　　小學(xué)英語對小學(xué)生來說是一個重要的起步階段。其實要學(xué)好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學(xué)生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識，當(dāng)然課上也會有少量的時間鞏固新學(xué)的知識。但是這些時間是公共的時間，所以不可能照顧到每個學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。在學(xué)校老師會盡最大的努力進(jìn)行教學(xué)，但課余時間還需要廣大家長大力配合。如：每天回家聽錄音、背誦要家長多督促;確保孩子每天至少邊聽錄音，邊跟讀課文15分鐘，要讀出聲音，最好家長在旁監(jiān)督，會更有效。所以請家長一定要從現(xiàn)在起重視孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)。為了協(xié)助孩子更好地學(xué)好英語，請家長配合老師完成以下工作：

　　1、每天檢查孩子的回家作業(yè)是否完成，保證第二天能按時上交。在這里我懇請每位家長認(rèn)真督促孩子完成老師每天布置的作業(yè)，尤其是抄寫單詞一定要嚴(yán)格要求按照他們的英語書寫，寫得不好的家長也可以要求他們重新做，檢查作業(yè)主要看他們書寫和格式以及上次老師的批改，注意檢查他們有沒有訂正，有時候，老師在學(xué)生的作業(yè)本上批了訂正，但是交上來的時候?qū)W生并沒有去訂正，希望各位家長能夠支持老師的工作，如果您有什么意見也可以寫在作業(yè)本上，便于及時溝通.

　　首先簡單說一下剛剛過去的期中教學(xué)檢測的情況。這次考試總體還是不錯的，但是不能說明一切，但卻可以反映一些您的孩子在學(xué)校里的學(xué)習(xí)情況。因為孩子們都是在三年級開始學(xué)英語的，經(jīng)過近兩年的學(xué)習(xí)，他們之間已經(jīng)拉開了不小的差距。一些學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣濃，學(xué)習(xí)勁頭足，在課堂上能夠積極思維，踴躍發(fā)言，課后也能夠及時復(fù)習(xí)和鞏固，形成了良性循環(huán)的好勢頭。先看試卷，也有一些學(xué)生，平時學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不認(rèn)真，書面作業(yè)拖延不交，口頭作業(yè)根本不完成，基礎(chǔ)不扎實，結(jié)果功虧一簣，學(xué)習(xí)自然也成了件頭痛事，麻煩事。我認(rèn)為，孩子學(xué)習(xí)上的差別關(guān)鍵與孩子的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和方法有關(guān)。有的孩子的習(xí)慣非常好，能夠自覺主動的按時完成老師的要求，有的孩子沒有養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣，不知道為什么要學(xué)習(xí)和怎樣高效地學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)習(xí)也就沒有了積極性和主動性了。那么怎樣幫助孩子學(xué)好英語呢?下面我將作業(yè)的情況和需要家長們配合的地方做一下說明。

　　1、聽讀的作業(yè)：請務(wù)必督促學(xué)生在家聽英語并跟讀，直到熟練，最好能背誦，這樣做可以培養(yǎng)語感，對孩子的學(xué)習(xí)有很大幫助。

　　2.星號單詞的默寫：每一單元的五角星詞是要求會聽說讀寫的，家長可以讓學(xué)生自己默寫或者說中文意思學(xué)生寫英文都可以，但最重要的是在學(xué)生默寫完后，督促他們對著書本及時更正。

　　3.抄寫的作業(yè)：布置抄寫單詞，其目的不在于抄多少遍，而在于讓學(xué)生記住這些單詞。但是在實際操作中，我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生不重視這項作業(yè)，認(rèn)為只是抄抄而已，書寫潦草，只求速度，更別說是去背了，結(jié)果所學(xué)知識得不到鞏固，幾次下來，他就會掉隊了，而且更沒有了學(xué)習(xí)的積極性，久而久之，形成惡性循環(huán)。因此，懇請各位家長在家里要督促孩子保質(zhì)保量地完成英語作業(yè)。而且只要有背誦的作業(yè)都需要簽名，以便老師及時掌握學(xué)習(xí)情況，最好寫清楚掌握到什么情況，比如已讀熟，或已背誦，或哪個詞不會讀等等。實際上，我們班簽字的情況不是很理想，每次都會有部分同學(xué)找各種理由推脫。所以建議家長及時檢查過問孩子的作業(yè)情況，督促孩子按時完成作業(yè)，簽好字。

　　另外，我認(rèn)為多和老師溝通和交流也很重要，這樣可以及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并及時糾正錯誤。最好不要等著老師去跟你聯(lián)系，因為有的孩子多次不寫作業(yè)或不帶課本怕被批評，就不告訴老師家長的號碼，或者說一個空號和停機的號，給家校溝通帶來不便。

　　總之，只要孩子每天進(jìn)步一小步，就會向成功邁進(jìn)一大步，不妨把您的時間多一點留給孩子,把您的關(guān)心多一點送給孩子 ,把您的信心多一點讓給孩子，孩子會帶給你很大的驚喜。最后，送給大家一句話以共勉，教育孩子的時候要常用拇指---多鼓勵，慎用食指---少批評。 祝愿各位家長身體健康，工作順利，謝謝。
