　　今天，我來(lái)給大家演講一個(gè)關(guān)于垃圾食品的演講。

　　所為的垃圾食品，主要經(jīng)過(guò)炸、烤、燒等加工過(guò)的食品，從垃圾食品這個(gè)定義中我們不難看出，其實(shí)食品本身并不見(jiàn)得是垃圾，只是不科學(xué)的加工烹飪和制作過(guò)程才使得原本營(yíng)養(yǎng)的食品喪失了其營(yíng)養(yǎng)的成分。

　　但在生活中，有哪些是垃圾食品呢？垃圾食品又有哪些危害呢？

　　就比如：油條等油炸食品。比如油條、炸丸子等等。危害主要有：損壞腎臟、腦細(xì)胞，導(dǎo)致心血管疾��；含有致癌物質(zhì)。

　　還有可樂(lè)、芬達(dá)等各種汽水，里面含有大量的糖類(lèi)、碳酸，與身體鈣元素結(jié)合成沉淀排出體外造成鈣的流失。

　　面對(duì)香噴噴的燒烤、油炸食品，面對(duì)小攤上花花綠綠糖果、辣片……。你是不是經(jīng)常駐足觀望，垂涎三尺？你是不是經(jīng)常掏出口袋里的錢(qián)買(mǎi)一些解饞呢？在校門(mén)口，我經(jīng)常發(fā)現(xiàn)有些同學(xué)津津有味地吃著油炸臭豆腐；我還親眼看見(jiàn)有些同學(xué)吃方便面、面包隨手丟的垃圾屢見(jiàn)不鮮，學(xué)校地上紙屑“遍地開(kāi)花”，零食包裝袋隨風(fēng)飄揚(yáng)，嚴(yán)重影響了校園環(huán)境。

　　同學(xué)們，你們知道嗎？當(dāng)你享受這些美味的同時(shí)，不僅破壞環(huán)境衛(wèi)生，而且也給你的身體帶來(lái)危害：常吃冷凍甜點(diǎn)可導(dǎo)致肥胖，對(duì)腸胃有影響；常吃油炸食品、方便面可在人體內(nèi)形成致癌物質(zhì)；常吃餅干、喝飲料可損害肝臟，導(dǎo)致血壓升高，使腎臟負(fù)擔(dān)過(guò)重；常吃膨化食品會(huì)嚴(yán)重危害智力發(fā)育和神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的健康……所以我們要做到以下幾點(diǎn)：

　　1、堅(jiān)決杜絕垃圾食品，盡量不吃零食。

　　2、遠(yuǎn)離油炸食品，以及小攤上的燒烤等不衛(wèi)生食品。

　　3、見(jiàn)了廢紙、垃圾彎彎腰，主動(dòng)撿起。

　　4、合理使用零花錢(qián)，讓零花錢(qián)為我們的學(xué)習(xí)服務(wù)。

　　同學(xué)們：我們正處在生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的黃金階段，為了自己的健康，為了能更好地學(xué)習(xí)，讓我們一起行動(dòng)起來(lái)，遠(yuǎn)離垃圾食品，這樣我們的校園更加清潔美麗，我們的身體也將更加健康強(qiáng)壯！
