　　大家好！我想問下大家，我們的生活都離不開哪些呀？有的同學說有空氣、有陽光，還有呢？當然還有水了。

　　水是生命之源，我們的生活離不開水，我們渴了需要喝水，我們洗衣煮飯都需要水，還有我們身邊的植物也需要水……有的人說，水，我們家多的是，我每天洗澡的時候都得美美的洗上差不多一個小時，有什么好稀罕的。就是因為我們的無知不懂得珍惜水資源導致現(xiàn)在地球上的飲用水越來越稀缺了。

　　雖說地球的面積有四分之三都是水，但淡水僅僅占總水量的百分之三，其中三分之二還是冰，可見現(xiàn)在世界上的水資源有多么貧乏！“假如地球上只剩下最后一滴水，那么就是我們的眼淚。”每聽到這一句話，我的心就忍不住地緊張起來，真害怕有這么一天。云南XX年遭遇60年一遇的全省性特大旱災，干旱范圍之廣、歷時之長、損失之大。嚴重干旱造成全省742萬人、459萬頭大牲畜飲水困難。干旱讓莊稼基本顆粒無收，部分家畜無飲水被渴死，孩子們爭相喝著臟水解渴，歷史就在眼前 。

　　你知道嗎？假如一個水龍頭每秒鐘只漏一滴水，一年就能積成驚人的三百六十噸；

　　假如不下雨，地球上的淡水只能夠我們用四年左右的時間；

　　人可以一個星期不吃飯，但不能一個星期不喝水。

　　所以，水對我們真的非常重要，我們要珍惜水資源，節(jié)約水資源。

　　節(jié)約用水，從你我做起。從我們身邊做起，下面有幾個節(jié)約用水的小竅門。比如我們早上洗臉時把水用個小臉盆裝起來，洗過臉的水可以拿來洗手沖廁所或洗拖把。開水時把水籠頭擰小一點，用完后立刻關掉。淘米的水可以洗菜，洗完后還可以沖廁所。洗完衣服后的水也可以放在桶里洗拖把沖廁所。洗完衣服后，可以把濕衣服晾在陽臺上，在下面放一個盆，接來的水可以澆花。我們洗澡時可以把時間縮短些。

　　如果世界上沒有了水，地球就會干裂；如果沒有了水，我們?nèi)祟惥涂赡芸仕�；如果沒有了水，就沒有了我們這個美麗的世界。請每個人節(jié)約用水，請珍惜水資源，請珍惜大地母親的每一滴眼淚。

　　我演講的題目是《節(jié)約用水是一種美德》。

　　也許會有很多人問世界上最珍貴的是什么?有人說是石油，有人說是黃金，有人說是生命。我現(xiàn)在告訴大家世界上最珍貴的東西是——水。水是一切的生命之源。

　　也許會有人說：地球表面最多的是水，大海的水，大河的水，地下的水，誰是取之不盡用之不竭的。請同學們聽完這些科學數(shù)據(jù)就知道水多么珍貴。地球上百分之九十三的水是咸水，不能喝。淡水之占百分之七，而能喝的淡水只占百分之零點八。雖然我國的水資源很豐富，但分布嚴重不均，南多北少。人均水平很低。有的地方還靠天吃水。

　　就拿北京來說，它是一座嚴重缺水的城市。人均水平只占全國人均水平的八分之一，世界水平的三十分之一。節(jié)約用水對北京來說是一個非常迫切的問題，而且全世界都面臨著嚴重的挑戰(zhàn)!我們作為北京的一員，世界的一份子，還有什么理由不節(jié)約水呢?

　　作為一名小學生，也許我們的力量很小，從一點一滴做起，這樣意義卻很大。號召家人，朋友，同學們等等。這樣人從一個人到幾個人，然后就會慢慢波及到全世界的每一個人。這樣就會產(chǎn)生無窮的力量。

　　這是我和我的家人積累的一些節(jié)水的小竅門，希望能和大家交流分享。比如把洗菜的水澆花;把洗菜水洗漱用水收集起來沖馬桶;把滴水的水龍頭關閉;洗澡擦浴液的時候關掉水。節(jié)水的方法很多很多，只要我們在生活中從小事做起，從現(xiàn)在做起，節(jié)約每一滴水，讓我們的地球永遠是一個藍色的美麗的星球!

　　最后我說一句非常耐人尋味的話：如果我們不珍惜水，世界上最后一滴水，將會是我們的眼淚!!!

　　老師們,同學們,大家好!今天,我演講的題目是《珍愛生命之水》.

　　同學們,我們知道,人不可缺少水,如果沒有了水,動物和人都無法生存.沒有了誰就沒有了生命,沒有了水,地球就是一片死寂.

　　大家知道,地球上 的面積被水覆蓋, 然而卻很少有人知道這么大的水量中可被人類利用的淡水總量只占地球上總水量的十萬分之三,占淡水總蓄量的0.34%. 目前,世界上已有超過一半的陸地面積,遍及一百多個國家和地區(qū)缺水,二十億人飲水困難.而人類正以每XX年增加 1倍的淡水需求消耗著水資源.到目前為止,人類淡水消費量已占全世界可用淡水的54%. 我國水資源總量為2.8萬億立方米,人均水量不足2400立方米,僅為世界人均水量的1/4,居世界第 110位,我國水資源總量中,可用水儲量只有1.1萬億立方米,而目前用水量已達5600億立方米,城市每年缺水60億 立方米,全國668個城市中有 400多個供水不足,其中108個嚴重缺水.因缺水每年造成工業(yè)損失2300多億元.

　　如果我們不節(jié)約用水,后果就會不堪設想.所以相對于不斷發(fā)展的工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和不斷增長得人口,供我們使用的水是非常有限的,所以節(jié)約用水勢在必行.

　　同學們,行動起來吧!節(jié)水行動就在你我的身邊.

　　你可以在日常生活中隨時隨地的節(jié)約每一滴水.

　　下面,我給大家提幾個節(jié)約用水的建議.

　　一,用淘米水洗菜,再用清水清洗,不僅節(jié)約了水,還有效地清除了蔬菜上的殘存農(nóng)藥;

　　二,洗衣水洗拖帕,帚地板,再沖廁所.第二道清洗衣物的洗衣水擦門窗及家具,洗鞋襪等;

　　三,大,小便后沖洗廁所,盡量不開大水管沖洗,而充分利用使用過的"臟水";

　　四,夏天給室內(nèi)外地面灑水降溫,盡量不用清水,而用洗衣之后的洗衣水;

　　五,自行車,家用小轎車清潔時,不用水沖,改用濕布擦,太臟的地方,也宜用洗衣物過后的余水沖洗;

　　六,家庭澆花,宜用淘米水,茶水,洗衣水等;

　　七,家庭洗滌手巾,小物件,瓜果等少量用水.宜用盆子盛水而不宜開水龍頭放水沖洗;

　　八,水龍頭使用時間長有漏水現(xiàn)象,可用裝青霉素的小藥瓶的橡膠蓋剪一個與原來一樣的墊圈放進去,

　　可以保證滴水不漏;

　　九,將衛(wèi)生間里水箱的浮球向下調(diào)整2厘米,每次沖洗可節(jié)省水近3kg;按家庭每天使用四次算,一年可節(jié)藥水4380kg.

　　十,洗菜:一盆一盆地洗,不要開著水龍頭沖,一餐飯可節(jié)省50kg;

　　十一,淋浴:如果您關掉龍頭擦香皂,洗一次澡可節(jié)水60kg;

　　十二,手洗衣服:如果用洗衣盆洗,清衣服則每次洗,清衣比開著水龍頭節(jié)省水200kg;

　　十三,用洗衣機洗衣服:建議您滿桶再洗,若分開兩次洗,則多耗水120kg;

　　十四,洗車:用抹布擦洗比用水龍頭沖洗,至少每次可節(jié)水400kg;

　　十五,沖廁所:如果您使用節(jié)水型設備,每次可節(jié)水4一5kg;

　　十六,洗地板:用拖把擦洗,可比用水龍頭沖洗每次每戶可節(jié)水200kg以上;

　　節(jié)水的方法很多,只要我們做有心人 , 節(jié)約用水,利在當代,功在千秋
