2、注重資源共享。
我區(qū)在每年的二輪復(fù)習(xí)階段，都會(huì)收集各校根據(jù)本校學(xué)生做題情況而編輯的錯(cuò)題，形成錯(cuò)題集，以提升備考效果，同時(shí)各校自己編的習(xí)題和復(fù)習(xí)講義都會(huì)進(jìn)行共享，以集體智慧應(yīng)對(duì)高考。

2、注重讀背，重在落實(shí)。

字體漂亮老師愉悅，字跡臟差無人問津，這一點(diǎn)閱卷老師有深刻體會(huì)。高三學(xué)生練什么字體，如何練字，如何練字效果好，這都需要去摸索，去實(shí)踐。上學(xué)期一開始我們就從字母練起，狠抓一個(gè)月字母規(guī)范練習(xí)，老師示范，督促學(xué)生字母書寫過關(guān)，然后依次練短語，練句子，練篇章。下一步重點(diǎn)抓整體效果。由于一些老師不夠重視，班與班之間存在有差距。
3、上最高效的課
什么是高效的英語課？當(dāng)然是容量大，重復(fù)率高，學(xué)生才能收獲多。我校三年級(jí)分實(shí)驗(yàn)班、二個(gè)普通段、復(fù)習(xí)段，共有四個(gè)年級(jí)段，所以四個(gè)備課組集體備課，集體研討。課堂上精講少講，把時(shí)間和思維還給學(xué)生。因此，不懂的單詞讓學(xué)生自己動(dòng)手查一查，好的短語句式留時(shí)間給學(xué)生記一記，閱讀中的疑難讓學(xué)生自己主動(dòng)問一問。老師起的作用是引導(dǎo)、點(diǎn)撥、解惑和督促。
4、寫地道的作文
關(guān)于英語書面表達(dá)，是下段工作的復(fù)習(xí)重點(diǎn)，如何寫地道的作文，我們主要是依據(jù)上學(xué)期的每次周練中的作文訓(xùn)練，試驗(yàn)段教師在批閱后，把學(xué)生的好詞好句總結(jié)下來，活頁印刷發(fā)給學(xué)生。四月二十日之前再印成一本小書發(fā)給學(xué)生以便于背誦。這項(xiàng)工作去年就在做，也是我們其中幾個(gè)同志所做的科研課題的內(nèi)容。
另外，現(xiàn)在要求周二的英語課指定上成寫作課。主要包含兩部分，學(xué)生周練作文中的典型錯(cuò)誤，變成單句改錯(cuò)來練習(xí)；學(xué)生的易錯(cuò)單詞，以及好短語好句式采用聽寫訓(xùn)練。
5、抓思維訓(xùn)練
學(xué)生的詞匯達(dá)到一定水平后，尤其是在面對(duì)閱讀理解時(shí)，單詞都認(rèn)識(shí)，文章也差不多懂了，但是題做錯(cuò)了。這就是思維的問題。閱讀訓(xùn)練中，教師應(yīng)該關(guān)注學(xué)生做題過程中的思維活動(dòng)，要著力于提升學(xué)生的思維能力、思維品質(zhì)。如何訓(xùn)練思維，如何指導(dǎo)學(xué)生，這也是下一步的工作重點(diǎn)。打算結(jié)合高考題分類指導(dǎo)，比如主旨大意題，作者寫作目的題等等，找一些共性問題來重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生解題思維，并加以強(qiáng)化練習(xí)，讓學(xué)生真正體會(huì)命題規(guī)律和解題方向。

The reasons why they do so are as follows. Firstly, they hope to look smart and special. Secondly, they want to win others’ admiration and respect. In addition, it makes them feel cool .
As far as I am concerned, we students should hold the right sense of values. We should practice thrift in our daily life because it is one of our Chinese traditional virtues. What’s more , it is advisable for us to donate some pocket money to the Hope Project so that those poor children in rural areas can return to school to receive normal education.
