　　二、如何讓孩子喜歡學英語，主動學英語

　　1)首先讓孩子明確英語學習的重要性，幫助他們樹立信心。英語只是一種語言，不難，也不高深，只要學習方法對路，只要肯花功夫，是一定可以學好的，并且短期內(nèi)就能收到效果。 2)幫助孩子建立和形成良好的英語學習習慣�？梢赃@么說，良好的學習習慣是英語學習成功的一半。它分兩部分：一是課堂習慣，二是課外習慣。課堂良好習慣表現(xiàn)為：能集中注意力聽講，能積極大膽發(fā)言，能適時的做好必要的筆記。這是孩子為今后學習必須掌握的一項課堂技能。課外良好習慣，主要表現(xiàn)為：能堅持每天聽英語或讀英語，認真完成老師布置的作業(yè)，主動預習新課，并對所學知識進行及時的復習和鞏固。

　　3)要關注孩子的學習過程，不要只注重結果。就是說不要等成績出來了再說如何，如何。而應該時刻關注孩子每一天的成長。所謂：好好學習，天天向上。一口吃不成胖子，一天養(yǎng)不成好習慣。比如說，每天，您是否能聽到孩子脫口而出簡單地英語句子;我們是否聽到孩子大聲地說或讀英語，大聲讀英語尤其重要，因為英語的語音較漢語來講，比較夸張，如果聲音小，容易造成發(fā)音不到位，錯音也不容易被發(fā)現(xiàn)。

　　4)不斷激發(fā)孩子的學習興趣。興趣、情感和態(tài)度等非智力因素對英語學習起著極其重要的作用。中低年級孩子往往興趣很高，但到了高年級，隨著難度加大，興趣繼而大大減弱，這很正常。只有通過認真，踏實、勤懇地學習得到成功地體驗，才能形成更高層次的興趣。興趣有了，自然就有好的態(tài)度，飽滿的學習狀態(tài)，學習就進入良性循環(huán)。 怎樣幫助孩子學好英語呢?

　　三、重視良好的學習習慣的培養(yǎng) :

　　(1)讓孩子多聽錄音 在英語教學中，首先是加強聽力訓練和說話訓練，然后才是讀寫能力的培養(yǎng)。聽說能力差，用英語進行交際的能力差。為此，家長一定要配合學校來要求孩子，要創(chuàng)造條件讓孩子多聽，多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以后，跟著說�，F(xiàn)在英語試卷聽力題占40甚至50分了。

　　低碳生活方式包括了我們生活的很多方面，比如交通、旅行、室內(nèi)取暖等。為了促進低碳生活，我們應該采取以下的行動。首先，不要浪費水電。要記得隨手關燈，用水完后隨手關閉水龍頭。其次，我們最好坐地鐵或是公交車上班，這樣可以減少碳排放。第三，我們購物時應該用布袋替換塑料袋;使用可循環(huán)利用的碗筷，不使用一次性用品。因為這樣不僅節(jié)約資源，也減少污染。此外，大量植樹也很重要，因為樹木可以平衡二氧化碳排放量。

　　Hi. I'm here to talk to you about the importance of praise, admiration and thank you, and having it be specific and genuine.

　　And the way I got interested in this was, I noticed in myself, when I was growing up, and until about a few years ago, that I would want to say thank you to someone, I would want to praise them, I would want to take in their praise of me and I'd just stop it. And I asked myself, why? I felt shy, I felt embarrassed. And then my question became, am I the only one who does this? So, I decided to investigate.

　　I'm fortunate enough to work in the rehab facility, so I get to see people who are facing life and death with addiction. And sometimes it comes down to something as simple as, their core wound is their father died without ever saying he's proud of them. But then, they hear from all the family and friends that the father told everybody else that he was proud of him, but he never told the son. It's because he didn't know that his son needed to hear it.

　　So my question is, why don't we ask for the things that we need? I know a gentleman, married for 25 years, who's longing to hear his wife say, "Thank you for being the breadwinner, so I can stay home with the kids," but won't ask. I know a woman who's good at this. She, once a week, meets with her husband and says, "I'd really like you to thank me for all these things I did in the house and with the kids." And he goes, "Oh, this is great, this is great." And praise really does have to be genuine, but she takes responsibility for that. And a friend of mine, April, who I've had since kindergarten, she thanks her children for doing their chores. And she said, "Why wouldn't I thank it, even though they're supposed to do it?"

I'm telling you where I'm insecure. I'm telling you where I need your help. And I'm treating you, my inner circle, like you're the enemy. Because what can you do with that data? You could neglect me. You could abuse it. Or you could actually meet my need.

　　And I took my bike into the bike store-- I love this -- same bike, and they'd do something called "truing" the wheels. The guy said, "You know, when you true the wheels, it's going to make the bike so much better." I get the same bike back, and they've taken all the little warps out of those same wheels I've had for two and a half years, and my bike is like new. So, I'm going to challenge all of you. I want you to true your wheels: be honest about the praise that you need to hear. What do you need to hear? Go home to your wife -- go ask her, what does she need? Go home to your husband -- what does he need? Go home and ask those questions, and then help the people around you.

　　大家下午好!首先非常感謝各位能在百忙之中抽出時間來參加本次家長會，這是對我們學校和班級工作的大力支持，謝謝!今天這個家長會，是為了給我們學校和家長提供一個面對面交流學習的平臺。

　　而我呢，在這，不講什么條條框框的大道理。因為我比較年輕，我認為，在座的各位都比我更有閱歷，更有經(jīng)驗。我在這呢，只是跟各位聊聊，交流交流。

　　第一，我想解決在座家長的一個困惑。

　　我相信，大多數(shù)家長都已看到過前段時間出臺的英語考試改革政策，而昨天也正式出臺政策就是20xx年英語將正式退出新高考。那在這，各位就不禁要問，英語還有用嗎?還有必要學嗎?而我的回答是肯定的，當然不是因為我是英語老師，我才這樣說。首先，大家可以看到現(xiàn)在是個國際化的社會，在當今社會，與外界的交流，最廣泛運用的官方語言依然是英語，在各種國際大會時用的最多的還是英語。像我們的，在出訪埃塞俄比亞時，與當?shù)鼐褪侵苯佑糜⒄Z交談的。而我也相信，各位家長還是希望自己的孩子以后能走出去，看看更廣闊的世界，而這時，懂得一門通用的語言是顯得尤其重要的。不說以后孩子為了更好的分數(shù)，為了更好的學校而學英語，就為自己個人的發(fā)展，學習英語也就相當于學習了一門技能。其次，現(xiàn)在大學里很多專業(yè)都還是要求英語基礎的，甚至有些科目直接是英文版的。孩子的專業(yè)影響以后孩子的就業(yè)，如果你的孩子選擇的專業(yè)就是這樣的一門需要英語的專業(yè)，現(xiàn)在這個時候，你還會對他說，英語不用考了，學了沒用的話嗎?再次，我講一件真事。這個五一假，我一個在重點中學做老師的同學來廣州玩，期間，他談起前段時間錯失了個很好的機會。原來在他們學校里，有個出國去執(zhí)教的名額，他極有可能去，但唯一令人遺憾的是他不懂英語。言語之間，不無失落。

　　在這呢，我也就是想告訴各位家長，在這樣的困惑面前，作為家長的我們應該對英語持一個什么樣的態(tài)度，因為你的看法會在很大程度上影響孩子的觀點。如果你都不重視，孩子就更不會重視了。不管怎樣，學習知識不會有錯，也許這個知識還會成為影響你孩子以后事業(yè)的一項技能。

　　第二，我想給大家念個故事，也許有些家長曾經(jīng)看到過這個故事，但請允許我在這用幾分鐘再念念這個故事。

　　有位母親第一次被兒子所在的幼兒園請去開家長會，幼兒園的老師對母親說 ：“你的兒子有多動癥，在板凳上連三分鐘都坐不了，你最好帶他去醫(yī)院看一看。

　　回家的路上，兒子問母親老師都說了些什么?母親鼻子一酸，差點流下淚來。因為全班30位小朋友，惟有自己的兒子表現(xiàn)最差;惟有對自己的兒子老師表現(xiàn)出不屑。然而，她還是這樣告訴了自己的兒子：“老師表揚你了，說寶寶原來在板凳上坐不了一分鐘，現(xiàn)在能坐三分鐘了。其他的媽媽都非常羨慕媽媽了，因為只有寶寶進步了。”

　　那天晚上，兒子破天荒地吃了兩碗米飯，并且沒有讓大人喂。

　　兒子上小學了。母親再次去參加學校召開的家長會。老師對母親說“全班50名同學，這次數(shù)學考試，你兒子排名49名，我們懷疑你兒子智力是不是有些障礙，你最好帶他去醫(yī)院查一查。”

　　回去的路上，母親流下了淚水。然而，當她回到家里，十分親切的對坐在桌前的兒子說：“老師對你充滿信心。老師說了，你并不是個笨孩子，只要能細心些，你一定會超過你的同桌，這次你的同桌排在第21名。”

　　說這話時，她發(fā)現(xiàn)兒子暗淡的眼神一下子充滿了光，沮喪的臉也一下子舒展開來。她甚至發(fā)現(xiàn)，兒子溫順得讓她吃驚，好象長大了許多。第二天一早上學時，兒子走得比平時都要早。

　　孩子上了初中，學校又一次召開家長會。她坐在兒子的座位上，等著老師點她兒子的名字，因為每次家長會，她兒子的名字總是在差生的行列中被點到。然而，這次卻出乎她的預料，直到會議結束，都沒聽到。母親反倒有些不習慣。臨散會，母親去問老師，老師告訴她：“按你兒子現(xiàn)在的成績，考重點中學還不太把握。”

　　母親懷著欣喜的心情走出校門，此時她發(fā)現(xiàn)兒子在等她，路上她扶著兒子的肩膀，心理有一種說不出的甜蜜。她告訴兒子：“班主任對你非常滿意，老師說了，只要你努力，很有希望考上重點高中。”

　　兒子高中畢業(yè)的那年。那是第一批大學錄取通知書下達的日子，學校打來電話讓兒子到學校去一趟，母親此時有一種預感，兒子有可能被清華大學錄取了，因為在報考時，她給兒子說過，她相信自己的兒子有能力考取這所學校。

　　兒子從學�；貋砹�，把一封印有清華大學招生辦公室的特快專遞交到她的手里之后，突然轉(zhuǎn)身跑到自己的房間里大哭起來。邊哭邊說：“媽媽，我一直都知道，其實我并不是一個非常聰明的孩子，是您這些年來始終的鼓勵„„”

　　這時，母親悲喜交加，再也按捺不住十幾年來凝聚在心中的淚水，任它打濕在手中的信封上。

　　通過這個故事，我想各位家長也能明白我的意思，就是對孩子要進行賞識教育，不要用全世界孩子的優(yōu)點去比孩子身上的缺點，多鼓勵鼓勵孩子，并且真正花心思在孩子身上。有很多家長會說，一直都忙，沒時間管。這我們能理解，但孩子是你的，不是學校的，作為老師我們一定會盡職盡責地教育孩子，而家長也是孩子的第一教師。有調(diào)查證明，作為父母的我們只要每天有15分鐘的時間是完完全全陪著孩子的，這個孩子的成長也會不一樣的。這個陪是指父母在這15分鐘時間里不做任何與孩子的無關的事，比如坐在孩子身邊玩手機，看電腦等，這也是不行的。同時，在陪伴孩子時，多夸夸孩子，但也不要為了夸孩子而夸孩子，太容易得到的東西往往不會讓人懂得珍惜。

　　第三，我想說說我們班英語學習的狀況。八年級的教學主要是要培養(yǎng)學生學習英語的興趣，養(yǎng)成良好的學習英語的習慣。我的課堂也是圍繞聽、說、讀、寫幾個方面對所學知識進行操練和運用。通過這兩個月教學，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我們班大部分學生都自尊心強，上進心強，都能很用心認真的學習英語，這使我對他們充滿信心。但是也發(fā)現(xiàn)了以下問題：

　　1.學習態(tài)度不夠端正。上課聽講不專心，愛開小差;講了的作業(yè)交上來還是錯誤的;

　　2.不能按時完成最基本的學習任務。單詞，詞組和課文不會背不會寫不會默，達不到要求也不努力去完成。還有拖欠作業(yè)的情況。很多男生自律性較差，很懶惰，今天拖明天明天拖后天。

　　3.學習習慣差。沒有做到每天記單詞，或者記單詞不動筆，上課記筆記要點名提醒，聽力不做預測，寫完作文從來不檢查，英語課文和筆記課后從來不讀不看不記。從來不做閱讀，導致考試速度慢，效果差。

　　針對以上問題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長的配合和支持。

　　1、督促學生在家聽英語磁帶，最好能每天堅持聽5——10分鐘，這將對孩子的學習有很大幫助。

　　2、爭取消化當天所學的單詞，不要積壓任務。每天堅持檢查10個單詞，一本書的單詞也只要一個月就記完了。我每天都會組織一次聽寫，錯誤比較多的同學會及時讓他們改正。請家長要檢查聽寫本。

　　3、請家長督促孩子在家里完成家庭作業(yè)，以免他們來學校在匆忙之中互相抄襲。每天回家要求記本單元的單詞，有時會默寫2A部分課文。這也是為了給學生一點點壓力，讓他們知道父母會經(jīng)常檢查他們的作業(yè)本，一定要認真寫才行。

　　4、每天要學會預習、復習。如果你的孩子英語基礎不是很好，可以督促他們先在家查字典。

　　總之，我和各位家長有著共同的心愿，都想盡自己最大的努力去培養(yǎng)這些孩子，他們個個都聰明、可愛，只是有些孩子的潛能還沒有得到充分的發(fā)掘。八年級我的目標是不讓一個學生掉隊。今后，我也希望和各位家長保持聯(lián)系，如果孩子遇到學習問題我們及時溝通。
