我叫，原來在**小學(xué)工作，近幾年來一直從事小學(xué)英語的教學(xué)，今年因工作調(diào)動，調(diào)整到我們**小學(xué)工作，我感到非常的高興，同時(shí)，也非常感謝我們學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能給我這樣一次展示自我、成就自我的機(jī)會。我今天我競聘的崗位是四年級的英語教學(xué)。首先我說一下自己的基本情況和工作業(yè)績：我*年畢業(yè)于英語系，后分配到召口中學(xué)從事英語教學(xué)至今，被評為中學(xué)一級教師。自工作以來，我一直兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，勤奮工作，所教科目成績一直據(jù)全鎮(zhèn)前列，特別是近幾年來從事小學(xué)英語教學(xué)，所教班級多次獲得全鎮(zhèn)第一名，個(gè)人也多次被評為鎮(zhèn)教育先進(jìn)工作者、優(yōu)秀教師，區(qū)優(yōu)秀教師，個(gè)人年考核優(yōu)秀等次的榮譽(yù)稱號，并有多篇論文在市級報(bào)紙發(fā)表。
下面我談一下，我競聘英語教師的幾個(gè)優(yōu)勢和條件：
1. 有良好的師德我為人處事的原則是：老老實(shí)實(shí)做人，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真工作，開開心心生活。自己一貫注重個(gè)人品德素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)，努力做到尊重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，團(tuán)結(jié)同志，工作負(fù)責(zé)，辦事公道，不計(jì)較個(gè)人得失，對工作對同志有公心，愛心，平常心和寬容心。自從參加工作以來，我首先在師德上嚴(yán)格要求自己，要做一個(gè)合格的人民教師!認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和領(lǐng)會上級教育主管部門的文件精神，與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，愛崗敬業(yè)，為人師表，熱愛學(xué)生，尊重學(xué)生，爭取讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的發(fā)展。
2. 有較高的專業(yè)水平，我從畢業(yè)后曾到山東師范大學(xué)進(jìn)修英語教學(xué)培訓(xùn)，系統(tǒng)而又牢固地掌握了英語教學(xué)的專業(yè)知識。多年來始終在教學(xué)第一線致力于小學(xué)英語教學(xué)及研究，使自己的專業(yè)知識得到進(jìn)一步充實(shí)、更新和擴(kuò)展。
3. 有較強(qiáng)的教學(xué)能力從選擇教師這門職業(yè)的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受學(xué)生歡迎的好老師，為了這個(gè)心愿，我一直在不懈努力著。要求自己做到牢固掌握本學(xué)科的基本理論知識，熟悉相關(guān)學(xué)科的文化知識，不斷更新知識結(jié)構(gòu)，精通業(yè)務(wù)，精心施教，把握好教學(xué)的難點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)，認(rèn)真探索教學(xué)規(guī)律，鉆研教學(xué)藝術(shù)，努力形成自己的教學(xué)特色。我的教學(xué)風(fēng)格和教學(xué)效果普遍受到學(xué)生的認(rèn)可和歡迎。
以上所述情況，是我競聘英語教師的優(yōu)勢條件，假如我有幸競聘上崗，這些優(yōu)勢條件將有助于我更好的開展英語教學(xué)工作。
如果我有幸競聘成功，能擔(dān)任四年級英語教師的話，我將從以下方面開展工作。

In one part of the United States, for example, the deer there like to eat a kind of wild flowers. The mountain tigers there eat the deer. But people killed many mountain tigers to protect the deer. soon there were so many deer that the ate up all the wild flowers. Then the deer began to eat the green leaves of the young trees .so the farmers thought of ways to protect their trees, then the deer had nothing to eat and many of them died.
The number of trees, deer, tigers, wild flowers and plants has changed much—less and less. We need to do more to keep the balance of nature.

in our life, a lot of rubbish , such as waste paper, plastic bottles ,batteries and so on , is produced every day . after we learnt the passage make our environment more beautiful , we found a lot of rubbish thrown into dustbins could be recycled in fact during our discussion. so we thought it would be better if we could classify rubbish . we told our idea to our teacher and he supported us very much . we became volunteers to classify rubbish . firstly we got three big boxes and put them in a corner of our classroom . one is for waste paper , one for plastics and coke cans and the other is for batteries . with teacher's help ,soon all the students took part in the activity of classifying rubbish .in a month , we collected three boxes of paper , a box of batteries and a box of plastics and coke cans .we sold them for 28 yuan and bought some young trees with the money . we planted the trees around our school . we were all spoken highly of by our school principals. now we keep on the job and are all proud of improving environment .

同一個(gè)游戲“發(fā)口令，做動作”，一般都是教師怎么發(fā)，學(xué)生怎么做，最多讓一個(gè)學(xué)生發(fā)，其他學(xué)生做，偶爾做做反口令，分組進(jìn)行比賽。做多了，學(xué)生的好奇心沒有了，游戲就變成了機(jī)械操練。如果設(shè)幾個(gè)陷阱，就會有“眼睛一眨，老母雞變鴨”的效果。趣味性的調(diào)節(jié)就是教師在做動作的時(shí)候，可以先慢慢地好像在做“坐下”的動作，眼神一定要是那種壞壞的，然后突然變成“起立”，讓學(xué)生產(chǎn)生和教師斗下去的欲望。師生成了“敵人”，而游戲就成了“戰(zhàn)爭”。把動作和語言結(jié)合起來，邊做動作邊說，動作和口令有時(shí)一致，有時(shí)不一致。在訓(xùn)練學(xué)生對所學(xué)知識掌握的同時(shí)，還訓(xùn)練了學(xué)生的反應(yīng)能力。
（二）變換速度
隨著學(xué)生對知識的掌握逐漸加深，訓(xùn)練的速度可以逐漸加快，這不但適合學(xué)習(xí)的規(guī)律，還使原本枯燥的操練重新顯出生氣，學(xué)生逐漸淡化的新奇感又被激起。
（三）獎勵機(jī)制的運(yùn)用
在教育中，我們能體會到表揚(yáng)和激勵對學(xué)生起的作用比批評更大。在老師的激勵下，學(xué)生的探索精神更易發(fā)揮，更容易學(xué)會原本以為很難學(xué)的東西。我常常采用口頭表揚(yáng)，認(rèn)為給學(xué)生物質(zhì)獎勵會使他們變得功利，但在同事們的感染下，偶爾嘗試獎勵，也取得了很好的激勵效果。我用小五星激勵學(xué)生，常常搞得自己整個(gè)黃昏剪五角星，有時(shí)，一節(jié)課獎多了，自己還有點(diǎn)心疼，最重要的是用多了學(xué)生還不稀罕了。其實(shí)我們可以嘗試用加分的方法，注意分值有區(qū)別，加分要敏感，時(shí)時(shí)注意給學(xué)生以表揚(yáng)，讓學(xué)生得到認(rèn)可。這樣一來，不但讓自己得到解脫，更使獎勵更具可變性。

Today I would like to begin with a story. There was once a physical therapist who traveled all the way from America to Africa to do a census about mountain gorillas. These gorillas are a main attraction to tourists from all over the world; this put them severely under threat of poaching and being put into the zoo. She went there out of curiosity, but what she saw strengthened her determination to devote her whole life to fighting for those beautiful creatures. She witnessed a scene, a scene taking us to a place we never imaged we've ever been, where in the very depth of the African rainforest, surrounded by trees, flowers and butterflies, the mother gorillas cuddled their babies.
Yes, that's a memorable scene in one of my favorite movies, called Gorillas in the Mist, based on a true story of Mrs. Diana Fossey, who spent most of her lifetime in Rwanda to protect the ecoenvironment there until the very end of her life.
To me, the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts as a timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our eco-environment.
Today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many new problems. On the one hand, tourism, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, provides people with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go. It has become a lifestyle for some people, and has turned out to be the driving force in GDP growth. It has the magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity. But on the other hand, many problems can occur - natural scenes aren't natural anymore. Deforestation to heat lodges are devastating Nepal. Oil spills from tourist boats are polluting Antarctica. Tribal people are forsaking their native music and dress to listen to U2 on Walkman and wear Nike and Reeboks.
All these appalling facts have brought us to the realization that we can no longer stand by and do nothing, because the very thought of it has been eroding our resources. Encouragingly, the explosive growth of global travel has put tourism again in the spotlight, which is why the United Nations has made 20xx the year of ecotourism, for the first time to bring to the world's attention the benefits of tourism, but also its capacity to destroy our ecoenvironment.
Now every year, many local ecoenvironmental protection organizations are receiving donations - big notes, small notes or even coins - from housewives, plumbers, ambulance drivers, salesmen, teachers, children and invalids. Some of them cannot afford to send the money but they do. These are the ones who drive the cabs, who nurse in hospitals, who are suffering from ecological damage in their neighborhood. Why? Because they care. Because they still want their Mother Nature back. Because they know it still belongs to them.
This kind of feeling that I have, ladies and gentlemen, is when it feels like it, smells like it, and looks like it , it's all coming from a scene to be remembered, a scene to recall and to cherish.
The other night, as I saw the moon linger over the land and before it was sent into the invisible, my mind was filled with songs. I found myself humming softly, not to the music, but to something else, someplace else, a place remembered, a place untouched, a field of grass where no one seemed to have been except the deer.
And all those unforgettable scenes strengthened the feeling that it's time for us to do something, for our own and our coming generation.
Once again, I have come to think of Mrs. Diana Fossey because it is with her spirit, passion, courage and strong sense of our ecoenvironment that we are taking our next step into the world.
And no matter who we are, what we do and where we go, in our minds, there's always a scene to remember, a scene worth our effort to protect it and fight for it.

It is a commonplace among moralists that you cannot get happiness by pursuing it. This is only true if you pursue it unwisely. Gamblers at Monte Carlo are pursuing money, and most of them lose it instead, but there are other ways of pursuing money which often succeed. So it is with happiness. If you pursue it by means of drink, you are forgetting the hang-over. Epicurus pursued it by living only in congenial society and eating only dry bread, supplemented by a little cheese on feast days. His method proved successful in his case, but he was a valetudinarian, and most people would need something more vigorous. For most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life. But I think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, except in rare and heroic cases, be incompatible with happiness.
There are a great many people who have all the material conditions of happiness, i.e. health and a sufficient income, and who, nevertheless, are profoundly unhappy. In such cases it would seem as if the fault must lie with a wrong theory as to how to live. In one sense, we may say that any theory as to how to live is wrong. We imagine ourselves more different from the animals than we are. Animals live on impulse, and are happy as long as external conditions are favorable. If you have a cat it will enjoy life if it has food and warmth and opportunities for an occasional night on the tiles. Your needs are more complex than those of your cat, but they still have their basis in instinct. In civilized societies, especially in English-speaking societies, this is too apt to be forgotten. People propose to themselves some one paramount objective, and restrain all impulses that do not minister to it. A businessman may be so anxious to grow rich that to this end he sacrifices health and private affections. When at last he has become rich, no pleasure remains to him except harrying other people by exhortations to imitate his noble example. Many rich ladies, although nature has not endowed them with any spontaneous pleasure in literature or art, decide to be thought cultured, and spend boring hours learning the right thing to say about fashionable new books that are written to give delight, not to afford opportunities for dusty snobbism.
If you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in common. The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see coming into existence. Women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring comes, they experience all the joys of having created beauty.
The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly. It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recovery, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his childrens noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen----a different diet, or more exercise, or what not.
Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.

第二步，記憶力：
記憶力的好也可以幫助學(xué)習(xí)，但是死記硬背的方式實(shí)在是套古老了，也太死板了，再好的興趣也會被消磨光。所以，可以用一種節(jié)省時(shí)間，增加興趣，享受時(shí)間的方法。在老師留作業(yè)，抄單詞或句子的時(shí)候，先抄一遍，再根據(jù)腦袋里"肯定"的答案在接著繼續(xù)默寫，這樣就達(dá)到了節(jié)省時(shí)間著點(diǎn)了。還有在背課文的時(shí)候，有些同學(xué)們后覺得這些太多了，太難了，簡直就是在謀財(cái)害命，但老師就是硬要我們被下來，太痛苦了！那么，在這個(gè)時(shí)候，你可以把被課文當(dāng)做是在背詩，記歌詞，背詩背著背著就順了，記歌詞記著記著就好像是自己在聽喜愛的音樂一般，這也有了增加興趣，享受時(shí)間和節(jié)省時(shí)間了。
第三步，自信：
