　　你們的孩子來到這里已經(jīng)半學(xué)期了。今天，我們在這里相聚，目標(biāo)只有一個，那就是為了孩子們能更好地成長和學(xué)習(xí)上能取得更大的進步。我先作個自我介紹：我叫黃燕燕，是本班的英語教師。

　　我的發(fā)言分四個部分:匯報班級情況，交流三個問題，幾點溫馨提示。

　　一、首先,跟大家匯報一下班級學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀

　　1. 班級學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀

　　我們班總共 名學(xué)生，上周我校進行了半期考試。我把半期英語考試的情況簡單向各位家長作個匯報。平均分 分，優(yōu)生 人，優(yōu)生率 %。排名前十名的有 ;與九月份第一次月考相比，進步較大的學(xué)生有 。 通過高中半期的學(xué)習(xí)，大多數(shù)學(xué)生都具有良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。學(xué)習(xí)積極性較高，能夠自覺完成老師布臵的作業(yè)，深知英語學(xué)科在整個高中課程的重要性。

　　2.存在問題:

　　1)早讀課容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同學(xué)比較多，導(dǎo)致早上精神狀態(tài)不好。

　　2)部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式仍然停留在初中甚至小學(xué)階段，從不自覺主動地去學(xué)習(xí)(從他們對作業(yè)的認(rèn)識和處理方式上就可以看出來)

　　3)部分學(xué)生抄襲作業(yè)，少數(shù)學(xué)生作業(yè)拖拉甚至不交作業(yè)

　　3、分析期中考試成績

　　二、其次，想跟大家交流四個問題

　　1.首先和大家交流一個問題：孩子上了高中以后，總有一部分家長很納悶：我家的孩子在小學(xué)能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，為什么到了高中，成績不令人滿意，甚至有些失望呢?

　　這個問題的答案首先與各個學(xué)習(xí)階段的特點有關(guān)：小學(xué)階段以賞識教育為主，要在很小的時候培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自信心，試卷內(nèi)容大多與課本有關(guān)，因此考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會很高。初中則是以普及教育為主，考試會照顧到大部分學(xué)生，因此分?jǐn)?shù)也較高。但是，高中教育，特別是在以高考為最終目標(biāo)的大背景下，就是以選拔為目的了，所以，考試難度與深度會有很大的提升，得分率自然就會下降，孩子們的考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會低一些。所以拿初中甚至小學(xué)的分?jǐn)?shù)來衡量孩子們高中的學(xué)習(xí)，是不科學(xué)的。

　　其次，與學(xué)生自身的學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣有關(guān)：高中階段學(xué)習(xí)科目多而且難，要求學(xué)生必須學(xué)會自主學(xué)習(xí)(自覺主動地去學(xué)習(xí))，即變“要我學(xué)”為“我要學(xué)”，再也不能像初中甚至小學(xué)那樣靠老師和家長盯著學(xué)，那樣成績自然會下降。

　　2.第二個問題，為什么同一個班級的孩子三年后成績差別那么大?成績進步大的一定是那些學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個性好的孩子。孩子為什么會這樣，其實因素很多，這不僅僅與學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)有關(guān)，最主要的是與孩子的心態(tài)、學(xué)習(xí)方式及學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣密切相關(guān)。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式及習(xí)慣是極其重要的，直接影響和決定學(xué)生的成績。不要到高三時才感慨，現(xiàn)在我們不是不想學(xué)，而是在高一、高二時沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，沒能改變自己的學(xué)習(xí)方式以適應(yīng)高中的學(xué)習(xí)，現(xiàn)在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，現(xiàn)在必須努力學(xué)習(xí)。

　　在此，我希望家長們要時時關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個性，也就是情商問題。大量的實例證明了一個人的成功主要取決于情商，其次才是智商，兩者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英語學(xué)科舉足輕重，就必須愛英語，以十足的干勁學(xué)好英語。

　　3.第二個問題，請家長們正確看待孩子在班級的考試名次，當(dāng)孩子名次退步時，原因是多方面的，首先幫助他樹立信心，然后一起幫助分析原因，而不要盲目地批評甚至打罵孩子。“望子成龍，望女成鳳”是我們共同的心愿，但在高一更應(yīng)注重孩子學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，讓孩子快樂的成長進步，嚴(yán)格遵循教育教學(xué)規(guī)律。

　　4.有些孩子還沒有適應(yīng)高中的學(xué)習(xí)，還不知道高中階段怎么學(xué)，希望家長們高度關(guān)注。高中學(xué)習(xí)科目多而難，時間緊，主要靠學(xué)生自主和自覺地學(xué)習(xí)，老師主要是引導(dǎo)和輔導(dǎo)、檢查和督促，而不像初中那樣盯著你學(xué)習(xí)。說明學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)目的、學(xué)習(xí)興趣上還需培養(yǎng)。

　　訂正的習(xí)慣，督促學(xué)生建立錯題集，當(dāng)堂發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，當(dāng)堂訂正，不拖拉，不滯留，將問題解決在發(fā)現(xiàn)之處，從而保證知識點的連接，為建立學(xué)科知識體系做保障。這些習(xí)慣，會讓學(xué)生真正的樂學(xué)、好學(xué)，在成功中追求快樂，在快樂中追求成功!

　　四、我想對在座的各位家長提出幾點溫馨提示。

　　1、溫馨提示1

　　(1)幫助孩子確定適當(dāng)目標(biāo)

　　和孩子一起確定一個他能夠達(dá)到的目標(biāo)——家長適度的期望值。

　　孩子是家長的希望，教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好處。

　　期望值過高：孩子拼命按家長的意愿生活、學(xué)習(xí)，也許父母感到滿足，但孩子生活得較為壓抑，甚至影響心理健康。盡力后仍達(dá)不到家長的要求，雙方均失望，可能導(dǎo)致孩子自暴自棄;

　　期望值過低或沒有：家長對尚不自覺的孩子期望值過低或沒有，孩子會缺少外在精神支持，認(rèn)為不重視、無所謂。

　　適度的期望值：在原有基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)拔高，不操之過急，不高不攀，否則可能大家都失望。

　　(2)幫助孩子增強自信心

　　(3)關(guān)注孩子成績的變化(即名次的升降)而不是絕對名次

　　(4)溝通---多傾聽孩子的訴說

　　(5)多和老師尤其是班主任聯(lián)系，及時了解情況，積極配合班主任和老師做好孩子的思想工作

　　只有有效的家校聯(lián)動(溝通與合作)，才能教育好學(xué)生。

　　(6)注重學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng)，使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣

　　多一些問候(在孩子累了的時候)

　　多一些幫助(在孩子需要的時候)

　　——家是孩子心中最溫暖的地方。

　　1)高一是基礎(chǔ)，希望這次考試成績不理想的學(xué)生家長要高度關(guān)注，盡快想法提高學(xué)生的成績，到了高二、高三要想提高就很難了，因為一方面學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)越來越重，另一方面學(xué)生的自信心和興趣應(yīng)盡早樹立(他們中有一部分人的自信心在初中已經(jīng)受到打擊)

　　2)我的聯(lián)系方式：

　　我們所有的努力只有一個目的：讓您的孩子在這里成人成才。我們欣喜地看到，在全體師生的共同努力下，學(xué)生在進步。我們所做的一切都是為了學(xué)生的一切，當(dāng)然這離不開您的支持和理解，我們有理由相信，在家校良好的溝通合作下，學(xué)生會有更大的進步!

　　I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. We all know that Bingxin has a famous saying “we always admire the beauty of flowers but its sprout was watered by tears of struggle and rained by blood of sacrifice”.

　　So for the majority， behind their success， are filled of sweat and tears. Eagle flying in the vast firmament， must be experienced the pain of countless times fall under the cliff， then hammered out a pair of volley wings. A shinning of pearls， inevitably suffered countless body friction and numerous waves’ shock. In this view， a real successful people， and he must experienced numerous times to stand up again and agin after failed， because without sweat and tears on the life road ，no one can casually get the beautiful flowers. Alfter a heavy fall Shi Tiesheng lost his legs， it must be a heavy blow for anyone. But he didn’t lose faith in life， but use his brain and hands to show the infinite love of life.

　　Beethoven was blind and deaf， but he still had written the ”Hero””Destiny”nd so on a large number of music works， in his unfortunately life， he doggedly gripped the ”fate of the throat. They all had a fall， but they are strong enough to stand up， fight against fate and misfortune， finally they succeed. So for each of us， wrestling is not terrible， lose confidence and courage in life is the most terribe thing. In my opionion， the sweat and tears during the life’ journey are very important for us， they hone our will， and enrich our experience.

　　As the saying goes， how can you see the rainbow without a rainy day， while you don’t work hard and not struggle， how can you gain the successful flowers. All in all， the sweat and tears on the struggling road is inevitable， don’t look for shortcuts anymore， steadfast walk every step， we will succeed in the end.
