老師們，同學(xué)們：
大家上午好！我今天演講的題目是《借力新課標(biāo)新高考，培養(yǎng)英語核心素養(yǎng)》。
英語是當(dāng)今世界廣泛使用的語言，是國際交流與合作的重要溝通工具，是思想與文化的重要載體。學(xué)習(xí)和使用英語對吸取人類優(yōu)秀文明成果、借鑒外國先進科學(xué)技術(shù)、傳播中華文化、增進中國與其他國家的相互理解具有重要的意義和作用。為了促進英語的高效教學(xué)，新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出英語核心素養(yǎng)的先進理念。
英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)是學(xué)生在接受相應(yīng)學(xué)段英語課程教育的過程中，逐步形成和提升的適應(yīng)個人終身發(fā)展和社會發(fā)展需要的必備品格和關(guān)鍵能力，綜合表現(xiàn)為四大素養(yǎng)，由語言能力、文化品格、思維品質(zhì)和學(xué)習(xí)能力組成。就其關(guān)系而言，語言能力是基礎(chǔ)要素，文化品格是價值取向，思維品質(zhì)是心智表征，學(xué)習(xí)能力是發(fā)展條件。英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)涵蓋了知識、能力和態(tài)度，四大核心素養(yǎng)相互滲透，融合互動，協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，是所有學(xué)生應(yīng)具有的、學(xué)以致用的基礎(chǔ)性綜合素養(yǎng)。
為了更好提高落實新課標(biāo)，提高學(xué)生的核心素養(yǎng)，我結(jié)合核心素養(yǎng)的四個方面談一下自己的體會和建議。
一、探究課程內(nèi)容，提升語言能力
語言能力是指在社會情境中，以聽、說、讀、看、寫等方式理解和表達意義、意圖和情感態(tài)度的能力。英語語言能力構(gòu)成英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的基礎(chǔ)，是學(xué)生發(fā)展文化品格、思維品質(zhì)和學(xué)習(xí)能力的依托。英語語言能力的提高有助于學(xué)生拓寬文化視野，豐富思維方式，在全球化背景下開展跨文化交流。
教師要深入研讀語篇，把握教學(xué)核心內(nèi)容。研讀語篇就是讀者對語篇的主題、內(nèi)容、文體結(jié)構(gòu)、語言特點、作者觀點等做深入的解讀。教師要積極研究如何在教學(xué)中落實培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)，探索有效的教與學(xué)的方式，努力實踐以主題意義為引領(lǐng)的英語學(xué)習(xí)活動觀，實施深度教學(xué)。教師必須深入研究課程內(nèi)容，提煉重點，設(shè)計有效的教學(xué)活動，通過聽說讀寫訓(xùn)練，提高學(xué)生的語言能力。
二、發(fā)掘優(yōu)秀文化思想，培養(yǎng)文化品格
文化品格是指對中外文化的理解和對優(yōu)秀文化的認同，是學(xué)生在全球化背景下表現(xiàn)出的文化意識、人文修養(yǎng)和行為取向。文化品格體現(xiàn)英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的價值取向。文化品格的培育有助于學(xué)生樹立世界眼光，增強國家認同感和家國情懷，學(xué)會做人做事，成長為有文化修養(yǎng)和社會責(zé)任感的人。
落實立德樹人根本任務(wù)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)。教師應(yīng)當(dāng)充分把握教材的編寫理念、設(shè)計思路應(yīng)突出英語學(xué)科的.育人價值，有機融入社會主義核心價值觀，將立德樹人的根本任務(wù)落到實處。要緊密圍繞、依據(jù)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)來確立教材內(nèi)容，無論是語篇和主題的選擇還是相應(yīng)的教學(xué)活動設(shè)計，都要體現(xiàn)對學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)價值，有利于學(xué)生發(fā)展語言能力，形成良好的文化品格和思維品質(zhì)，學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)，樹立正確的價值觀和審美觀，提高學(xué)生的文化品格。
三、創(chuàng)設(shè)豐富多彩活動，促進思維品質(zhì)升華
思維品質(zhì)指人的思維個性特征，反映其在思維的邏輯性、批判性、創(chuàng)造性等方面所表現(xiàn)的能力和水平。思維品質(zhì)體現(xiàn)英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的心智發(fā)展。思維品質(zhì)的發(fā)展有助于提升學(xué)生分析問題和解決問題的能力，從跨文化的視角觀察和認識世界，對事物作出正確的價值判斷，促進學(xué)生的深度學(xué)習(xí)。
具體而言，學(xué)習(xí)理解類活動主要指基于語篇的學(xué)習(xí)活動。以解決問題為目的，鼓勵學(xué)生從語篇中獲得新知，通過梳理、概括、整合信息，建立信息間的關(guān)聯(lián)，形成新的知識結(jié)構(gòu)，感知并理解語言所表達的意義和語篇所承載的文化價值取向。遷移創(chuàng)新類活動主要指超越語篇的學(xué)習(xí)活動。通過自主、合作、探究的學(xué)習(xí)方式，綜合運用語言技能，進行多元思維，創(chuàng)造性地解決陌生情境中的問題。英語學(xué)習(xí)活動的設(shè)計應(yīng)注意.情境創(chuàng)設(shè)要盡量真實，注意與學(xué)生已有的知識和經(jīng)驗建立緊密聯(lián)系，力求直接、簡潔、有效。教師要善于利用多種工具和手段，思維導(dǎo)圖或信息結(jié)構(gòu)圖，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過自主與合作相結(jié)合的方式，完成對信息的獲取與梳理、概括與整合、內(nèi)化與運用，教會學(xué)生在零散的信息和新舊知識之間建立關(guān)聯(lián)，歸納和提煉基于主題的新知識結(jié)構(gòu)。
四、分組合作教學(xué)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)能力
學(xué)習(xí)能力指學(xué)生積極運用和主動調(diào)適英語學(xué)習(xí)策略、拓寬英語學(xué)習(xí)渠道、努力提升英語學(xué)習(xí)效率的意識和能力。學(xué)習(xí)能力構(gòu)成英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)發(fā)展的必要條件。學(xué)習(xí)能力的形成有助于學(xué)生做好英語學(xué)習(xí)的自我管理，養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，拓寬學(xué)習(xí)渠道，提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。
我校的課改：問題引領(lǐng)，學(xué)案導(dǎo)學(xué)，其實在學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng)方面已經(jīng)具有了相對成熟的經(jīng)驗。為培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主、合作、探究的學(xué)習(xí)能力，教師要為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)支持和激勵的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。在教學(xué)中，教師要有意識地給予指導(dǎo)；課中組織小組合作學(xué)習(xí)與探究活動；課后布置適量的拓展性作業(yè)。此外，教師要在教學(xué)中幫助學(xué)生學(xué)會選擇適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法和策略，主動參與學(xué)習(xí)活動并嘗試自我評價和同伴互評，養(yǎng)成自我反思的習(xí)慣，在體驗自主學(xué)習(xí)、合作學(xué)習(xí)和探究式學(xué)習(xí)的過程中學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)。教師要在教學(xué)過程中幫助學(xué)生形成適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法和策略。教師也可以引導(dǎo)學(xué)生交流學(xué)習(xí)方法和策略，互幫互學(xué)。教師要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生養(yǎng)成自我反思的習(xí)慣，反思自己的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和動機、學(xué)習(xí)方法和策略、語言能力現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展進程，幫助學(xué)生不斷發(fā)展自主學(xué)習(xí)能力，成為有責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)膶W(xué)習(xí)者。
作為世界上最通用的語言，英語不僅是生活工作中的交流工具，更是音樂電影文學(xué)宗教藝術(shù)的等文化載體。教師應(yīng)當(dāng)以英語核心素養(yǎng)為指導(dǎo)，深挖教材，圍繞主題，借助現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)，通過豐富多彩的活動，提高學(xué)生的語言能力、文化品格、思維品質(zhì)和學(xué)習(xí)能力，讓學(xué)生提高綜合素質(zhì)，為祖國培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀人才。
教學(xué)是一門永無止境的藝術(shù)，心得課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，高考新改革和核心素養(yǎng)理念的提出，為我們更快更好的學(xué)習(xí)英語提供新的途徑。我相信在校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指導(dǎo)下，通過全體英語組老師和學(xué)生的努力拼搏，英語的教與學(xué)一定會去的巨大進步。

Ladies and gentlemen:
It is a great honor for me to talk about the topic with you all, my dear friends!
As you all know, there is a flinty problem that many many fresh graduates can not find their jobs today. What is worse, it seems that we have fey answer isabsolutely “ no”!
Just think, my friends, why somebody suggest our fresh graduates go abroad? Are our markets for job seekers really saturated ? Are there really bags of jobs waiting for the jobless abroad? Can the migration really put the axe in the helve? It is unlikely, in my opinion.
In some degree, It is a illusion thinking that there have been dead-alive on the labor market home. So many graduates say they can not find their jobs, so many parents worry about their young ones’ future, so many companies close the doors for job seeking…… How it just be a illusion ? Do I have a bee in my head?
First ,we should make it clear that what kind of jobs that our graduates want to take, and where they want to work? It goes without saying, only jobs providing high salary in big cities, for instance Beijing, can satisfy them. Unfortunately ,that kind of jobs are limited. Therefore, it is not that our graduates can not find jobs but that they can not find the fictive jobs , as a matter of fact. No matter how flourish and how actively a city is, it can provide numbered positions for the job seekers. What theywant is perfect, but what they can gain in the end is another pair of shoes.
In fact, in the country, in the undeveloped places, more and more persons with ability are needed. However, there are no theatres, there are no cafes, there are no KFC, and there are supermarkets… As a result, no body like to work there.
As we all know, developed countries usually have the same problem that large numbers of person lost their work, which is even serious than china. Millions of people pageant nearly every day, speaking for a piece of work. So what we can do after we get there? How can we support ourselves?
Not all emigrants live a happy life, in fact, most of them worry about their life from time to time. Digesting the culture seems always difficult, the salary stays at a low level, and the miss to their motherland always follows…
How about the developing country? Are there more jobs, higher wages and comfortable life? I am sorry ,the answer is still “no”! Plumplyspeaking, many developing counties are disordered. You can not prosuppose when the terrorists may attack you, when the epidemic may come and how can you make a living?
Now you can see, as I refered to, foreign countries are not the paradise, at least, to most of the people having gone abroad. In this case, why we still suggest our graduates go overseas? In addition, will that really be good for our country after number of fresh graduates entering overseas for their job seeking?
As the matter of our family planning policy, the aged will become more and more, which is leading to a reasonably unfavourable situation. It is said that we will not have enough work force in future. Please project yourself in that case, once it comes true, what will it happen? Factories is short of workers, hospitals lack doctors, offices are pressed for missionaries…… Now you can imagine, my dear friends, how terrible it is!
Actions speak louder than words. Some worrying reality has already occurred. Large numbers of excellent graduates go abroad every year who are from many famous universities inland, like Beijing university. It means that we have been losing the most standout person. It means that we are cultivating person for other countries for free!
Isn’t it woefully?Isn’t it baffling?
Why we still encourage our graduates to go abroad, since there are so many potential chances? why we stillencourage our graduates to go abroad, since there are not so many fantastic jobs actually? Why we still do that, since it does harm to us?
So my dear friends, friends who have not find jobs, let’s go to the west part of our motherland, let’s go to the northeast part of hers, and let’s go to the country! There is always a way out! Our family needs us, our people need us and our country needs us! Press forward with our indomitable will, my dear friends, believe yourself!

But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chines.
I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English.
I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.
I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.
If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.
I am sure that I will realize my dream one day!
