　　不知不覺來“藍天”已經(jīng)整整一年了，這是我畢業(yè)后的第一份工作。對于我這樣一個剛剛畢業(yè)入職、沒有絕對優(yōu)勢的人而言，初入社會難免會有些手足無措。學校的光環(huán)漸漸褪卻，面對一個個陌生人懷疑的眼神，不禁想起了《肖申克的救贖》中，獄友們面對男主人公不懷好意的歡迎詞：“嘿，又來了一個菜鳥!”初入職場的我是一只菜鳥。我是一只菜鳥，但是我很勇敢。不論是否做好了準備，工作畢竟開始了，有歡笑也有汗水，有付出也有收獲。

　　校辦的工作，雖然繁雜，但卻充實。這里團結(jié)友愛，這里有著滿滿的正能量。從剛開始做設計，到現(xiàn)在精員合崗，工作重新劃分，大部分的工作都能得心應手。在領(lǐng)導的細心栽培和同事們的熱情幫助下，我迅速地成長起來。當然，還有自己的努力。
