　　The name "cheongsam," meaning simply "long dress," entered the English vocabulary from the dialect of China's Guangdong Province (Cantonese). In other parts of the country including Beijing, however, it is known as "qipao", which has a history behind it.

　　When the early Manchu rulers came to China proper, they organized certain people, mainly Manchus, into "banners" (qi) and called them "banner people" (qiren), which then became loosely the name of all Manchus. The Manchu women wore normally a one-piece dress which, likewise, came to be called "qipao" or "banner dress." Although the 1911 Revolution toppled the rule of the Qing (Manchu) Dynasty, the female dress survived the political change and, with later improvements, has become the traditional dress for Chinese women.

　　Easy to slip on and comfortable to wear, the cheongsam fits well the female Chinese figure. Its neck is high, collar closed, and its sleeves may be either short, medium or full length, depending on season and taste. The dress is buttoned on the right side, with a loose chest, a fitting waist, and slits up from the sides, all of which combine to set off the beauty of the female shape.

　　The cheongsam is not too complicated to make. Nor does it call for too much material, for there are no accessories like belts, scarves, sashes or frills to go with it.

　　Another beauty of the cheongsam is that, made of different materials and to varying lengths, they can be worn either on casual or formal occasions. 　　教育孩子需要言傳身教。 請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)也要注意自己的言行舉止。

　　2、注意教育的細(xì)節(jié)

　　3、給孩子適當(dāng)?shù)膲毫�，切記要“循序漸進(jìn)”。也就是要一步一步的來(lái)。我覺(jué)得從我們的家長(zhǎng)角度來(lái)說(shuō)，家長(zhǎng)要定位你的期望,不要對(duì)孩子期望過(guò)高，應(yīng)該考慮孩子目前的年齡能夠達(dá)到什么水平。作為家長(zhǎng)主要

　　的工作應(yīng)該是給孩子一些鼓勵(lì)和提醒。有時(shí)侯這些孩子欲言又止，是害怕做錯(cuò)和說(shuō)錯(cuò)，而實(shí)際上鼓勵(lì)的確能給孩子提供自信，這才是家長(zhǎng)和老師們都應(yīng)該做好的事。

　　4、重視孩子的習(xí)慣。一些家長(zhǎng)最擔(dān)心的是孩子的成績(jī)是否優(yōu)秀，對(duì)習(xí)慣不夠重視，對(duì)此，市教科院專家也指出了，培養(yǎng)孩子良好的習(xí)慣，是適應(yīng)小學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)生活的“第一步，至關(guān)重要”。盡量避免一邊作業(yè)，一邊吃東西或玩耍，久而久之養(yǎng)成孩子思想不能集中的習(xí)慣。會(huì)在很大程度上影響近期學(xué)習(xí)和將來(lái)的發(fā)展。好習(xí)慣，將受益一生，而習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)，則要從小做起。

　　5、作業(yè)方面請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)積極配合做到：

　�。�2）檢查學(xué)生是否及時(shí)按量完成作業(yè)，昨天作業(yè)的錯(cuò)誤有無(wú)改正，并簽名。

　�。�3）檢查作業(yè)是否認(rèn)真：字跡端正嗎？格式正確嗎？注意力集中嗎？有沒(méi)有經(jīng)�！白笫帜命c(diǎn)心右手拿鉛筆”的情況？另外，作業(yè)錯(cuò)了地方有沒(méi)有擦干凈，教孩子正確使用橡皮擦，一手把本子按住，一只手來(lái)回輕輕擦，避免將本子擦破，而且必須將痕跡擦干凈！所以，家長(zhǎng)一定要幫孩子選好用的橡皮擦，請(qǐng)不要太花，會(huì)影響孩子的注意力。

　�。�5）每天督促他完成聽(tīng)算練習(xí)，鞏固“十以內(nèi)的加減法”“20以內(nèi)的進(jìn)位加法”。要求做到脫口而出。

　　6、對(duì)于孩子的物質(zhì)準(zhǔn)備方面給家長(zhǎng)下面的建議：

　　(1)學(xué)習(xí)用品的準(zhǔn)備。剛?cè)雽W(xué)的孩子，由于受年齡特點(diǎn)的影響，注意力較容易分散。因此，家長(zhǎng)在給孩子準(zhǔn)備筆、尺、書包、橡皮等學(xué)習(xí)

　　用品時(shí)，一定要考慮到可能產(chǎn)生影響孩子學(xué)習(xí)的不利因素。例如，孩子用活動(dòng)鉛筆，筆芯非常細(xì)容易斷，孩子才開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)寫字，力量各方面都不能很好控制，筆心很容易折斷，筆心一斷，他就會(huì)停下來(lái)慢慢按筆芯，所以請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)為孩子準(zhǔn)備削好的5支鉛筆，不讓孩子帶刨筆刀到學(xué)校，避免不安全隱患。另外，文具盒盡量選擇簡(jiǎn)單的，只要能裝上5支鉛筆，一個(gè)橡皮就夠了，一個(gè)功能繁多的文具盒，對(duì)孩子來(lái)說(shuō)，不亞于一樣玩具，很容易分散學(xué)生上課的注意力。并訓(xùn)練孩子自己整理書包的能力，但家長(zhǎng)要提醒他，帶上所有的書和文具盒、筆等。另外，請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)給孩子的鉛筆做上記號(hào)，當(dāng)然我相信家長(zhǎng)都不在乎那么幾毛錢，但是這樣做的目的是讓孩子學(xué)會(huì)保管好自己的物品，同時(shí)也能避免一些不必要的麻煩。

　�。�2）給孩子包書，用軟的包書皮，不用夾子形式的，上課，孩子會(huì)將夾子取下來(lái)玩，影響到上課的質(zhì)量�？蛇x用里面有個(gè)夾層的，學(xué)生寫完作業(yè)后，將本子夾在書里，既可以保持本子整潔不卷曲，又容易拿取。

　�。�3）為孩子準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)學(xué)具盒。里面包括小棒、圓片等。請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)和孩子一起將小棒十根十根的捆在一起，留十根散放，以便以后用！另外請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)再為孩子準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)口袋，將學(xué)具盒裝在口袋里，并捆好，因?yàn)閷W(xué)具盒里有很多東西，如果掉了，會(huì)散落一地，容易丟失。

　　(4)為孩子安排一個(gè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。有適合孩子高矮的，專門用來(lái)作業(yè)的桌椅，有的孩子的作業(yè)本拿到學(xué)校來(lái)，全是油漬，可能是由于孩子邊做作業(yè)邊吃東西造成的，也有可能是由于孩子沒(méi)有自己完成作業(yè)的專門書桌，有的在飯桌上完成，有的甚至是趴在地上完成的，一定要給孩子一個(gè)做作業(yè)的書桌！選擇合適的燈光照明；不要過(guò)于昏暗或刺眼，以保護(hù)孩子的視力！不要將孩子安排在與電視機(jī)同屋的房間，要給他們一個(gè)安靜的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。據(jù)資料顯示，看電視容易引起學(xué)生的無(wú)意注意，花花綠綠的東西很容易吸引學(xué)生的.注意，讓孩子做作業(yè)時(shí)不能一心一意，同時(shí)，也不利于他將來(lái)在課堂上集中注意力。

　　(3) 為孩子訂購(gòu)一些課外閱讀書籍，豐富孩子的課外知識(shí)。一些孩子易懂的童話書等，要培養(yǎng)孩子愛(ài)好書的良好習(xí)慣。父母也可天天給孩子講故事，以引導(dǎo)孩子自發(fā)的看書。另外請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)給孩子購(gòu)買一本訓(xùn)練口算的書。

　　有些孩子很好動(dòng)，希望家長(zhǎng)們能配合老師改這個(gè)習(xí)慣，例如在家里家長(zhǎng)可以訓(xùn)練孩子安靜地坐一段時(shí)間，時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)度可以從20分鐘慢慢過(guò)渡到40分鐘。在這段時(shí)間內(nèi)，可以讓他看看書，畫畫，也可以給他講故事等等，讓孩子習(xí)慣傾聽(tīng)，這對(duì)將來(lái)提高他的學(xué)習(xí)能力至關(guān)重要。
