　　四、教育教學(xué)工作能力

　　1、勝任英語教學(xué)工作，在聯(lián)考中我所任教班級的英語成績名列前茅；曾在全縣初三英語教師會上做了經(jīng)驗交流；先后三次參加通化縣區(qū)域教研教改公開課，受到同行們的好評，并被X教師進修學(xué)校授予“課改優(yōu)質(zhì)課”的光榮稱號。

　　2、勝任班主任工作，特別是轉(zhuǎn)變臟亂差班級的'管理方面，取得了極大的成績，被評為市級優(yōu)秀教師。

　　3、勝任教研組長工作，能夠協(xié)調(diào)好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和老師之間的關(guān)系，團結(jié)協(xié)作，做好教研組長工作。歷年來我們組都是第一個開展教研課，各頂活動都走在最前面，得到上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的肯定，多次被評為優(yōu)秀教師。
