　　首先感謝諸位平時給予我工作上的支持和緊密的配合。開學在近一個月的時間里，孩子們扎實地學習新課，比較認真地做作業(yè)，課堂氣氛熱烈，大部分同學認真聽講按時交作業(yè)，雖然有時也會存在馬虎偷懶的現(xiàn)象，但是他們已經(jīng)進步很大了!

　　幾點英語教學的幾點心得：

　　1，孩子的教育應該是整體的教育。

　　課上功夫在課外。孩子對知識的 理解、吸收和運用卻取決于她自己的綜合能力和習慣。而這個能 力和習慣一是受制于天賦，二是由后天的養(yǎng)成所決定。學習效果 不好往往是跟能力的培養(yǎng)和習慣是否好有關(guān)，而不能簡單地怪孩 子懶惰貪玩。找出背后的原因，細致地分析，把對孩子的培養(yǎng)滲 透到生活的每一方面。生活和課堂是相通的。比如說：作業(yè)的問 題可能出自行為習慣上，如果一個孩子在生活上就是飯來張口、 衣來伸手，那么做作業(yè)的時候馬虎了事就是意料之中的了。所以， 要從生活的點滴中來正確引導孩子，在生活各方面勤快、懂事的 孩子，在學習上也會勤奮自覺。

　　2，知識要轉(zhuǎn)化為能力。

　　所謂素質(zhì)教育是其實是能力的教育，英語是第二語言，學習的時 候容易脫離實際而變得枯燥，也容易出現(xiàn)考試好但實際運用差的 情況。為了避免這種問題，在英語課上，我本著以學生為主體的 原則，創(chuàng)造性地傳授知識，培養(yǎng)孩子獨立思考的習慣以及實際運 用語言的能力。上課時我盡量用全英語教學，主要用啟發(fā)式而不 是傳統(tǒng)的翻譯式來使得學生理解詞語和句子的意思。對于抽象的 詞和語法，我也會用中文進行解釋。我在課堂上盡量創(chuàng)設(shè)與生活 貼近的情境，采用多種的形式和游戲來創(chuàng)造機會給學生練習，再 加上用兩人或小組討論、操練的形式來進行復習和鞏固，使孩子 們覺得上英語課就像在做游戲一樣，和生活很貼近，繞有趣味。

　　3，掌握科學的學習方法：在坐各位都是事業(yè)上的成功者，很多也曾 是學習高手，把你們的經(jīng)驗教給孩子，與他們一起探索適合他自 己的學習方法。

　　比如預習新課的時候不要告訴孩子她看不明白的 地方，這樣她在第二天上課的時候就會專心地聽，自己來找答案， 豁然開朗�？偟膩碚f，學習英語就是持之以恒、興趣為先，在有 興趣的基礎(chǔ)上，多讀、多記，像學習語文一樣擴大課外閱讀量。 英語課本是局限的，而課外的閱讀是非常廣泛而生動有趣的。

　　4，嚴格要求孩子要訂正作業(yè)，錯的單詞每個抄三遍，錯題要用顯眼 顏色的筆標出來，并且懂得為什么錯，便于復習。一年級的學生 認知水平有限，自我領(lǐng)悟和獨立學習的能力有待進一步形成，這 一階段他們的學習更需要家長的關(guān)心和督促，所以希望家長們堅 持每天檢查作業(yè)完成情況，適時鼓勵或鞭策，并在作業(yè)上簽字。 感謝你們的配合和關(guān)注!
