——The East and the West
The East and the West, Let’s enjoy the combination of the two cultures? Kipling said:“East is east, and west is west, and never the twain shall meet!” But now, a century later, they have met.
They have met in business. They have met in education. They have met in the arts. Some people will argue that these meetings will leave us with a choice between east and west, but I believe that the best future lies in the creative combination of both worlds. We can make western ideas, customs and technology our own, and adapt them to our own use. We can enjoy the best of both worlds, because our tradition is, above all, one of selecting the best and making it our own.
I love Beijing and Hennan opera because it always reminds me of who I am. But I am also a fan of pop music, especially English songs. So I have combined eastern melody with western language. It is called western henna opera.
When two cultures meet, there may be things in one culture, which do not fit into the tradition of the other. When this happens, we need to learn to understand and respect the customs of another culture. Then there are certain things some people may not like. To this, I will say, if you do not like it, please try to tolerate it. To learn to tolerate what you personally don’t like is a great virtue at a time when different cultures mix and merge. Before us, there are two rivers, eastern and western cultures. At present, they may run in different courses. But eventually, they will converge into the vast sea of human culture.
Right now, I can see peoples of eastern and western cultures, standing side by side, singing the Olympic theme song: we are hand in hand, heart to heart, together we will shape a beautiful tomorrow! Thank you!

On the cntrary , if you are competent in profession , but have difficulty in getting along with your colleagues and even your boss, you can hardly survive the corporation. Another component is the ability to expreoneself . In today s world , what really counts is the ability to expreoneself rather than technical competence or professional knowledge . The larger the orgnization of which you are an employee , and th fiercer the competition , the more important it will be that you know how to convey your thoughts and convince others of your ideas. Personality is also an important factor. Whatever difficulty or situation , those who appear relaxed and confident are nearer to success. Today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. What is success? It is what everyone is longing for.Sometimes success would be rather simple. Winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now I am

However, as a person’s whole life is concerned, success becomes very
complicated. Is fortune success? Is fame success? Is high social status success? No, I don’t think so. I believe success is the realization of people’s hopes and ideals.Nowadays, in the modern society there are many people
who are regarded as the successful. And the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life. So most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. But the problem is wether it is real success. We all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. If we keep chasing them, where is the end? What will satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we must need something inside, which is the realization ofpeople’ hopes and ideals.
Different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another. But I am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. These are the best treasures. So now I am very proud that I have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. It is my success, cause I raise up to challenge my hope.

戰(zhàn)國末期，七國爭雄。七國之中，唯秦最強。
秦國向趙國下了戰(zhàn)書，揚言出兵三十萬，一月之內(nèi)滅掉趙國。當趙國國王接到戰(zhàn)書時，秦軍已站在秦王宮廣場上接受秦王贏政的訓(xùn)話。
秦王宮廣場
西北的大風，三分陰寒七分凌厲，風吹在贏政身上，顯現(xiàn)的是一種不可一世的王者霸氣;風吹進黑壓壓一片的軍陣中，散發(fā)出的是那股攻必破、戰(zhàn)必勝的無敵殺氣。
“將士們!你們是大秦頂尖的勇士，是寡人心目中的英雄。你們隨時要記住，我們大秦的鐵騎，開拓的那是一片大大的疆土!”
將士們舉戈高喊：“大王英明，大王萬歲!”
贏政從腰間擎出太阿寶劍望東一指：“出發(fā)!”
浩浩蕩蕩的秦軍潮水般涌出王宮，乘著西北凌厲的大風殺奔趙國。
趙王宮內(nèi)
趙王接到秦國的戰(zhàn)書，心驚膽戰(zhàn)，立即召集文武眾臣商議。一位大臣上奏：“大王，秦軍這回肯定傾盡全國之力來攻打我國，自長平一戰(zhàn)后，我國元氣大傷，為了保存全國百姓及大王的性命，我看我們還是——開城投降吧!”
此言一出，群臣皆驚，然后是一片附和聲：“對啊，秦軍來勢兇猛，我們還是投降吧!”
趙王氣得全身發(fā)抖：“你們......你們真把寡人氣死啊!”
突然一陣雷鳴打斷了大臣們的議論聲：“不準投降!”
飛龍將軍出列稟奏：“現(xiàn)在是國家危難之時，怎能俯首稱臣?大王，微臣愿率一萬精兵去守關(guān)，保衛(wèi)大趙江山。望大王恩準!”
趙王心中大喜：“好!只有在危難之時，寡人才知道誰是真正的英雄。”立即撥了一萬五千精兵給飛龍將軍，還將勸降的大臣統(tǒng)統(tǒng)斬首示眾。趙國百姓人人積極應(yīng)征，同仇敵愾，以迎戰(zhàn)西來的豺狼。
金平關(guān)迎敵
這天，三十萬秦軍擺起一字長蛇陣向趙國邊塞第一關(guān)金平關(guān)進發(fā)。秦軍身著黑色軍服，關(guān)前十里的白沙霎時間變成了黑色的海洋，黑色的潮水乘著西北的狂風向關(guān)上涌來。守關(guān)的士兵見秦軍殺到，立即飛報將軍，將軍抖擻精神沖上城樓一望，只見前軍是舉盾如山的盾牌軍，中軍是舉戈如林的長戈軍，后軍是不計其數(shù)的弓弩軍，黑色的軍旗上繡著一個大大的“秦”字。黑色的潮水在怒號的秋風中翻滾著，洶涌著。
秦軍統(tǒng)帥突然令旗一舉，全軍停住，然后揮動令旗，弓弩軍立即變作前軍，一時間弩車、腳弩、手拉弩各就各位，只等統(tǒng)帥一聲令下。肅殺的秋風沖進箭陣中，也準備與秦箭一同建功立業(yè)，開拓大秦江山。
將軍望見秦軍大擺箭陣，右手一揮，大喝一聲：“防御!”一排排銅盾在城樓上立起，如同一面銅墻鐵壁。雄壯的號角聲吹起，雄渾的秋風將地上的白沙卷起，猶如一條玉龍平地而起，怒視著三十萬秦國虎狼之師，在陽光的照耀下，殺氣沖天。
“射!!!”
“風!風!風!!”
秦軍統(tǒng)帥一聲怒喝，千萬支弩箭駕著秋風從秦軍陣中殺出，弩箭如飛蝗般殺進關(guān)內(nèi)，巧妙地飛過了城樓，繞過了銅墻鐵壁，把來不及躲避的百姓統(tǒng)統(tǒng)射殺，弩箭穿進木屋，將在屋里躲箭的百姓殺了個干凈。飛蝗一波一輪地從秦軍陣中密密麻麻的殺出，一些狡猾的飛蝗繞過銅盾，狠狠地叮在士兵的肩膀、手臂、大腿上，士兵痛得靠著墻坐在地上。將軍見此情形大喝一聲：“起來，都給我站起來!你們都是大趙最強的勇士。國家正需要我們，我們又怎能倒下?!”受傷的士兵聽了將軍斬釘截鐵的話，士氣大振，個個忘了傷痛，英勇地從地上爬起，繼續(xù)高舉盾牌，保護著趙國的百姓——盡管關(guān)內(nèi)的百姓都死了個精光。
五輪箭陣后，秦軍統(tǒng)帥感到奇怪：以往兩輪箭陣就可以將城中一切防御力量消滅殆盡，為何這次趙國城樓上的銅墻鐵壁卻連五輪箭陣都奈何不得?于是下令——“攻城!”
進城
城門極其容易地攻破了——沒有一個趙軍阻擋，城里百姓都死于亂箭之下，尸橫遍地，血流成河，城里陰風陣陣，寒氣徹骨，活似一座人間森羅殿。
秦軍統(tǒng)帥率軍攻上城樓，他要看看到底是什么力量讓趙軍打破了秦軍箭陣無敵的神話。上到城樓，看到的景象令他大吃一驚——守城的將士們身上插滿了箭，卻依舊保持著舉盾的姿勢，沒有一個人倒下，特別是飛龍將軍。他雙目怒視前方，雙手撐著一支金槍，威武地立在那里，寧死不倒。血，從他額頭流至喉處，鎧甲的領(lǐng)子染成了紅色，為保護趙國的百姓，他用自己的身軀擋住了秦軍的百萬弩箭，始終沒有倒下，他與所有士兵一樣——都是站著死的。
秦軍統(tǒng)帥摘下頭盔，對這些赤膽忠心的趙國將士們深深地鞠了三個躬，并下令厚葬。
忠烈墓前
肅殺的西風，迷茫的長空，凄厲的雁鳴，軍號聲沉重地被凜冽的秋風所切割和撕裂，斷斷續(xù)續(xù)，慷慨悲壯，似乎在哭祭。
