)故事，一個(gè)關(guān)于一分鐘時(shí)間的故事。有一次，一個(gè)青年向著名教育家班杰明請教如何才能獲得成功，他們約好了地點(diǎn)與時(shí)間。等到時(shí)間到的那一天，青年如約而至，可是班杰明打開門的那一瞬間卻讓這個(gè)青年驚訝不已，原來他的房間里亂七八糟，一片狼藉。
看著青年驚訝的表情，班杰明馬上說到：“你看我這房間，太不整潔了，請你在門外等一分鐘，我收拾一下你再進(jìn)來吧�！闭f完，不等青年開口，他就關(guān)上門，一分鐘之后，他再次打開門，并熱情的招呼青年進(jìn)入了房間，此時(shí)青年看到的確是一切已變得井然有序。
青年在心里感嘆班杰明的速度，可是，沒等青年人把問題講出來，班杰明就非�？蜌獾卣f：“好吧，你可以走了。”青年人一下子愣住了，既尷尬又非常遺憾地說：“可是，我，我還沒向您請教呢�！薄斑@些，難道還不夠嗎?”班杰明一邊掃視著自己的房間，一邊微笑地說，“你進(jìn)來已經(jīng)有一分鐘了�！薄耙环昼�?一分鐘”青年人若有所思地說，“噢，我懂了，您讓我明白了一分鐘的時(shí)間可以做許多事情，也可以改變許多事情的深刻道理。”向班杰明道謝后，青年人開心地走了。
這是一個(gè)簡單的故事，也是一個(gè)很耐人尋味，故事告訴了我們一個(gè)道理，一分鐘的時(shí)間非常恨短很渺小，但是卻可以做很多的事情，也可以改變很多的事情，我們的人生就是由無數(shù)個(gè)一分鐘構(gòu)成，如果把握住每一分鐘是我們?nèi)松畹糜幸饬x的關(guān)鍵。所以同學(xué)們，珍惜時(shí)間，就必須從珍惜你的每一分鐘做起，從現(xiàn)在做起。只有把握好了生命的每一分鐘，我們才能踏上成功之路，攀上理想之巔，才能到達(dá)成功的彼岸。

and see no end to the landscape, new objects presenting themselves as weadvance; so, in the commencement of life, we set no bounds to our inclinations.nor to the unrestricted opportunities of gratifying them. we have as yet foundno obstacle, no disposition to flag; and it seems that we can go on so forever.we look round in a new world, full of life, and motion, and ceaseleprogress; andfeel in ourselves all the vigor and spirit to keep pace with it, and do notforesee from any present symptoms how we shall be left behind in the naturalcourse of things, decline into old age, and drop into the grave. it is thesimplicity, and as it were abstractedneof our feelings in youth, that (so tospeak) identifies us with nature, and (our experience being slight and ourpassions strong) deludes us into a belief of being immortal like it. ourshort-lives connection with existence we fondly flatter ourselves, is anindissoluble and lasting union-a honeymoon that knows neither coldness, jar, norseparation. as infants smile and sleep, we are rocked in the cradle of ourwayward fancies, and lulled into security by the roar of the universe aroundus0we quaff the cup of life with eager haste without draining it, instead ofwhich it only overflows the more-objects prearound us, filling the mind withtheir magnitude and with the strong of desires that wait upon them, so that wehave no room for the thoughts of death.
