曾經(jīng)有人做了一個(gè)試驗(yàn)。他點(diǎn)清了一座山林中的紅羊后，把山中的狼全部捕捉起來，讓紅羊沒有敵人。照理說，紅羊應(yīng)該是悠閑自得、快樂地生活了，但事與愿違，紅羊?yàn)榱藸帄Z一小片土地、甚至一棵青草而搏斗，由原來一支整齊的隊(duì)伍變?yōu)橐槐P散沙。經(jīng)過搏斗的紅羊一只只疲憊不堪，過去那種矯健、奔跑如飛的紅羊在這座山林中再未曾出現(xiàn)過，而且，紅羊的數(shù)量也在逐漸減少。是什么原因呢?因?yàn)槿藗儾东@了狼，紅羊沒有了給它們?cè)斐缮{的動(dòng)物，而自相殘殺直至消亡，失去了危機(jī)，同時(shí)也失去了生機(jī)。可見，在生態(tài)環(huán)境中，沒有磨難就不會(huì)有生態(tài)平衡的系統(tǒng)。

the nature of impeachment: a narrowly channeled exception to the separation-of-powers maxim. the federal convention of 1787 said that. it limited impeachment to high crimes and misdemeanors and discounted and opposed the term "maladministration." "it is to be used only for great misdemeanors," so it was said in the north carolina ratification convention. and in the virginia ratification convention: "we do not trust our liberty to a particular branch. we need one branch to check the other."
"no one need be afraid" -- the north carolina ratification convention -- "no one need be afraid that officers who commit oppression will pass with immunity." "prosecutions of impeachments will seldom fail to agitate the passions of the whole community," said hamilton in the federalist papers, number 65. "we divide into parties more or less friendly or inimical to the accused."³ i do not mean political parties in that sense.
the drawing of political lines goes to the motivation behind impeachment; but impeachment must proceed within the confines of the constitutional term "high crime[s] and misdemeanors." of the impeachment process, it was woodrow wilson who said that "nothing short of the grossest offenses against the plain law of the land will suffice to give them speed and effectiveness. indignation so great as to overgrow party interest may secure a conviction; but nothing else can."
common sense would be revolted if we engaged upon this process for petty reasons. congress has a lot to do: appropriations, tax reform, health insurance, campaign finance reform, housing, environmental protection, energy sufficiency, mass transportation. pettiness cannot be allowed to stand in the face of such overwhelming problems. so today we are not being petty. we are trying to be big, because the task we have before us is a big one.
this morning, in a discussion of the evidence, we were told that the evidence which purports to support the allegations of misuse of the cia by the president is thin. we're told that that evidence is insufficient. what that recital of the evidence this morning did not include is what the president did know on june the 23rd, 1972.
the president did know that it was republican money, that it was money from the committee for the re-election of the president, which was found in the possession of one of the burglars arrested on june the 17th. what the president did know on the 23rd of june was the prior activities of e. howard hunt, which included his participation in the break-in of daniel ellsberg's psychiatrist, which included howard hunt's participation in the dita beard itt affair, which included howard hunt's fabrication of cables designed to discredit the kennedy administration.
we were further cautioned today that perhaps these proceedings ought to be delayed because certainly there would be new evidence forthcoming from the president of the united states. there has not even been an obfuscated indication that this committee would receive any additional materials from the president. the committee subpoena is outstanding, and if the president wants to supply that material, the committee sits here. the fact is that on yesterday, the american people waited with great anxiety for eight hours, not knowing whether their president would obey an order of the supreme court of the united states.
at this point, i would like to juxtapose a few of the impeachment criteria with some of the actions the president has engaged in. impeachment criteria: james madison, from the virginia ratification convention. "if the president be connected in any suspicious manner with any person and there be grounds to believe that he will shelter him, he may be impeached."

i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.
five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.
but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.
in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of god's children. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.
it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the negro. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning.
those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.
but there is something that i must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. in the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.
we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.
the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.
we cannot walk alone.and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall march ahead. we cannot turn back. there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as the negro's basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. we can never be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream.

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. 再堅(jiān)定自己的信念如果不堅(jiān)持也只是幻想。夢(mèng)想離我們是遙遠(yuǎn)的。初一的時(shí)候我成績還不錯(cuò)，可是我這個(gè)人比較懶散，總是不能堅(jiān)持，喜新厭舊，對(duì)我自己感興趣的事會(huì)干勁很足，對(duì)我自己不感興趣的事就兩三下完事，還有一種就是憑新鮮感做事，有些事情剛開始我興趣會(huì)特別大但是可能過個(gè)幾個(gè)月我就會(huì)失去興趣，中途放棄。比如學(xué)習(xí)鋼琴，剛開始學(xué)的時(shí)候我天天練天天練而且彈琴的時(shí)候身心會(huì)特別舒暢，但是學(xué)了兩三個(gè)月后我就開始逃避鋼琴課，每次上課都愁眉苦臉，手機(jī)給老師的備注都是“煩人老師”。到了最后，我的鋼琴就荒廢了上面蒙了一層灰�，F(xiàn)在想起來真是放棄了一門特長啊!所以說心中不僅要有理想有目標(biāo)，還要朝著那個(gè)方向不斷前進(jìn)，堅(jiān)持不懈才能達(dá)到夢(mèng)想的彼岸。
不忘初心，腳踏實(shí)地
在追逐夢(mèng)想的途中，難免會(huì)浮躁，浮躁會(huì)像蒼蠅一樣纏著你，但你千萬不能被他干擾，妄想一步登天，而要將路一步一步走好否則會(huì)一個(gè)“健步”就掉下了懸崖。如果只是心中有想法而行動(dòng)上慢半拍，那就只是好高騖遠(yuǎn)而不是有夢(mèng)想。我有一個(gè)小學(xué)同學(xué)，她非常心中的目標(biāo)非常高，但總是好想懶做。她總是跟我們說她以后要考品牌大學(xué)，但是事實(shí)上她總是不把學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)回事，整天游手好閑，上課老是跟別人打鬧，成績自然不好。我當(dāng)時(shí)就在想：就她這樣下去別說考大學(xué)了，考高中都有困難。果不其然，這個(gè)女孩畢業(yè)考試考得特別差。這難道不是好高騖遠(yuǎn)嗎?你看，如果你保持一顆浮躁的心，心中有宏偉的理想?yún)s不腳踏實(shí)地地去努力整日活在浮躁中，那夢(mèng)想也只是夢(mèng)想永遠(yuǎn)在遠(yuǎn)方，不會(huì)成為現(xiàn)實(shí)。
我們都一樣，都是心中有理想的追夢(mèng)人，一起向著那閃耀的光芒不斷奔跑，但在奔跑過程中只有睜開你的眼睛勿忘初心才能找到那條通向光明的道路;只有心存信念勿忘初心才能不中途放棄，有一路動(dòng)力;只有堅(jiān)持不懈勿忘初心才能直奔?jí)粝?只有腳踏實(shí)地勿忘初心才能安心的走到那個(gè)光明的世界。不忘初心，一切從現(xiàn)在開始。

大家好！
同學(xué)們，我們現(xiàn)在正處在初中階段，想要做什么事情都應(yīng)該要去努力了，為自己的未來努力的了。我想同學(xué)們應(yīng)該都有自己的夢(mèng)想吧，應(yīng)該也都有想過自己以后要做什么吧，但是我想我們要實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的夢(mèng)想的。前提應(yīng)該是先有一個(gè)好的成績吧，只有這樣我們才有實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的夢(mèng)想的資本，才能夠有實(shí)力、更輕松的去實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的夢(mèng)想。所以我覺得我們應(yīng)該要抓住自己在學(xué)校里的時(shí)間，去為了實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的夢(mèng)想而努力。
現(xiàn)在我們是初中階段，最應(yīng)該要做的就是努力的學(xué)習(xí)了，不管我們想做什么事情一個(gè)好的成績對(duì)我們來說都是會(huì)有很大的幫助的，我們不應(yīng)該把自己的時(shí)間都用在其它的地方上，用在玩游戲或者其它的對(duì)我們的學(xué)習(xí)沒有幫助的東西上，或者是因?yàn)樽约旱膽卸杈筒蝗ヅΦ膶W(xué)習(xí)，每天只想著玩，這都是不行的。
如果我們?cè)陂_始努力的之后，也能夠堅(jiān)持下來的話，等到我們從初中畢業(yè)的時(shí)候，你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的進(jìn)步是很大的，不管是學(xué)習(xí)成績上還是其它的方面，各方面的能力都會(huì)有提高。所以我覺得我們應(yīng)該要從現(xiàn)在開始努力了，去合理的利用好自己的時(shí)間，去努力的學(xué)習(xí)提高自己的成績。要做到自己能夠監(jiān)督自己，而不是要老師或者父母時(shí)時(shí)刻刻的監(jiān)督你才會(huì)認(rèn)真的學(xué)習(xí)，這樣是沒有用的。我希望同學(xué)們都能夠?yàn)榱俗约旱奈磥矶Α?/p>

尊敬的老師，親愛的同學(xué)們
大家上午好!
今天我為大家演講的題目是《健康，是你自己的》。
也許大家都會(huì)覺得這個(gè)題目很老套，又或者會(huì)聯(lián)想到像霍金、張海迪這些身殘志堅(jiān)的大人物，但今天，我想講的是我自己。
大家都知道前幾天我的腳崴了，也聽到有不少同學(xué)“不用做操，不用上體育課，真好!”之類的“羨慕”的話語。其實(shí)受傷前我也是這樣想的，但想現(xiàn)在我就不這么覺得了。
首先是很痛，畢竟腳長在你自己身上，說不痛是假的。這幾天晚上我都痛得睡不著，早上早早的就痛醒了，精神也不大好。
其次是不好看，人人都有愛美之心，尤其是夏天，穿的很薄，看著腳上一大塊紗布裹著，走路還歪歪扭扭的，心里特別不是滋味。
可能過我的這一番話同學(xué)們并沒有真正聽進(jìn)去，但是意外是永遠(yuǎn)無法預(yù)料到，我們與其在受到傷害后痛苦，還不如在日常生活中保護(hù)好自己;與其哭泣，還不如歡笑!隨時(shí)保護(hù)好自己，是對(duì)自己的承諾最后，提醒大家：保護(hù)自己，捍衛(wèi)健康。給自己一個(gè)承諾，生命便會(huì)還你一片美麗!
