　　為了促進高中英語課改在我市的順利實施，去年暑假期間我們在鄭州11中、12中、16中和外語學校對我市新高一、新高二的英語教師分別進行了新課程培訓。

　　5.舉行中考復習備考研討會

　　去年10月，我們在外國語中學舉行了中考復習備考研討會。在會議上，省實驗中學的王千山和鄭州中學的郭曉慧兩位老師介紹了復習備考的做法和經(jīng)驗，陶繼紅老師分析了鄭州市九年級二檢英語試題，對學生答題錯誤進行了點評，并就復習備考提出了建議。

　　6.下校聽課調(diào)研，開展課堂觀察活動

　　為了了解學校課程標準解讀的情況，深入開展校本教研，促進英語課堂教學改革，教研室堅持下校聽課調(diào)研。上學期, 高中到了鄭州5中、 9中、11中、12中、14中、19中、47中、回中、106、鄭州中學等校；初中到了3中、52、62、63、73、76、79、102 等學校，另外，學科還到了26、42、103、農(nóng)大附中等學校參加了教學研討活動。

　　為了增強聽課調(diào)研的科學性，提高聽課指導的有效性，上學期教研室以學科為單位，開展了課堂觀察活動。我們選擇了鄭州51中的王媛媛、鄭州4中的白書鋒兩位教師作為觀察對象，將觀察維度定為教師課堂教學中的對話視角，并選擇了提問方式、等待時間、學生回答方式和教師理答方式四個觀察點進行觀察，以增強課堂觀察的可操作性和數(shù)據(jù)直觀性。我們集體設(shè)計了英語課堂提問觀察量表，對兩位教師我門學科四位教研員集體聽課觀察各兩次。通過這次活動我們體會到：

　　首先，從觀察中我們感受到課堂觀察對教師的引領(lǐng)作用。觀察量表中觀察點的設(shè)置其實就是提醒教師在教學中應該避免的問題和努力的方向，當教師看到這些量表時，她們會有意地去避免觀察點中那些不當之處的發(fā)生。正如被觀察者自己所說：從來沒想過提問學生還有這么多的講究，以后我們就知道課堂提問的方向和做法了。

　　其次，通過兩次觀察我們明顯的感到課后交流對老師的促進作用。通過向被觀察者展示觀察數(shù)據(jù)，可以使他們更真實客觀的自己的教學，發(fā)現(xiàn)課堂教學中在提問環(huán)節(jié)上存在的不足，以便在以后的教學中改進。

　　最后，課堂觀察作為一種科學研究的方法，對我們的課堂教學研究了可觀察、可記錄、可解釋的依據(jù)，有利于教師更好的反思教學和改進教學。被觀察的老師和所在的學校都給與高度重視，積極參與，使得觀察活動得以順利進行。

　　作為教研室開展不久的一項活動，我們也感到一些不足之處，主要表現(xiàn)在：

　　1、全面推進細化解讀課程標準工作

　　根據(jù)《鄭州市教育局關(guān)于全面推進細化解讀課程標準工作的指導意見》，為了進一步開展鄭州市中學英語學科的細化解讀課程標準工作，促進課程改革目標在中學英語課程實施中的落實，在前段研究工作經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上，我們提出了“中學英語學科關(guān)于全面推進細化解續(xù)課程標準工作的指導意見”。

　　1）認真學習《英語課程標準》，明確英語新課程的性質(zhì)、總體目標及基本理念，準確把握知識與能力，過程與方法、情感態(tài)度與價值觀三維目標的內(nèi)涵以及三者之間內(nèi)在統(tǒng)一的關(guān)系，為開展細化解讀課程標準工作打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。

　　2）提高對開展細化解讀課程標準工作必要性的認識，明確細化解讀課程標準工作對于提高一線英語教師的課程實施水平的重要意義與作用。

　　當前新課程實施中出現(xiàn)的問題主要表現(xiàn)在一線教師只是較為被動地、機械地使用新課程，很少考慮革新課程或改進革新的效果，對課程標準的依賴性較強。因此，開展細化解讀課程標準工作，為一線教師在新課程的實施過程中了、反思、提升的平臺，有利于促進教師在課程實施過程中主動對現(xiàn)有課程進行調(diào)適、增刪和完善，促使課程的理念方法與實際的教育環(huán)境相結(jié)合，從而保證課程實施的有效性。

　　同時，細化解讀課程標準工作為建立和完善標本教研機制、為教師的同伴互助保障。細化解讀課程標準工作為一線教師了解決課堂教學存在的問題，分享彼此的專業(yè)知識、經(jīng)驗，學習新的教學技能，提高教學表達技能的有效渠道，有助于滿足教師的職業(yè)需求，促進教師的專業(yè)成長。

　　備課組組織教師定期集體研讀課標，交流體會，形成共識。 學科組組織各備課組之間互相學習解讀方法，取長補短，研討細

　　化解讀課程標準的深度與廣度，把握方向，保證細化解讀課程標準的整體性。

　　各協(xié)作區(qū)組織各校英語科的研討、觀摩活動，做到專項研究與合作研究相結(jié)合，推廣經(jīng)驗，開發(fā)多元化解讀模式，促進中學英語學科細化解讀課程標準工作整體水平的提高。

　　初中生的注意力集中時間只能持續(xù)十五到二十分鐘。如果仍然是“一張嘴，一支筆，從課首講到課尾。”的教學模式，就會出現(xiàn)“老師講得天花亂墜，學生聽得昏昏欲睡”的現(xiàn)象。新課程理念要求我們重視學生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。少講并不意味著粗略講解，一帶而過。初中生的接受能力還是有限，對于重難點的知識，根據(jù)學生特點細致的講解，多舉例，多操練，講一點，練一點，講練結(jié)合，讓大多數(shù)學生都能跟上，參與活動，要面向全體學生，才會取得好成績。

　　4、取長補短，開展組內(nèi)聽課。

　　通過互聽課，教師之間互相取長補短，這對提高自己的教學能力、提升自己的教學手段具有重要的意義，也是不斷提升學校教育教學質(zhì)量的重要途徑。我們英語組一直堅持開展組內(nèi)聽課，跨年級進行聽課，了解各年齡段的學生情況，這是我們作為九年一貫制學校的優(yōu)勢，聽課后及時進行點評，重點將不足之處，上課教師在聽取別的教師的交流研討后，結(jié)合自己的課堂教學，及時反思。

　　5、查漏補缺，及時抓弱補偏。

　　在提高課堂效率的基礎(chǔ)上，還要指導、督促學生搞好課外復習，防止知識的遺忘，并經(jīng)常進行檢查測試，多批多改，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，解決問題。對于存在的問題，我們有針對性的進行訓練，并在下一步的教學中繼續(xù)加以滲透，穿插復習。對于存在問題的學生，耐心講解，明確要求，基礎(chǔ)知識，跟蹤檢查，人人過關(guān)。

　　三、群策群力，加強家校聯(lián)系。

　　成績的取得，需要各方面的共同努力和支持。在這一點上，我校領(lǐng)導非常重視英語教學，經(jīng)常參加我們英語組的活動并給予指導，同時在安排學校工作時也盡量考慮到英語這門學科。例如：將初中優(yōu)秀的英語老師進行跨頭安排，即擔任小學英語又擔任初中英語，這樣可以達到一個良性循環(huán)。再比如：讓英語老師擔任班主任，兩個平行班由兩位老師任教加強競爭等等。所以學校成績的取得，與學校領(lǐng)導的重視和支持是密不可分的。

　　另一方面就是家長的支持，我們通過QQ、校訊通、電話等多種途徑與家長建立聯(lián)系，現(xiàn)在隨著生活水平的提高，在農(nóng)村中家長也越來越重視教育，支持教育。多與家長溝通，可以提高學生在家里的效率，避免“5+2=0”的現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)。

　　以上是我介紹了我校的一些做法，說不上經(jīng)驗之談，只是作一交流。教學工作千頭萬緒，實施起來仁者見仁，智者見智，關(guān)鍵還是要根據(jù)學生的特點，教學計劃要全面，要有針對性，扎實到位，檢查工作要及時，較快地適應教材及學生的變化。就如我們打牌，不管抓到怎樣的一手牌，我們都要盡力把手里的牌打到最好。謝謝！
