國(guó)旗護(hù)衛(wèi)隊(duì)隊(duì)員踏著整齊的步伐，莊嚴(yán)地護(hù)送五星紅旗，在雄壯的國(guó)歌聲中，五星紅旗冉冉升起。我凝視著國(guó)旗，心中不由地激動(dòng)、自豪起來(lái)。

聽(tīng)爸爸媽媽說(shuō)，他們小時(shí)候穿的都是粗布衣服，上面都是大大小小的補(bǔ)丁。到了冬天，那衣服非常笨拙，而且還是硬邦邦的。媽媽說(shuō)，以前過(guò)年才做一套衣服，有時(shí)甚至還穿去年的衣服。有一年，外婆領(lǐng)媽媽去做衣服，外婆囑咐裁縫做大一點(diǎn)，這樣明年還好穿�？墒悄遣每p做得不大不小正合身，媽媽樂(lè)了，因?yàn)槊髂赀�可以做新衣服，可外婆卻為此事和裁縫大吵了一架!爸爸就沒(méi)這么好運(yùn)了!因?yàn)樗厦孢�有個(gè)哥哥，理所當(dāng)然的，哥哥穿下來(lái)的衣服給弟弟穿，所以爸爸每年穿的衣服都是有好幾個(gè)補(bǔ)丁的。衣服有布票供應(yīng)，每人每年一丈二尺。鞋子也是布做的，春天夏天還可以，可到了冬天，特別是下雪天，鞋子里都是雪，鞋底也硬邦邦的，腳凍的走路都走不動(dòng)了。而現(xiàn)在呢，牛仔服、休閑服、運(yùn)動(dòng)服……什么樣的都有，而且還美觀，牌子也什么樣的都有……現(xiàn)在冬天我們都穿保暖鞋、靴子。衣服也是經(jīng)常買(mǎi)的，根本不愁沒(méi)有新衣服穿。
改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，服裝的花色、款式更加多樣化，面料、質(zhì)地也發(fā)生了很大的變化。而到了九十年代，人們的生活向小康過(guò)渡，思想觀念更為開(kāi)放。人們的服飾在急速變化，穿衣打扮講求個(gè)性和多變，很難用一種款式或色彩來(lái)概括時(shí)尚潮流，強(qiáng)調(diào)個(gè)性、不追逐流行本身也成為一種時(shí)尚。
食：
“賣(mài)包子嘍!”這吆喝聲在前輩人的耳旁響起時(shí)，是多么誘人呀!早飯假如能吃上一兩個(gè)夾著芹菜、豬肉、青菜之類的包子，該是多么奢侈的生活!午飯和晚飯呢，以前也沒(méi)什么特別的，僅醬菜腌菜之類，一大桌菜只有逢年過(guò)節(jié)才能看到�，F(xiàn)在的餐桌上，已經(jīng)講究營(yíng)養(yǎng)搭配，不但有葷菜、素菜還有湯類。足夠讓人垂涎欲滴!充沛的營(yíng)養(yǎng)搭配，使我們中國(guó)人的身體越來(lái)越強(qiáng)壯了!
改革開(kāi)放初期，人民生活得到改善，但食物匱乏單調(diào)、票證盛行，人們營(yíng)養(yǎng)不足，有些農(nóng)村沒(méi)有解決基本的溫飽問(wèn)題。到了90年代，不但吃飽，還可以吃好，營(yíng)養(yǎng)均衡，粗細(xì)搭配，綠色食品深入人心。食，已經(jīng)不單單是生活的溫飽品，漸漸變成了一門(mén)藝術(shù)，一門(mén)文化。

改革開(kāi)放初期，樣式統(tǒng)一單調(diào)的平板房取代了房屋破舊，年久失修，岌岌可危的破舊民居。一片片的瓦片取代了破舊的屋頂，墻也不再是石磚砌成的，而是用石灰砌成的平坦而潔白的墻面。但房屋內(nèi)只有床、桌子、椅子等基本家具，看上去簡(jiǎn)樸整潔，洋溢著和諧寧?kù)o。但住房仍是一個(gè)大問(wèn)題。90年代開(kāi)始，國(guó)家開(kāi)始興建經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房，為中低收入家庭提供了“買(mǎi)得到、住得起”的選擇。
這種房屋有獨(dú)立廚房、廁所，有上下水道的，質(zhì)量有保障、小區(qū)環(huán)境優(yōu)美、購(gòu)物交通也方便。如今，居住面積擴(kuò)大，居住條件有了明顯改善人們居住的選擇更多了，有高層住宅區(qū)，有復(fù)式樓，有花園小區(qū)，甚至還有單門(mén)獨(dú)院的特色別墅。
當(dāng)我們登上高樓遠(yuǎn)眺城市流光溢彩的景色時(shí)，也可以體會(huì)到古人“會(huì)當(dāng)凌絕頂，一覽眾山小”的豪情。隨著人們生活水平的提高，裝修也成為熱點(diǎn)，風(fēng)格多樣的裝修豐富了我們的生活，也體現(xiàn)了人們生活品位的提高。
行：
出行，是人們生活中必不可缺的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。以前鄉(xiāng)下的路崎嶇不平、坑坑洼洼。在上面摔一跤，不受傷才怪呢!最可惡的是下雨的時(shí)候，那時(shí)還買(mǎi)不起自行車(chē)。撐著傘，走在滿地泥濘的路上，路上的水會(huì)漸在你的衣服上，有時(shí)還會(huì)漸在臉上。現(xiàn)在都是柏油馬路，輕軌、地鐵、飛機(jī)……都是我們的交通工具。大部分家庭都買(mǎi)了私家車(chē)、助動(dòng)車(chē)……人們的出行更為方便，雖然便利的交通也帶來(lái)了城市發(fā)展中的環(huán)保問(wèn)題，國(guó)家迫切需要解決環(huán)境污染和交通阻塞問(wèn)題。但這一切，也是發(fā)展中國(guó)家向發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家過(guò)渡的必經(jīng)之路。在不久的將來(lái)，地球在我們眼中會(huì)越來(lái)越小，周游列國(guó)再也不是夢(mèng)。
娛：
“丟手娟”、“捉迷藏”這是以前的孩子常玩的起勁游戲，而現(xiàn)在的孩子，隨著高科技的發(fā)展，什么騰訊QQ、e-mail(電子郵件)等，在網(wǎng)上呀，都能玩，上上英特網(wǎng)，完全是一種時(shí)尚!

在1949年10月1日，毛澤東主席在北京天安門(mén)城樓上，向全世界宣布：“中華人民共和國(guó)中央人民政府，已于今日成立了!中國(guó)人民從此站起來(lái)了!”。從那時(shí)候開(kāi)始，中國(guó)人民就已經(jīng)站起來(lái)了。不是屈服于別人的腳下了，是真正的站起來(lái)了!

在我看來(lái)，我們小學(xué)生的愛(ài)國(guó)很簡(jiǎn)單。在集體中盡好自己的職責(zé)，做好自己的本職工作就是愛(ài)國(guó);在公共場(chǎng)所里，愛(ài)護(hù)公共財(cái)產(chǎn)就是愛(ài)國(guó);在有人侮辱祖國(guó)的情況下，維護(hù)祖國(guó)的尊嚴(yán)就是愛(ài)國(guó);認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，長(zhǎng)大報(bào)效祖國(guó)，這也是愛(ài)國(guó)。其實(shí)愛(ài)國(guó)就是做好身邊的每一件小事，不一定做那些轟轟烈烈，艱巨的大事才是愛(ài)國(guó)，因?yàn)槲覀冞�小，在面臨危險(xiǎn)之時(shí)，我們能像成人一樣挺身而出嗎?我們沒(méi)有能力，所以，我們的愛(ài)國(guó)就是做好身邊的每一件小事。
作為龍的傳人、炎黃子孫，我愛(ài)祖國(guó)遼闊的疆土，悠久的歷史，豐富的文化。祖國(guó)有著眾多世界之最：最長(zhǎng)的古代防御工事——長(zhǎng)城，最高的山峰——珠穆拉馬峰，最低的盆地——吐魯番盆地，最高的咸水湖——納木錯(cuò)……這一切都刻印在我的心中。假期的時(shí)候，為了更多了解祖國(guó)，我游歷了祖國(guó)大江南北，我驚嘆，我們歷時(shí)16天的長(zhǎng)途旅行，連祖國(guó)的萬(wàn)分之一都沒(méi)有走到;我快樂(lè)，為了讓更多沒(méi)去過(guò)的人了解這些地方，我寫(xiě)成游記發(fā)布在網(wǎng)上;我學(xué)習(xí)，為了了解祖國(guó)的歷史，我天天都在看有關(guān)這方面的書(shū)籍，去分析，去學(xué)習(xí)，爭(zhēng)取長(zhǎng)大報(bào)效祖國(guó)。
愛(ài)國(guó)不需要刻意的表達(dá)，大力的宣傳，愛(ài)國(guó)的信念就植根在我們的心中。著名作家巴金，就用他最樸實(shí)的語(yǔ)言表述著他的愛(ài)國(guó)情懷“我愛(ài)我的祖國(guó)，愛(ài)我的人民，離開(kāi)了她，離開(kāi)了他們，我就無(wú)法生存，更無(wú)法寫(xiě)作�！辈挥萌A麗的辭藻，不用強(qiáng)烈的呼號(hào)，只用無(wú)法生活，無(wú)法寫(xiě)作來(lái)形容。我也要學(xué)習(xí)巴金，不說(shuō)空話，不說(shuō)大話，用行動(dòng)去證明!
同學(xué)們，愛(ài)國(guó)是如此的簡(jiǎn)單，讓我們做好身邊的小事，讓我們用行動(dòng)去表達(dá)，讓我們用心去愛(ài)!讓祖國(guó)永存在心中!
