　　four score and seven years ago, our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure.

　　it is for us, the living, rather to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. it is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us, ----that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion, ----that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain, ----that this nation, under god, shall have a new birth of freedom, ----and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.

　　i think this dream is deeply rooted in the future. as we can see, we are now not far away from violence, poverty, diseases, environmental pollution and even wars. most of people are in need of what they have never enjoyed.

　　however, i still can stick to my innermost dream, as i still can see the bright lights in our future. i believe, there will be a day when those from the rich counties are really willing to share what they have with those from the poor countries; there will be a day when we are surprised to find that the word poverty has long been out of our memories; there will be a day when we are together to share our dreams and we will all contribute to making our common dreams come true.

　　建設(shè)美麗中國(guó)，還有更大的攔路虎。除了環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重，資源約束趨緊、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)退化的形勢(shì)也很嚴(yán)峻。20xx年，我國(guó)GDP占全球的10.48%，卻消耗了世界60%的水泥、49%的鋼鐵和20.3%的能源。加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)布局，大力推進(jìn)綠色發(fā)展、循環(huán)發(fā)展、低碳發(fā)展，必須只爭(zhēng)朝夕。

　　實(shí)現(xiàn)永續(xù)發(fā)展，在發(fā)展中保護(hù)，在保護(hù)中發(fā)展。

　　美麗中國(guó)什么樣?山清水秀但貧窮落后不行，殷實(shí)小康但環(huán)境退化也不行。

　　我國(guó)是世界上最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家，推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展始終是第一要?jiǎng)?wù)。我們用幾十年發(fā)展走過發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家一兩百年的工業(yè)化之路,也同時(shí)積累了人家一兩百年遇到的環(huán)境問題,解決這些問題不是要停下發(fā)展的腳步,而是要通過轉(zhuǎn)型解決發(fā)展中的問題。建設(shè)美麗中國(guó)，必須堅(jiān)持在發(fā)展中保護(hù)，在保護(hù)中發(fā)展，發(fā)展與保護(hù)并重。

　　建設(shè)既富強(qiáng)又美麗的中國(guó)，不僅要增加GDP，也要提高人民生活質(zhì)量，這就要有清新的空氣、清潔的水、茂密的森林、廣袤的草原。雖然實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)還有很長(zhǎng)的路要走，但是，只要我們沿著指明的方向踏實(shí)邁進(jìn)，就一定能早日驅(qū)散霧霾，迎來生態(tài)文明的美麗中國(guó)。
