演講稿英語2023 篇2
What would you do if you failed? Many people may choose to give up.However, the surest way to success is to keep your direction and stick to yourgoal.
On your way to success, you must keep your direction. It is just like alamp, guiding you in darkness and helping you overcome obstacles on your way.Otherwise, you will easily get lost or hesitate to go ahead.
Direction means objectives. You can get nowhere without an objective inlife.
You can try to write your objective on paper and make some plans to achieveit. In this way, you will know how to arrange your time and to spend your timeproperly. And you should also have a belief that you are sure to succeed as longas you keep your direction all the time.

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, I’m very glad to make a speech here. Today my topic is “I love you, China.”
Since the day I was born, I began to have a proud name—Chinese. Since the day I began to talk, the most beautiful sentence I’ve ever learnt has been “I love you, China!”
I love you, China, and I’m so proud of being a Chinese. I’m proud that I’ve got the beautiful yellow skin, black eyes and black hair. I’m also proud that I speak the most beautiful language in the world—Chinese.
I love you, China, for I can feel the deep love you give me every day, every minute. Last year, I got an opportunity to visit the United States of America. During my staying there, my father’s boss once invited my family to dinner. While at , he looked at me and asked: “Little boy, how long have you been in America?” “About a month,” I answered, “How lucky you are!” he said, “If you were living in China, how could you learn such perfect English?” I smiled and told him proudly that all the students in China are able to learn English at school. I saw his surprised eyes and said to myself, “I’m proud of you, China ”
初中生演講稿英語篇2:Smile to Life
Hello, everybody. My name is Huang Wenjie. I am from Haikou No. 9 Middle School. My topic today is Smile to Life.
Do you always smile to life? If the answer is yes, I think you’re a very happy person.
If a person feels happy, his smile just shows he is glad. It’s very normal. But if you feel sad, what should you do? As a junior student, we should learn to smile to life. There are many bad things in our study life, such as some bad exams or a difficult game. When difficulties come, what will you face to them? I think smile is the best way for us.
When you do badly in an exam, smile to life. Tell yourself to be happy. Now since things have happened, your anger and sadness will do nothing. Instead it’ll even do harm to your health. Why not smile and do better next time?
When you have a difficult game, smile to life. It can make you braver. Do believe yourself. And smile will give you power to win the game!
Don’t be sad for pity things. It is said, if you smile to life, life will smile to you. So please smile to life, friends!
My speech is over. Thank you for listening.

演講稿英語2023 篇6
Dear classmates:
Everybody is good!
If you lose today, you don't calculate failure, because tomorrow will come again.
If you lose money, you don't calculate failure, because the value of life is not your pocketbook.
If you lost civilization, you are absolutely failed, because you've lost the essence of life.
A social public civilization level, can reflects a social the civilized degree of a nation, if a man does not keep social civilization, small will affect their image, big affect national reputation. During the qing dynasty, minister li hongzhang expeditions in a Russian, publicly, vice attack, vomitted an one mouthful phlegm anywhere by foreign reporters, damning rendering, ridicule, lose all the Chinese face. This is a not observe social civilization history lesson.
We don't have complained of the social civilization level is not high, Don't YuanYi own power too thin, influence on the society is not big. Imagine, bread the yeast in is not so small? Only by this point, however, the yeast, not send up yao. Bread We each students should do this era of yeast, let oneself of enzyme, in this society play its role.
The classmates, let's do it, "the new era, the new national new civilization", don't let civilization, don't let civilization only on paper, let it appear among active in us, let civilized ubiquitous, let us do civilized master, let "civilized walked with me!"
演講稿英語2023 篇7
Whether sixty or sixteen, there is in every human being's heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what's next and the joy of the game of living. In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long are you young.
An individual human existence should be like a river—small at first, narrowly contained within its banks, and rushing passionately past boulders and over waterfalls. Gradually the river grows wider, the banks recede, the waters flow more quietly, and in the end, without any visible break, they become merged in the sea, and painlessly lose their individual being.
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of sixty more than a boy of twenty. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.
Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.
演講稿英語2023 篇8
hello everyone!
Everyone has a dream, it is everybody yearning. But the man without a dream of the life will be empty. But dreams are always with the thought of advance and change. Begin to remember, I have a dream. I hope I have money, people always ask: "boy, this is a great dream, have money, what are you going to do?" " I'm going to buy chocolate."" if you have a lot of money?" " I will buy a lot of chocolate.""
if you have money to burn?" " I'll buy chocolate factory." Indeed when we, innocent, with a kind heart, happineand joy is a constant movement. When I was young, I have a dream. I hope you can become a kite, floating in the sky, and then slowly fell down. Then in the green meadow like playing with companion, often chasing the white clouds in the sky, let the flap with laughter, do the multicolored multicoloured dream. Read, I have a dream. I hope to have a basketball; when I had time for basketball, but also want a football; when I play football, volleyball became my pursuit. Another has a dream into a reality when, in fact I believe that the dream is not far away from me, as long as childish play, will be the realization of a dream. Slowly into the primary school, middle school, high school .... Will feel more pressure there, so will not be a dream, only know that reading to die, there is no note of those happy. Remember, I have a dream. I hope that day will not have a lot of homework to do.
A bit of time to play deprived, and our day in 40% were imprisoned in the classroom, a lot of time on their study. But in the face of learning, or a vague awareness. As the saying goes," woolly-headed", understanding, also from feudalism to capitalism, the more feel it right. Start up high all the time, I have a dream, I hope I can become a top student, got many awards; home to be family praise; in school teachers have been affirmed; among the students to stand head and shoulders above others performance; in the eyes can be recognized as a good child. But, gradually, I found that to achieve this dream and cannot rely on to childish play. Later, I learned how to fight. Bustling about home from school one day, it is leisure, listen to music, eat dinner, back to school. This day very dull, perhaps sometimes put a lot of friends; sometimes miss, or a pair of sleepy driving school. Love fashion school clothing, really want to go for a walk, take a look at. Sunday's time is very short, baby I really want to make, s
lowly know life hard and dream is really too difficult, but I will work hard, to see everyone to live up early to catch up later, hold oneself no longer loose.
演講稿英語2023 篇9
What will win, money or knowledge? I look upon this matter for a long timeand came to a conclusion that knowledge is more important than money. Withoutproper financial planning, we might eventually face financial problem eventhough we are filthy rich. Another similar situation would be, without a goodunderstanding in English we will not be able to write good post to entertain ourreaders, isn’t it? So for a long run I think it is bad. Well, that’s only mypersonal point of view.
Knowledge will forever be the best & future ingredients of life as weknow it.
If you got stuck in the middle of no-where (or maybe on another planet)with no transportation or no one around - will money get you home anybetter
If you have to pick between a billion knowledgeable thoughts or a billiondollars - wouldn’t you rather spread your knowledge to others instead ofthinking about becoming a billion dollars for yourself?
Money governs our system in which we live right now, but knowledge willdefy & yet prove the facts about endless dollars that are spent in ourworldly developing lifetime.
I would much rather (in almost any lifetime) have all the knowledge in theworld than all the money in the world! Not because I don’t need to be rich, butbecause spreading that knowledge would be infinitively more bliss-full &pleasurable than passing around money to people everyday.

演講稿英語2023 篇10
When it comes to money, many college students complain that they are lackof it. One of the main reasons is that they don’t know how to use the moneyefficiently and wisely. I firmly believe that knowing how to manage money ismust-known skill in life. Let me share my own experience and my opinions on howto a good money manager.
As a saying goes, “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” To manage themoney efficiently, you need to make a good plan. How to make a plan? Firstly, not mention the Windfall, you should figure out how much money you will haveeach money. Secondly, you will have to make a list about what you will surelyspend the money on, such as transportation, and then make a budget. If you findyour budget exceeds the money that you can spend, make a modification on whereyou can reduce the expense and make sure the budget is within the money that youhave. If you find that there are money left after the budget, save the money fora rainy day. Thirdly, carry out your plan and stick to it. Something unexpectedmight happen and make you spend some money out of the budge. At this time, youshould make a note and make a modification on your budget too.
Besides, there are two things that you need to pay attention to. You shouldavoid using credit card because it will tempt you to spend more than you can andmake you fall in the debt trap. It’s a good habit for you to take a note aboutthe expense everyday so that you know where the money goes and easily checkwhere you spend the money wrongly.
Take myself as an example, I make a weekly plan. I first separate the moneythat I will have for one month into four parts for each week. And then I willwrite down what will make me spend the money and how much they cause each week. After I draw such a picture, I carry it out and take notes on how much I spendon each item. Week after week, I form a good habit on spending the money andsuccessfully manage them.
演講稿英語2023 篇11
hello, dear teachers and fellow students. it is my honor to be here on thisbeautiful friday morning to share with you my view on “me- time”. in myopinion, finding me-time is important. with the development of the modernsociety, we students in china have more and more pressure. we have to spareevery minute to study very hard and join various kinds of out-of-class trainingcourses to improve ourselves. so we are really in lack of me-time which ishelpful to keep ourselves from being over-stressed、tired and worried.
i do not have as much fun as before and i always miss my childhood. threehours of homework and two piano lessons one day make me have hardly any me-timeto relax myself. i was once an active basketball player on my school team. butnow, basketball, my best friend, i haven’t touched it for almost two months. me-time seems to have become a luxury.
last week, when i heard there was going to be a basketball match betweenour school and no 1 middle school, i was so excited that i rushed home and toldmy parents the news. i asked my father, “ dad, may i play basketball afterschool ? the coach says i am the best guard in our school. if i join the schoolbasketball team, we are sure to beat no 1 middle school this time.” my fathershowed his dispproval and said, “ of course you can’t . i’m disappointed at you.why do you have such a silly idea? don’t forget to work hard on your schoolworkand piano lessons.” in my parents’ points of view, playing basketball is a wasteof time
as far as i’m concerned, the school assignment to the junior schoolstudents is too heavy. to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults, we shouldbe allowed to have more me-time for relaxation. the pressure put on our studentsby excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physicallyand mentally.
my dear teachers, i hope you can assign less homework so we students canenjoy a period of me-time. my dear parents, would you please not follow me andremind me of study all the time? please trust me that i will do my best. my dearfriends, why not stop for a while from your heavy homework and do anything youlike? it’s me-time. i do think, that a reduction of the current heavy load wouldbe beneficial to us students and to the society as a whole. finding me-time willmake our life rich, colorful and rewardingthank you for your attention

As time goes by, more and more wild animals become endangered and some havealready died out.
One of the major reasons is that the habitats of many wild animals arepolluted or destroyed. At the same time, the food some animals mainly feed on isbecoming scarce, leading to starvation. Besides, a great many wild animals arehunted for food or money each year.
All in all, human beings are fully responsible for the present situation. In order to live harmoniously with animals, everyone of us should raiseawareness of wildlife protection and the government is expected to take activemeasures to protect animals, including passing laws and establishing naturereserves.

演講稿英語2023 篇16
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Today I want to tell you a story about one of my friends, a lovely and smart girl who is always ready to help others. Being our grade leader, she is good at both work and study. In many people's opinion, she is excellent and perfect. But one day she told me she was gloomy and insecure. People around her considered her outstanding and flawless, thinking she could handle everything. But the more she thought about herself, the more disappointed she became. She found that she was far from perfection. Last week, she didn’t do well in her French quiz, and the day before yesterday, she was late for a conference. She felt depressed and frustrated, because she failed to be a perfect girl without any mistakes.
I was surprised to hear that for I thought she had every reason to be confident. However, the expectation of perfection has become a burden to her. I told her no one could be perfect and I suggested she find her own position.
In fact, people are so eager to be perfect that they demand too much of themselves. They want to be special and unique, and they want to have no defects or weaknesses. However, we can never avoid mistakes and errors. It’s impossible for us to be a superman or a superwoman. No matter how successful we are, there are always some flaws. If we hold that everything should be perfect, we would be overcritical.
My friend now has changed her attitude. She accepts her shortcomings but still keeps a positive outlook. She is even more active and doesn’t allow the mistakes to hinder her pursuit of excellence. And I think that’s the way we should be!That’s all. Thank you!

china is a developing country. chinese are not that excellent in their intellegent. so teachers in china might be very very important. they can provide the society with a lot of successful people, and make china a better place.
do you think that i have a good dream? i will work hard to make my dream become true!
thanks~
Everyone has a dream. Now I'll talk about my dream i What is my dream? I often ask myself. When I was a little boy, I wanted to be a soldier with a gun so that I could defend our motherland.
Now I am a young boy with a new dream——to be a doc-tor. I want to be a famous doctor, helping the sick and saving their lives. Why has my dream changed? Well, at the age of 11 I was ill, badly ill. I was told that I had cancer. I had to leave both my school and my friends and go to the hospital. Every day I suf-fered the troubles caused by this illness.
I also saw some people who were suffering and dying of ill-nesses. I made up my mind to become a doctor, so that I can help the sick people and cure them of their diseases. China is a develop-ing country. She needs good medicine and good doctors, especially in the countryside and lonely villages.
I want to try my best to help the poor sick people of our country. I want to let them have an opportunity to receive excel-lent treatments for their illnesses without having to pay much or any money.
I'll do every bit to cure the incurable. I hope to see a world where there is no cancer, no Aids, no fatal diseases. I'm confident that through the joint efforts of you and me, man will put an end to his bodily sufferings and this dream of mine will one day be brought into reality.

green tea
green tea is favority and traditional drink of chinese for thousand years. recent studies have shown that epigallocatechin gallate (egcg) an antioxidant found in green tea, is at least 100 more times more effective than vitamin c and 25 times more effective than vitamin e at protecting cells and dna from damage believed to be linked to cancer, heart disease and other serious illnesses. the antioxidant has twice the antioxidant benefit of resveratrol, found in red wine.
good morning.
as americans gather to celebrate this week, we show our gratitude for the many blessings in our lives. we are grateful for our friends and families who fill our lives with purpose and love. we're grateful for our beautiful country, and for the prosperity we enjoy. we're grateful for the chance to live, work and worship in freedom. and in this thanksgiving week, we offer thanks and praise to the provider of all these gifts, almighty god.
we also recognize our duty to share our blessings with the least among us. throughout the holiday season, schools, churches, synagogues and other generous organizations gather food and clothing for their neighbors in need. many young people give part of their holiday to volunteer at homeleshelters or food pantries. on thanksgiving, and on every day of the year, america is a more hopeful nation because of the volunteers who serve the weak and the vulnerable.
the thanksgiving tradition of compassion and humility dates back to the earliest days of our society. and through the years, our deepest gratitude has often been inspired by the most difficult times. almost four centuries ago, the pilgrims set aside time to thank god after suffering through a bitter winter. george washington held thanksgiving during a trying stay at valley forge. and president lincoln revived the thanksgiving tradition in the midst of a civil war.
the past year has brought many challenges to our nation, and americans have met every one with energy, optimism and faith. after lifting our economy from a recession, manufacturers and entrepreneurs are creating jobs again. volunteers from acrothe country came together to help hurricane victims rebuild. and when the children of beslan, russia suffered a brutal terrorist attack, the world saw america's generous heart in an outpouring of compassion and relief.
the greatest challenges of our time have come to the men and women who protect our nation. we're fortunate to have dedicated firefighters and police officers to keep our streets safe. we're grateful for the homeland security and intelligence personnel who spend long hours on faithful watch. and we give thanks to the men and women of our military who are serving with courage and skill, and ma-ki-ng our entire nation proud.
like generations before them, today's armed forces have liberated captive peoples and shown compassion for the suffering and delivered hope to the oppressed. in the past year, they have fought the terrorists abroad so that we do not have to face those enemies here at home. they've captured a brutal dictator, aided last month's historic election in afghanistan, and help set iraq on the path to democracy.
our progrein the war on terror has made our country safer, yet it has also brought new burdens to our military families. many servicemen and women have endured long deployments and painful separations from home. families have faced the challenge of raising children while praying for a loved one's safe return. america is grateful to all our military families, and the families mourning a terrible lothis thanksgiving can know that america will honor their sacrifices forever.
as commander-in-chief, i've been honored to thank our troops at bases around the world, and i've been inspired by the efforts of private citizens to expretheir own gratitude. this month, i met shauna fleming, a 15-year-old from california who coordinated the mailing of a million thank you letters to military personnel. in october, i met ken porwoll, a world war ii veteran who has devoted years of his retirement to volunteering at a va medical center in minneapolis. and we've seen the generosity of so many organizations, like give2thetroops, a group started in a basement by a mother and son that has sent thousands of care packages to troops in the field.
thanksgiving reminds us that america's true strength is the compassion and decency of our people. i thank all those who volunteer this season, and laura and i wish every american a happy and safe thanksgiving weekend.
thank you for listening.

knowing that life truly is short and can only be lived once is probably thebest line of thinking for inspiration. all humans live on a large planet, filledwith exciting new experiences, adventures, knowledge, and a wealth of resourcesto help one with gaining wisdom and knowledge. to realize this and to allow lifeto take place in this is to responsibly live life. are all humans bound forforeign lands, foreign thought, or foreign experiences? no. should all humanshope to experience foreign lands, foreign thought, and foreign experiences?without question. having a responsible, reasonable, and mature grasp, mentally,of all that is out there to enhance one’s experience in life, is one of thegreatest blessings one can bestow upon himself. for knowing that the tools onehas through birth need to be used and practiced with; sharpened and prepared formore difficult and challenging use, does one truly and actively approach livinglife from a strong foundation.
why should anyone try to live life in a constant motion towards becominggreater, becoming stronger, and becoming wiser and more educated? why not? forfacing life with arms crossed, brow furrowed, and expectation as a rule is,without question, a waste. living life is all about striving forward. so why notdo what one can, utilizing one’s god-given tools, to become the greatestindividual one can be? live. accept. face. strive. truly live.

演講稿英語2023 篇21
Development and the Environment
It is undeniable that the worsening environment has become the biggest concern of the present-day world. Land resources are dwindling because of water loss and soil erosion. Waste gases poison the air we breathe. The rivers and lakes are polluted by waste dumped in them from factories. It is probably no exaggeration to say that deterioration of the quality of the environment threatens the existence of mankind itself.
Some people are of the opinion that the environmental problem is the price we have to pay for economic development. But I do not think that this argument is valid. After all, what is the point of economic growth if people’s lives are adversely alfected by worsening environmental pollution?
There is plenty of evidence to show that sustainable development can be achieved by balancing economic growth with protection of the environment. The key to achieving this is to make people aware of the seriousness of the problem. Both governments and ordinary citizens should join hands to make this world a better place to live in, not only for ourselves, but also for future generations.

Dear Dad,
Today I was at the shopping mall and I spent a lot of time reading theFather’s Day cards. They all had a special message that in some way or anotherreflected how I feel about you. Yet as I selected and read, and selected andread again, it occurred to me that not a single card said what I really want tosay to you.
You’ll soon be 84 years old, Dad, and you and I will have had 55 Father’sDays together. I haven’t always been with you on Father’s Day nor have I beenwith you for all of your birthdays. It wasn’t because I didn’t want to be withyou. I’ve always been with you in my heart but sometimes life gets in theway.
You know, Dad, there was a time when we were not only separated by thegeneration gap but completely polarized by it. You stood on one side of theGreat Divide and I on the other, father and daughter split apart by age andexperience, opinions, hairstyles, cosmetics, clothing, curfews, music, andboys.
The Father-Daughter Duel of ’54 shifted into high gear when you taught meto drive the old Dodge and I decided I would drive the ‘54 Chevy whether youliked it or not. The police officer who escorted me home after you reported theChevy stolen late one evening was too young to understand father-daughterpolitics and too old to have much tolerance for a snotty 16 year old. You wereso decent about it, Dad, and I think that was probably what made it the worstnight of my life.
Our relationship improved immensely when I married a man you liked, andthings really turned around when we begin making babies right and left. Wedidn’t have a television set, you know, and we had to entertain ourselvessomehow. I didn’t know what to expect of you and Mom as grandparents but Ididn’t have to wait long to find out. Those babies adored you then just as theyadore you now. When I see you with all your grandchildren, I know you’ve giventhem the finest gift a grandparent can give. You’ve given them yourself.
Somewhere along the line, the generation gap evaporated. Age separates usnow and little else. We agree on most everything, perhaps because we’ve learnedthere isn’t much worth disagreeing about. However, I would like to mention thatfly fishing isn’t all you’ve cracked it up to be, Dad. You can say what you wantabout wrist action and stance and blah, blah, blah...
I’ve been happily drifting for a lot of years, Dad, and I didn’t see yougetting older.
I suppose I saw us and our relationship as aging together, rather like afine wine. Numbers never seemed important. But the oddest thing happened lastweek. I was at a stop sign and I watched as you turned the corner in your car.It didn’t immediately occur to me that it was you because the man driving lookedso elderly and fragile behind the wheel of that huge car. It was rather like aslap in the face delivered from out of nowhere. Perhaps I saw your age for thefirst time that day. Or maybe I saw my own.
Fifty years ago this spring we planted kohlrabi together in a garden inCharles City, Iowa.
I didn’t know then that I would remember that day for the rest of my life. This week, we’ll plant kohlrabi together again, perhaps for the last time but Ihope not. I don’t understand why planting kohlrabi with you is so important tome but it is. And the funny thing about it is, well, I don’t know quite how totell you this, Dad...I don’t even like kohlrabi...but I like planting it withyou.
I guess what I’m trying to say, Dad, is what every son and daughter wantsto say to their Dad today. Honoring a Father on Father’s Day is about more thana Dad who brings home a paycheck, shares a dinner table, and attends schoolfunctions, graduations, and weddings. It isn’t even so much about kohlrabi, ’54Chevrolets, and fly-fishing. It’s more about unconditionally loving children whoare snotty and stubborn, who know everything and won’t listen to anyone. It’sabout respect and sharing and acceptance and tolerance and giving and taking. It’s about loving someone more than words can say,and it’s wishing that it neverhad to end.
I love you, Dad.
演講稿英語2023 篇24
When I was out for a travel in Jeju Island, what surprised me most are those Chinese features all around this prestigious scenic spot of Korea. The moment I got out of the plane, I was amused by those broken Chinese words printed on the wall of the airport. Most of those hilarious words say “currency exchange!” or “greatest hotel room ever! ” and “Duty free shops” in a pretty funny way. I guess Chinese people are, like, walking cash to them. Anyway, although those who wrote them clearly are not even close to good Chinese speakers, they had indeed made my travel phenomenally convenient as well as homelike at the same time. There is even a whole district called JUNGMUN, which means “Chinese” in Korean. It is one of the most bustling places in Jeju, as tourists from China basically bought the whole place up.
I could even spend RMB in Jeju, which is usually not allowed in other religious or countries. Chinese tourists have indeed promoted the economics there, I guess. Another interesting phenomenon I’d like to talk about is the Chinese feature in US TV series. As you all know, US TV series play a rather important part in Chinese students’ lives. Agents of SHIELD is a well-known series and I personally love it very much. When an agent came back, half-dead, saying “I have spent my last four years in a ShanXi cooper mine”, I couldn’t help laughing. And I don’t have to mention the Chinese food Saturday of Sheldon in The Big bang theory, the mysterious girlfriend named Shadow of Oliver Queen in The Arrow, and those meaningless quoting of Confucius and Sun Zi in countless US TV series.
American writers seem to see Chinatown as a sacred and exotic place in which live insidious villains who happen to master kung fu and have serious Asian faces. These phenomena above are just a small part of Chinese features overseas I have noticed. Needless to say, the rise of China has indeed became more and more relevant and significant to the ordinary Chinese people. There most certainly is not any other country in this world that has changed its international standing at this magnitude, and the world is embracing China in an unprecedented way. However , although we have seen the progress made by the world, I’m still hoping that they can see through the surface to perceive the essence of China. What we should really focus on are every individual of the 1.3 billion ordinary Chinese.
We should change the viewpoint and take a serious look at China, at Chinese people, at their down-to-earth dreams, at their impulsive drive to change their fate, to change their nation's fate, and at their kindhearted temperaments, at their diligent characters. Today's China is made up of Chinese people who have virtue and excellence, not just of Bruce Lee and Kung pao chicken cubes. We should not overlook this great country, and we most certainly should not see only the high-rise buildings and the apparent prosperity, but also lay our sights on those unsung heroes who have been making contributions to this very society since the beginning.

With the development of science and technology, global warming is becomingthe focus of human beings. Some measures should be taken to protect ourplanet.
To begin with,it's essential to save energy because of limited naturalresources. For instance, turn off water tap after washing hands and turn offlights immediately if there is no person in the room. What's more,we'd better goout on foot or by bike, instead of using vehicles in order to reduce carbonemission, which is also good to our health.Besides,we are supposed to reducewaste, and reuse what we can be recycled.Plus,no littering and planting moretrees are good ways to beautify our environment.
In a ward, the earth is our only home.we should take immediate action toprotect it.Whatever you do,no matter how small itis, counts!
