　　大家要沿著認(rèn)準(zhǔn)的路勇敢地往前走，就應(yīng)該不斷地戰(zhàn)勝自我。同志們剛來到部隊(duì)，面對的是一個(gè)全新的生活環(huán)境，萬事開頭難，大家遇到一些不如意、不順心的事是難免的。有的因?yàn)槠鸫矂?dòng)作慢、集合動(dòng)作慢，受到班長和干部的批評；有的因?yàn)樯�活艱苦、訓(xùn)練緊張而一時(shí)難以習(xí)慣；有的因某一件事沒有做好，被戰(zhàn)友埋怨責(zé)怪，感到懊悔和委屈；也有因犯了一些小的錯(cuò)誤，而悲觀喪氣、情緒低落等。這就要求新戰(zhàn)友要敢于戰(zhàn)勝自我，超越自己。要以積極進(jìn)取的精神狀態(tài)來迎接緊張、艱苦的訓(xùn)練生活。誰都想“事事如意”、“心想事成”、“一帆風(fēng)順”。但在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中，人們往往難以如愿，困難、挫折、逆境總是相伴而來。不少新戰(zhàn)友入伍前缺乏獨(dú)立和艱苦的生活鍛煉，突然來到部隊(duì)過嚴(yán)格緊張的軍事化生活，一切事情都要靠自己動(dòng)手來做。這個(gè)急劇的轉(zhuǎn)變，有些新戰(zhàn)友可能會有些不適應(yīng)，因而在工作中會遇到一些難題，會出現(xiàn)一些差錯(cuò)，受到一些批評。這本來是很正常的，也算不了什么大不了的問題。就像一個(gè)人走路沒注意摔了一跤一樣，爬起來接著走就是了。我們要戰(zhàn)勝自己，用坦然的心態(tài)來看待出現(xiàn)的暫不如意的事。我們應(yīng)當(dāng)作生活的強(qiáng)者，正確認(rèn)識生活的復(fù)雜性，增強(qiáng)心理承受能力，敢于藐視一切困難，以積極健康的心態(tài)來對待一切困難和挫折。吃苦是成人的門坎。經(jīng)歷艱難才能成才。要在部隊(duì)得到鍛煉提高，就必須時(shí)時(shí)戰(zhàn)勝自己的私心雜念，戰(zhàn)勝自己的懶惰，戰(zhàn)勝自己的懦弱，戰(zhàn)勝自己的馬虎，戰(zhàn)勝自己的一切不良習(xí)慣。軍隊(duì)是要隨時(shí)準(zhǔn)備應(yīng)付局部戰(zhàn)爭和突發(fā)事件的，這就要求每個(gè)軍人都必須具有一往無前的英雄氣概和不怕苦不怕死的拼搏精神，這絕非一日之功，必須要平時(shí)刻苦磨煉砥礪，養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣，打牢基礎(chǔ)。只要有決心、有恒心、有毅力，大家是會很快就完成由普通青年到合格軍人的轉(zhuǎn)變，是會很快就承擔(dān)起合格軍人的神圣職責(zé)的。
