你們好!我是賴祖豪老師，我在介紹我名字的時候,通常會說“祖國的祖，豪杰的豪”，看來，我可以名正言順的進行這次演講。
什么是祖國?我們知道，祖國的全名叫“中華人民共和國”，簡稱“中國”，英文名叫“china”。她歷史悠久，五千年的文明燦爛輝煌。她遼闊美麗，有著約960萬平方公里的陸地和約300萬平方公里的海洋，在這片陸地和海洋上面，還有著同樣神圣的領(lǐng)空。在這個空間里，生活著近十四億國民。我調(diào)查過，在座的各位中，有廣東人、廣西人、江西人、湖南人、湖北人、四川人、河南人……但我們有一個共同的名字——“中國人”。在座的各位，絕大多數(shù)是漢族，可能有個別同學(xué)是其他的民族，但我們有一個共同的名字——“中華民族”。因此，我們有著一顆共同的心臟——“中國心”。
寫演講稿的時候，我曾捫心自問，為什么要把“祖國”放在心中?我愛祖國嗎?如果愛，又該如何去表達這份愛?

國旗護衛(wèi)隊隊員踏著整齊的步伐，莊嚴(yán)地護送五星紅旗，在雄壯的國歌聲中，五星紅旗冉冉升起。我凝視著國旗，心中不由地激動、自豪起來。
戰(zhàn)士們邁開步伐，步調(diào)一致，井井有條，整齊劃一，鏗鏘有力，真是氣勢十足!

衣：
聽爸爸媽媽說，他們小時候穿的都是粗布衣服，上面都是大大小小的補丁。到了冬天，那衣服非常笨拙，而且還是硬邦邦的。媽媽說，以前過年才做一套衣服，有時甚至還穿去年的衣服。有一年，外婆領(lǐng)媽媽去做衣服，外婆囑咐裁縫做大一點，這樣明年還好穿。可是那裁縫做得不大不小正合身，媽媽樂了，因為明年還可以做新衣服，可外婆卻為此事和裁縫大吵了一架!爸爸就沒這么好運了!因為他上面還有個哥哥，理所當(dāng)然的，哥哥穿下來的衣服給弟弟穿，所以爸爸每年穿的衣服都是有好幾個補丁的。衣服有布票供應(yīng)，每人每年一丈二尺。鞋子也是布做的，春天夏天還可以，可到了冬天，特別是下雪天，鞋子里都是雪，鞋底也硬邦邦的，腳凍的走路都走不動了。而現(xiàn)在呢，牛仔服、休閑服、運動服……什么樣的都有，而且還美觀，牌子也什么樣的都有……現(xiàn)在冬天我們都穿保暖鞋、靴子。衣服也是經(jīng)常買的，根本不愁沒有新衣服穿。
改革開放以來，服裝的花色、款式更加多樣化，面料、質(zhì)地也發(fā)生了很大的變化。而到了九十年代，人們的生活向小康過渡，思想觀念更為開放。人們的服飾在急速變化，穿衣打扮講求個性和多變，很難用一種款式或色彩來概括時尚潮流，強調(diào)個性、不追逐流行本身也成為一種時尚。
食：
“賣包子嘍!”這吆喝聲在前輩人的耳旁響起時，是多么誘人呀!早飯假如能吃上一兩個夾著芹菜、豬肉、青菜之類的包子，該是多么奢侈的生活!午飯和晚飯呢，以前也沒什么特別的，僅醬菜腌菜之類，一大桌菜只有逢年過節(jié)才能看到�，F(xiàn)在的餐桌上，已經(jīng)講究營養(yǎng)搭配，不但有葷菜、素菜還有湯類。足夠讓人垂涎欲滴!充沛的營養(yǎng)搭配，使我們中國人的身體越來越強壯了!
改革開放初期，人民生活得到改善，但食物匱乏單調(diào)、票證盛行，人們營養(yǎng)不足，有些農(nóng)村沒有解決基本的溫飽問題。到了90年代，不但吃飽，還可以吃好，營養(yǎng)均衡，粗細搭配，綠色食品深入人心。食，已經(jīng)不單單是生活的溫飽品，漸漸變成了一門藝術(shù)，一門文化。
住：
改革開放初期，樣式統(tǒng)一單調(diào)的平板房取代了房屋破舊，年久失修，岌岌可危的破舊民居。一片片的瓦片取代了破舊的屋頂，墻也不再是石磚砌成的，而是用石灰砌成的平坦而潔白的墻面。但房屋內(nèi)只有床、桌子、椅子等基本家具，看上去簡樸整潔，洋溢著和諧寧靜。但住房仍是一個大問題。90年代開始，國家開始興建經(jīng)濟適用房，為中低收入家庭提供了“買得到、住得起”的選擇。
這種房屋有獨立廚房、廁所，有上下水道的，質(zhì)量有保障、小區(qū)環(huán)境優(yōu)美、購物交通也方便。如今，居住面積擴大，居住條件有了明顯改善人們居住的選擇更多了，有高層住宅區(qū)，有復(fù)式樓，有花園小區(qū)，甚至還有單門獨院的特色別墅。
當(dāng)我們登上高樓遠眺城市流光溢彩的景色時，也可以體會到古人“會當(dāng)凌絕頂，一覽眾山小”的豪情。隨著人們生活水平的提高，裝修也成為熱點，風(fēng)格多樣的裝修豐富了我們的生活，也體現(xiàn)了人們生活品位的提高。
行：
出行，是人們生活中必不可缺的一個環(huán)節(jié)。以前鄉(xiāng)下的路崎嶇不平、坑坑洼洼。在上面摔一跤，不受傷才怪呢!最可惡的是下雨的時候，那時還買不起自行車。撐著傘，走在滿地泥濘的路上，路上的水會漸在你的衣服上，有時還會漸在臉上�，F(xiàn)在都是柏油馬路，輕軌、地鐵、飛機……都是我們的交通工具。大部分家庭都買了私家車、助動車……人們的出行更為方便，雖然便利的交通也帶來了城市發(fā)展中的環(huán)保問題，國家迫切需要解決環(huán)境污染和交通阻塞問題。但這一切，也是發(fā)展中國家向發(fā)達國家過渡的必經(jīng)之路。在不久的將來，地球在我們眼中會越來越小，周游列國再也不是夢。
娛：
“丟手娟”、“捉迷藏”這是以前的孩子常玩的起勁游戲，而現(xiàn)在的孩子，隨著高科技的發(fā)展，什么騰訊QQ、e-mail(電子郵件)等，在網(wǎng)上呀，都能玩，上上英特網(wǎng)，完全是一種時尚!

這樣大的祖國，我們怎樣愛她?有的同學(xué)說，敬好每一個隊禮就是愛國;有的同學(xué)說，唱好每一次國歌就是愛國;還有的同學(xué)說，對國旗表示尊重就是愛國……這都是愛國，你認(rèn)為愛國是什么呢?
