　　I am very happy to meet with you here today to tell you my speech is entitled "English, so I am happy."

　　English, spread to all over the world, people talk about memorization. Since my time in first grade began to learn English, I was not interested in it, but the third and fourth grade, when a sudden interest in reading in English every day, and even self-learning, to raise a lot of English results .

　　Now, my greatest interest is the time to see the English. Each weekend, I always find time to read English books or see on the English comic books, information books, and even outside the time when shopping, but also with some English information on the book, simply put it down.

　　Each school, I sometimes went to the library of books on English, a view that is 30 minutes, the harvest has been so many.

　　Once again, the summer vacation, I went to the United Kingdom. Where I see a lot of the city, this afternoon I have friends with the British dialogue in English, but also know a lot of knowledge of English, they also compliment away一extra-curricular knowledge of the English book.

　　I have often in the Monday and Tuesday, when listening to English tapes, one is 3 hours. Also frequently used sentence patterns learned review again, I learned to feel very proud.

　　The book in English class after school, but also extra-curricular English book out to read, every time I think: if these extra-curricular English read the end, learned that their English, reading and writing is not improved. Therefore, I, day and night, every day, reading, really English results improved reading and writing, I am more proud of.

　　各位家長下午好，很高興能有這樣一個機會，能和大家進行面對面的交流。下面我就我們英語學習方面說我一些真實的感言：

　　在英語課堂上，大部分學生都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問題，積極跟著老師讀單詞，讀課文。其實這也制造了一種假象，學生認為自己常常被老師提問，認為自己能夠回答老師的問題，于是認為自己的英語學得很不錯，自我感覺特別好。于是下課后在英語上花的時間就少了。其實要學好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識，當然課上也會有少量的時間鞏固新學的知識。但是這些時間是公共的時間，而不是每個學生私有的時間，所以不可能照顧到每個學生，不可能讓所有學生都達到相同的程度。況且每個學生對新知識得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學生都只能是初步接觸了新知識，要真正接受新知識還要學生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會和別的同學拉下差距。 那么在課后學生到底該怎么做才能把其余的60%補回來呢?學好英語，不外乎就是在聽、說、讀、寫這些方面下功夫。

　　首先說一下聽，有一部分家長為孩子購買和書相配套的光盤，可是請各位家長檢查一下自己的子女的英語光盤，有多少學生的光盤還是和剛買的時候一樣的，根本就沒有聽過。光靠上課聽一點點的語音發(fā)音，學生的聽力根本就不能有什么發(fā)展。不會聽就不能說，不能說英語就白學了。每上完一次課，我都叫學生回家要跟光盤讀自己讀，可是有多少學生真地做到了呢?所讀的知識已經(jīng)學過了，跟光盤讀應(yīng)該是提高自己的聽力和口語表達能力，要學生盡力地去模仿光盤里的發(fā)音，從而使自己的聽力和口語都提高一個層次。

　　接下來是說，英語學了就是要說，要和別人交流。在課上我會用各種方法來刺激學生，激發(fā)他們說英語的積極性，大多數(shù)學生也確實做得很好。可是班級里人多，對每個人來說，說的機會就少。所以下課也要說，放學回家也要說。在學校，我鼓勵學生把所學的英語對話運用到生活中去，這樣有更真實的情景，更能讓學生有發(fā)揮的余地。在家里，希望家長也能鼓勵學生說英語，也許你會說你自己也聽不懂，請不要這樣想，其實學生需要是你的鼓勵，你聽了他們說的只要簡單表揚一句，他們就會很滿足了。有時候你們也可以不懂裝懂，或者還可以讓學生反過來教你，他們會覺得很自豪，因為自己所學得派上了用場。

　　接下來是讀。學英語要培養(yǎng)語感，也就是語言的感覺，如果有很好的語感，那么不管是說話，做題目，都很輕松，很簡單了。那么語感怎么來呢?就是靠讀出來的。一定要讓學生養(yǎng)成每天讀英語的習慣。如果你的子女還沒有養(yǎng)成這樣的學習習慣，請你一定要督促他，剛開始也許會比較難，時間久了，就會習慣成自然。就像早上起來要刷牙洗臉一樣，要讓他們把讀英語當作每天必做的一件事。

　　最后是寫。五年級英語已經(jīng)對學生有一定的書寫要求。背單詞是學英語的必經(jīng)之路。單詞往往背過就容易會忘記，所以要不斷的背，不斷的翻新，這是沒有辦法的。我要求學生在背單詞的時候要邊拼邊寫，嘴巴和手都要動起來，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。還有句型，五年級所接觸的句型都是很簡單的日常用語。學生應(yīng)該在課上領(lǐng)會句型的意思和運用方法�？珊筮�需要通過多讀課文，多練習才能鞏固所學的句型。所以請各位家長不光要注重孩子背單詞的情況，還要讓他重視句子的重要性。

　　總而言之，請各位家長多關(guān)注孩子們的英語學習，讓孩子養(yǎng)成良好的英語學習習慣。家長的重視會讓學生增加信心，提高學生的學習積極性。與其在期末時看到大家都不愿看到的不理想的分數(shù)，還不如在平時就多關(guān)心孩子學習的過程。還希望家校攜手共同提高孩子們的英語學習水平。我要講的就是這些，
