　　去年10月，我們在外國語中學(xué)舉行了中考復(fù)習(xí)備考研討會。在會議上，省實驗中學(xué)的王千山和鄭州中學(xué)的郭曉慧兩位老師介紹了復(fù)習(xí)備考的做法和經(jīng)驗，陶繼紅老師分析了鄭州市九年級二檢英語試題，對學(xué)生答題錯誤進行了點評，并就復(fù)習(xí)備考提出了建議。

　　6.下校聽課調(diào)研，開展課堂觀察活動

　　為了了解學(xué)校課程標準解讀的情況，深入開展校本教研，促進英語課堂教學(xué)改革，教研室堅持下校聽課調(diào)研。上學(xué)期, 高中到了鄭州5中、 9中、11中、12中、14中、19中、47中、回中、106、鄭州中學(xué)等校；初中到了3中、52、62、63、73、76、79、102 等學(xué)校，另外，學(xué)科還到了26、42、103、農(nóng)大附中等學(xué)校參加了教學(xué)研討活動。

　　為了增強聽課調(diào)研的科學(xué)性，提高聽課指導(dǎo)的有效性，上學(xué)期教研室以學(xué)科為單位，開展了課堂觀察活動。我們選擇了鄭州51中的王媛媛、鄭州4中的白書鋒兩位教師作為觀察對象，將觀察維度定為教師課堂教學(xué)中的對話視角，并選擇了提問方式、等待時間、學(xué)生回答方式和教師理答方式四個觀察點進行觀察，以增強課堂觀察的可操作性和數(shù)據(jù)直觀性。我們集體設(shè)計了英語課堂提問觀察量表，對兩位教師我門學(xué)科四位教研員集體聽課觀察各兩次。通過這次活動我們體會到：

　　首先，從觀察中我們感受到課堂觀察對教師的引領(lǐng)作用。觀察量表中觀察點的設(shè)置其實就是提醒教師在教學(xué)中應(yīng)該避免的問題和努力的方向，當教師看到這些量表時，她們會有意地去避免觀察點中那些不當之處的發(fā)生。正如被觀察者自己所說：從來沒想過提問學(xué)生還有這么多的講究，以后我們就知道課堂提問的方向和做法了。

　　其次，通過兩次觀察我們明顯的感到課后交流對老師的促進作用。通過向被觀察者展示觀察數(shù)據(jù)，可以使他們更真實客觀的自己的教學(xué)，發(fā)現(xiàn)課堂教學(xué)中在提問環(huán)節(jié)上存在的不足，以便在以后的教學(xué)中改進。

　　最后，課堂觀察作為一種科學(xué)研究的方法，對我們的課堂教學(xué)研究了可觀察、可記錄、可解釋的依據(jù)，有利于教師更好的反思教學(xué)和改進教學(xué)。被觀察的老師和所在的學(xué)校都給與高度重視，積極參與，使得觀察活動得以順利進行。

　　作為教研室開展不久的一項活動，我們也感到一些不足之處，主要表現(xiàn)在：

　　根據(jù)《鄭州市教育局關(guān)于全面推進細化解讀課程標準工作的指導(dǎo)意見》，為了進一步開展鄭州市中學(xué)英語學(xué)科的細化解讀課程標準工作，促進課程改革目標在中學(xué)英語課程實施中的落實，在前段研究工作經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上，我們提出了“中學(xué)英語學(xué)科關(guān)于全面推進細化解續(xù)課程標準工作的指導(dǎo)意見”。

　　1）認真學(xué)習(xí)《英語課程標準》，明確英語新課程的性質(zhì)、總體目標及基本理念，準確把握知識與能力，過程與方法、情感態(tài)度與價值觀三維目標的內(nèi)涵以及三者之間內(nèi)在統(tǒng)一的關(guān)系，為開展細化解讀課程標準工作打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。

　　2）提高對開展細化解讀課程標準工作必要性的認識，明確細化解讀課程標準工作對于提高一線英語教師的課程實施水平的重要意義與作用。

　　當前新課程實施中出現(xiàn)的問題主要表現(xiàn)在一線教師只是較為被動地、機械地使用新課程，很少考慮革新課程或改進革新的效果，對課程標準的依賴性較強。因此，開展細化解讀課程標準工作，為一線教師在新課程的實施過程中了、反思、提升的平臺，有利于促進教師在課程實施過程中主動對現(xiàn)有課程進行調(diào)適、增刪和完善，促使課程的理念方法與實際的教育環(huán)境相結(jié)合，從而保證課程實施的有效性。

　　同時，細化解讀課程標準工作為建立和完善標本教研機制、為教師的同伴互助保障。細化解讀課程標準工作為一線教師了解決課堂教學(xué)存在的問題，分享彼此的專業(yè)知識、經(jīng)驗，學(xué)習(xí)新的教學(xué)技能，提高教學(xué)表達技能的有效渠道，有助于滿足教師的職業(yè)需求，促進教師的專業(yè)成長。

　　3)結(jié)合實際，制定開展細化解讀課程標準工作的實施

　　(1)創(chuàng)建“自主探究—合作交流”的細化解讀課程標準工作模式，確保此項工作有序有效開展。

　　教師個人研讀課程標準，結(jié)合教學(xué)體會，自覺進行分解課標、重構(gòu)學(xué)習(xí)目標的實踐，不斷反思，經(jīng)驗，牢固樹立目標意識，以促進課堂教學(xué)效率的提高。

　　備課組組織教師定期集體研讀課標，交流體會，形成共識。 學(xué)科組組織各備課組之間互相學(xué)習(xí)解讀方法，取長補短，研討細

　　化解讀課程標準的深度與廣度，把握方向，保證細化解讀課程標準的整體性。

　　各協(xié)作區(qū)組織各校英語科的研討、觀摩活動，做到專項研究與合作研究相結(jié)合，推廣經(jīng)驗，開發(fā)多元化解讀模式，促進中學(xué)英語學(xué)科細化解讀課程標準工作整體水平的提高。

　　新時期的教育，要求我們既要求減輕負擔(dān)，又要求提高教育質(zhì)量，這就要求必須在課堂上下功夫，提高課堂效率，我們英語組通常注重以下幾個方面：

　　1、集思廣益，加強集體備課。

　　大家都知道，備好課是上好課的前提。一個人的智慧和能力是有限的，集體備課能充分發(fā)揮大家的智慧，集思廣益，它是優(yōu)化課堂教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)和解決教育教學(xué)問題的有效途徑。通過集體備課，確定哪些是重點難點，哪些知識點擴展到什么程度，會以什么形式出題，做到心中有數(shù)，實現(xiàn)資源共享。每一級每個班學(xué)生特點各不相同，所以我們在集體備課中非常注重仔細研究學(xué)生，采取適合學(xué)生的方法導(dǎo)入新課，用學(xué)生易于掌握的方法講解新知，用學(xué)生感興趣的方法組織課堂活動。

　　2、滿懷激情，煥發(fā)課堂活力。

　　在備好課的基礎(chǔ)上，每節(jié)課都滿懷熱情地走進教室，面向?qū)W生的那一刻，都要精神抖擻，講課時也是充滿激情，聲音響亮，抑揚頓挫。因為快樂的情緒可以傳染，如果你把快樂的情緒、積極地心態(tài)傳染給學(xué)生，他的學(xué)習(xí)效率可能會成倍增長。

　　3 、精講多練，提高課堂效率。

　　初中生的注意力集中時間只能持續(xù)十五到二十分鐘。如果仍然是“一張嘴，一支筆，從課首講到課尾�！钡慕虒W(xué)模式，就會出現(xiàn)“老師講得天花亂墜，學(xué)生聽得昏昏欲睡”的現(xiàn)象。新課程理念要求我們重視學(xué)生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。少講并不意味著粗略講解，一帶而過。初中生的接受能力還是有限，對于重難點的知識，根據(jù)學(xué)生特點細致的講解，多舉例，多操練，講一點，練一點，講練結(jié)合，讓大多數(shù)學(xué)生都能跟上，參與活動，要面向全體學(xué)生，才會取得好成績。

　　4、取長補短，開展組內(nèi)聽課。

　　通過互聽課，教師之間互相取長補短，這對提高自己的教學(xué)能力、提升自己的教學(xué)手段具有重要的意義，也是不斷提升學(xué)校教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要途徑。我們英語組一直堅持開展組內(nèi)聽課，跨年級進行聽課，了解各年齡段的學(xué)生情況，這是我們作為九年一貫制學(xué)校的優(yōu)勢，聽課后及時進行點評，重點將不足之處，上課教師在聽取別的教師的交流研討后，結(jié)合自己的課堂教學(xué)，及時反思。

　　5、查漏補缺，及時抓弱補偏。

　　在提高課堂效率的基礎(chǔ)上，還要指導(dǎo)、督促學(xué)生搞好課外復(fù)習(xí)，防止知識的遺忘，并經(jīng)常進行檢查測試，多批多改，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，解決問題。對于存在的問題，我們有針對性的進行訓(xùn)練，并在下一步的教學(xué)中繼續(xù)加以滲透，穿插復(fù)習(xí)。對于存在問題的學(xué)生，耐心講解，明確要求，基礎(chǔ)知識，跟蹤檢查，人人過關(guān)。

　　三、群策群力，加強家校聯(lián)系。

　　成績的取得，需要各方面的共同努力和支持。在這一點上，我校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)非常重視英語教學(xué)，經(jīng)常參加我們英語組的活動并給予指導(dǎo)，同時在安排學(xué)校工作時也盡量考慮到英語這門學(xué)科。例如：將初中優(yōu)秀的英語老師進行跨頭安排，即擔(dān)任小學(xué)英語又擔(dān)任初中英語，這樣可以達到一個良性循環(huán)。再比如：讓英語老師擔(dān)任班主任，兩個平行班由兩位老師任教加強競爭等等。所以學(xué)校成績的取得，與學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視和支持是密不可分的。

　　另一方面就是家長的支持，我們通過QQ、校訊通、電話等多種途徑與家長建立聯(lián)系，現(xiàn)在隨著生活水平的提高，在農(nóng)村中家長也越來越重視教育，支持教育。多與家長溝通，可以提高學(xué)生在家里的效率，避免“5+2=0”的現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)。

　　以上是我介紹了我校的一些做法，說不上經(jīng)驗之談，只是作一交流。教學(xué)工作千頭萬緒，實施起來仁者見仁，智者見智，關(guān)鍵還是要根據(jù)學(xué)生的特點，教學(xué)計劃要全面，要有針對性，扎實到位，檢查工作要及時，較快地適應(yīng)教材及學(xué)生的變化。就如我們打牌，不管抓到怎樣的一手牌，我們都要盡力把手里的牌打到最好。謝謝！

I also read various books about astronomy in my spear time such as the brief history of time, the relativity and some astronomy text books used in college. In order to help me understand what I read from books better I join some MOOCs. Accumulating knowledge day by day, I am working hard to achieve my dream.
